Food: ALWAYS a hit! Party of 4 today. We were sooo hungry, we all forgot to take pics (SMH). Everyone had the cheese grits, 3 of us had catfish/catfish bites and the remaining person ordered the salmon bites. Yummy x 4. Service: Nothing but praise for the 2 ladies holding it down on this holiday Monday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance: Meh. Absolutely nothing noteworthy but we came to eat and we're all repeat patrons so, enuff said[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. One MINOR complaint: No Mimosas today as they were completely out of champagne. However, the server took $3 off of the substitute glass of Chardonnay I ordered (which actually made up for yesterday's unwarranted $3 up charge @glorydaysgrill (Stone Ridge/South Riding, VA).
The food was very good. Had lots of amazing flavor and the portion was favorable. The atmosphere was very quiet since it was a weekday and around 1pm. I appreciated the service and hospitality with the wait staff. It's located in a parking lot inside an executive style building where you would assume there are lots of offices, so, when you follow GPS don't feel like it's steering you wrong. Lol. The kitchen staff was great and I like that I could see them. It puts a cool touch on the experience. They had an office to the side and I would suggest keeping the door closed because it was very untidy. Customers didn't need to see inside that office.
Kitchen Cray Café is alright by me. What makes this place great, if you live in the area and you work from home in the surrounding area and you want to do a random brunch with a little mimosa action with a friend from 10 am to 2pm in the middle of the week. Bay-Bee you can do that!!!! The catfish and cheese grits were yummy, not salty, tender and perfectly fried. Grits were light and fluffy. I had a white wine sangria with strawberries and blueberries. Caught up and had a good ole' kee-kee with my gurl. And we scooted on out the door by 12:30pm so we could be back at home for our 1 o'clock meetings. This place could use a little color and some feminine touch, flowers on the table, etc. Give it more of a café feel. But all and all the R&B music was great, and the staff was very nice and took care of us while we were there. It's just a nice place to be!
Parking availability was good. For a Sunday, I was impressed with the wait time. We came at peak hours, brunch right after a lot of people's church services might let out, and maybe waited 10-15 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had a DJ that was playing great music, which was a vibe. At times, the music was blaring. We asked our server if the DJ could turn it down a little, and they were accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If no one said anything, it would be impossible to have a conversation without straining your voice. The people I ate with got the fried chicken & waffles, & the catfish & cheesy grits. Both of them were impressed with the portions, and couldn't even finish their meal. For their drinks, I believe one person got a tropical beverage, that they enjoyed, and the other ordered frozen drink that was underwhelming. I was told it was too sweet & creamy, instead of fruity, and came with whipped cream that hurt instead of helped. I got the strawberry splash (strawberry, Sierra Mist, oj, and maybe, passion fruit?) and it was delicious. Think a strawberry lemonade mixed with a tropical sprite. 10/10 For food, I got the seafood grits, which came with sausage and shrimp on top of cheesy grits. I appreciated the diversity of flavors that were provided by the selection of protein. Both were well seasoned. It was the perfect amount of cheese in the grits. Good portion. 10/10
I really wanted to love this place. I've been following Chef Robinson on social media for at least the last four years (if not longer). When he opened his restaurant(s) I was so happy. Keep in mind that I lived in Las Vegas, and really didn't have a reason to visit Baltimore, but I kept this place bookmarked just in case. Now we live in the Atlanta area and decided to take a day trip to the DMV to see the sights, so naturally the first place I wanted to stop was here. The restaurant itself is very clean, and the staff is pleasant. They had a DJ, and there was an all-around good vibe in the place. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to my expectations. We ordered the catfish and grits, the hot honey chicken sandwich, the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes, and the crab fries. Overall, the main dishes lacked flavor. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was overcooked, so it was dry and hard. The salmon was completely bland. I will say the crab fries were actually really good, and I would recommend trying them. What really turned me off is that they provide plastic utensils and condiments in packets. For the price we're paying, we should be given silverware and condiments in bottles.
Where to start!! So I came here on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 5, expecting to have a long wait since it's prime brunch time. When we arrived, the parking lot wasn't too full so we went inside and placed ourselves on the waiting list. We were told it was an hour and a half wait which didn't make sense considering the restaurant itself wasn't that packed. Regardless, we stayed and ended up waiting for around 45 minutes to an hour. Shoutout to the Yelp app for showing us our place in line. Now let's talk about the service. Our specific waitress was very direct and to the point which was nice but the wait time to get essential things was frustrating. We kept asking for waters and didn't get them until we got main courses. We also kept asking for specific orders such as flavors for mimosas and were told they only had one flavor available for the drinks. Even when asking for chicken and waffles, I was told it was just French toast. Just little things to nitpick at honestly. The food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken and French toast, my friends ordered the shrimp grits and the blackened salmon. I would say flavor wise across the board we were expecting more seasoning but I will say that they were able to balance it out pretty well. I loved how the chicken and French toast came with the syrup on the side, which I barely used since it was sweet enough already with the caramel sauce. The chicken was weirdly cooked however with some parts being pink in the middle which turned me off. Overall expected more based on what I've heard about this place, but would like to come again to give it another try.
Finally made it here for brunch last Sunday!! Casual, family friendly, black owned restaurant. I've had Kitchen Cray food for years at various events in DC! I don't eat shellfish and their menu is primarily that but I was able to order french toast with chicken. It was actually ok. My friend also got the same and she enjoyed it. We shared a carafe of raspberry mimosas. They weren't overly strong but not bad. Added my name to the waitlist via the Yelp app. It gave an estimate of 20 minutes. Showed up within that time and they were able to seat us. I've heard super long wait times...like over an hour! They don't take reservations so try the Yelp app to get seating or just arrive very early especially with a group. We were there at noon. The place is located in an office building. I'm not gonna lie, it's not very aesthically pleasing or very big. It gave me cafeteria vibes. It's definitely more on the casual side. Of course if you want to put on your "Sunday Best" you can, but definitely not necessary here. Plenty of parking. The service was decent. The restroom is down the hall and a code is needed. The host/hostess will give it to you. There was a DJ but he didn't stay the entire time we were there. After they just had music playing. Overall, a 3.5 star rating so I rounded it up to 4! I would possibly come back not in a hurry.
Decided to come meet a friend here at 1PM on a Sunday for brunch! They DO NOT do reservations, but you can add yourself to the WAITLIST! Then when you arrive, check in with the hostess. I highly encourage this. Add yourself through their YELP page. You can even see where you are in line. When our table was ready, I got a text message to come in. If you don't, you will just have to wait until there's a table ready for your party size. This location is in a business park. It's pretty small inside. I *Think* there was a separate room for dinners but I couldn't really tell. There was a DJ playing old school and current music of today. All of the music was on point and had everyone excited! This really wasn't much of a "turn up" spot as it gave me more "cafeteria" vibes and the tables were kind of close together. The food was mediocre at best. Myself , nor my guest, really enjoyed our food. We both took home most of our entrees to go. I had the catfish and grits. All bland. The grits were more soupy than anything. Presentation was not desirable. We shared the Shrimp appetizers. They were okay. We did get a carafe of Passion Fruit mimosas which was really good. About 6 full glasses each. Yummmm! Our waitress was really nice. I would like to try the H Street Location next time.
As I write this review I wish I had leftovers from our Valentine's Day (my birthday) food journey to Kitchen Cray. Now I have been following them for a long time on IG, but needed to try them out because as we know food on social media can look good, but decieve your taste buds! They had dedicated Love Day options, however we opted to order off the regular menu. The service was great and the food was really impressive! We ordered the lemon pepper honey wings, chicken and French toast, jerk fettuccine shrimp, and the lobster mac. When I tell you ever dish was DELICIOUS! As the kids say, it was BUSSIN! Especially the French toast that was something special. Toast to the Chef and if you aren't going to Kitchen Cray what is you doing!!!!
Came here for brunch today and I was pleasantly surprised. I came to this establishment years ago and the food was good but it was a long wait and hours of operation were weird. However, this time it was the complete opposite. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered old bay wings for an appetizer and they were nicely seasoned and fried. For our entree I got the showtime omelette which comes with grits or tots, it was so good! My boyfriend got the catfish and grits and he said it was really good. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The patio seating is open now which is nice even though it's in a business center.
So I've been following kitchen Cray since the food truck days! I finally made it to the restaurant in Lanham. So it's in a business park off of MLK you might think you're in the wrong place but look for the green awning and you're there. So the place was really a vibe and I really like to support black owned businesses when I can so here we are. FYI: The venue isn't huge and they have a little out door seating but not a lot. The indoor seating is limited. They don't take reservations on weekends so my suggestions would be to go early for brunch. We arrived at 1:15 and there was an hour wait. But they were true to the wait time! The food was amazing! Not one complaint. I order the seafood grits EXCELLENT. Consistency if the grits 10/10 flavor 10/10 whew Chile would recommend. My dining partner got the seafood omelet just copy and paste the same review. They don't have bottomless mimosas but the mimosa karfe was really reasonably priced and we each had at least 4 mimosas out of it. I really think it was more. Also a really good mix. The only thing that can be improved is that the dining room floors were a bit slippery, not a dig, it really was busy so it may be a result if that, but I definitely had to step lightly. The only other thing that could have been better was that it took us a while to get the food but again, it was busy and the manager promptly addressed it and took care of us without request or complaint. I forgot to mention there was a DJ and he was on point. Overall would recommend! They also have an H street location in DC. Give it a try!
If you're looking for a place with incredible food, music & vibes tou have to check out Kitchen Cray. We visited on a Sunday for brunch and checked in ahead of time through the yelp app (highly reccomend, a couple ahead of us had an hour wait). I couldn't resist the French toast with fried chicken, I'd seen so many raving reviews about it & honestly it did not disappoint. Rhe vanilla and caramel sauces are so good. My husband got an omelet that had some veggies, shrimp & crayfish. He enjoyed it as well! We decided to get a peach flavored mimosa and that was also delicious! We definitely want to come back to try their lobster mac & cheese to! They have other locations, including one in DC, but this is right outside so if you're staying in Maryland while on a trip to DC definitely visit this location
Who doesn't love brunch?!?! This place offers several options to choose from and I am excited for the several locations. Overall my food was not great and it was not a very family friendly establishment. However, knowing more from my first experience, I can set my expectations for a second visit. I will expect blasting music from the DJ, so loud I can't hear my guest but the music will have you grooving. There will be a wait even though we joined the waitlist prior to arriving. The floor will be grossly sticky. The server will not be as attentive but I'll be distracted by the music. The grits will be the some of the worst savory grits I've had but there are more menu items to choose from. Overall not a great experience, but not a home run. I look forward to trying additional items with my expectations adjusted.

My friend and I decided to come here based off the drool worthy Instagram posts. After doing our research we knew it would be long wait time so we decided to come on a holiday so that we were not rushed. As soon as I arrived I added our name to the wait list. The hostess informed us that the current wait for two people was 1 hour - 1 hour 15 min. They use a system that texts you when your table is ready so I was able to step away and get coffee and some jerky from the Starbucks around the corner to hold me over. We ended up waiting about 1.5 hours before our table was ready. The inside of the café is small but quaint and the ambiance was comfortable. They have a DJ who played a mix of old and current hits. The music was great and at a comfortable level where you could listen and enjoy while still being able to carry on a conversation. Since we had already viewed a menu while waiting we knew what we wanted to order as soon as our server came. Of note, due to the holiday there was a limited menu however all of the selections sounded tasty. I ended up getting the Showtime Omelet and my friend got the Catfish & Grits, both of which were amazing. Our food took a little long to come out but we suspected that was because they were packed. Recognizing we had waited quite some time they ended up bringing us some crab fries for free to hold us over until our food arrived. I thought that was a nice and considerate touch which we appreciated. The fries were very tasty as was both of our dishes and the rum cake I got to go. The manage stopped by and apologized for our wait and asked how are food was as did several other staff members. They were personable and it was again a nice touch that they recognized our wait and thanked us for our patronage. Overall I was VERY pleased with the experience, felt it was worth the wait and personally will be back. I look forward to checking out their new location on H Street once it opens May 5th! read more

This spot is a nice well kept secret. Simple menu, yet filled with awesome contemporary approach to "good breakfast". Shrimp & grits, crab omelette and French toast were all awesome selections for our group of 3. Customer service was good. We were sat down immediately upon arrival. Your visit here must be deliberate as it is tucked away in an office park area inside an office building. Hours are limited as well. One criticism is that there was another customer at another table having an open speaker phone Conversation for about 10 mins. Many other patrons including myself were a bit taken back that the restaurant did not address it. A wise person once shared you can never change what you tolerate. I petition Management of the restaurant to train their staff to address these types of customer behaviors. On another note, I spoke with the manager/owner and he shared they will be opening a new location on 13th & H St DC first quarter 2020. This will be a nice location. The new location will expand their menu and hours of operation. I will definitely go back to this location and try out the new location next year! We came here for brunch on Saturday after Thanksgiving. Its located on the exterior of office building. Parking was plentiful. We had abt 45 min wait. Its nice vibe with sports on TV, DJ playing hip hop. Its limited seating and a small bar. No reservations you have add name to waitlist. However, they use phone app to text me a link so I could wait elsewhere and check my status via weblink. Wait staff was friendly and helpful on menu questions. They had limited brunch menu. We ordered catfish & grits, oxtail chef special, loaded salmon special. Food was excellent. read more

In visiting this location for brunch today, we had a very good experience!! There was a wait, but we were able to be seated at the bar. The bartender, Leah, was so good to us and very nice! The BEST catfish and grits hands downnnn! When I say that every bite was flavorful. Then to top It off, there was lump crab throughout the dish as well. My mouth still wAtering as I write this lol. The shrimp and grits were just as good! The chef put his whole foot and two extra toes on this meal. The service was good as well. We were seated as soon as we walked in since we arrived maybe 30 mins after they opened. It started to get packed when we were leaving. I will be back for sure. read more

Ok not completely impressed. I wanted to try before I come back to support Black Business Restaurant Week. First things first. I should have chosen the Q code instead of the Paper menu. I missed out on an opportunity for alacart options. A significant amount of space however they were filling up fast. I had a chance to view a few of the signature dishes passing my way. The wait to order was less than 10 minutes. The food took a little longer to come out. I ordered Crab Grits. They were okay ,not the traditional Southern grits I am accustomed. I will be back. I recommend supporting this restaurant. The menu is awesome. It is pricey so bring your big wallet. You by all means should leave a tip. Priya was my server and she was on point. Can't wait until my next visit. read more
I know we've all had chicken & waffles before but have you ever had chicken & french toast? combo. Their French toast had a nice crisp on the outside but was nice and fluffy on the inside. Now that's how you make French toast. The chicken was seasoned well making this an undefeated combo. The drizzle of sauces on top were sweet enough that I didn't even need to use the syrup. Such a perfect bite. This is MUST when you visit. They have several locations so check for the nearest to you. read more

This place surprised me, it's in like an office or corporate area, so I thought I was in the wrong place. We had a short wait for brunch, but it was nice out so we waited out side. It was larger than I expected, but still a cozy spot. There was a live DJ and gave a fun atmosphere. The menu was short, but they k ow what they are doing with what they have. The food and drinks a little price, bit the portions sizes worth it. I ordered the Catfish and Grits, it was huge and came with crab meat on top. My friend ordered the seafood special, it was about $45 and came with shrimp, crab, salmon, lobster on top of mashed potatoes and sauce. It was amazing. They definently know what they are doing with seafood. Only down sides, tables a little worn and sticky. I couldn't get any water because they had no more clean glasses. That seemed odd. read more

The service is 5 star. I wish I could rate individual aspects of my experience. The servers did a great job given the circumstances and with quite a few diners there. There are only two reasons my experience as a whole wasn't 5 star...although very very close. These are things that could very easily be rectified. I ordered the fried chicken and French toast and it was AMAZING. It may be the best French toast I've had in a very long time. My gripe is that one of the chicken strips was very thin making is too easy to overcook and become tough. That's exactly what happened. Of the four strips served with the meal, one was not edible as it was overcooked and tough. Again, a very simple fix and not enough to weigh down my experience. The only other thing I would recommend would be providing more durable plastic ware. I absolutely appreciate that they want their diners to feel safe and comfortable and have resorted to using plastic ware to place people at ease. However, most of the dishes do require you to cut the food so more durable plastic ware would be greatly appreciated. I will definitely return. The food was great, customer service was amazing and they took extra precautions to ensure that food was delivered safely. Well done!! Glad to see this establishment thriving in Prince George's County. read more

I had been wanting to visit since I heard about this restaurant so my birthday weekend was the perfect time. The hostess takes your temperature and gives your hand sanitizer before seating you. The menu is on the website so we were not provided physical menus but we also weren't specifically told to scan the QR code to order. Thanks to almost 2 years of covid, we were familiar with the drill though. I ordered salmon on grits and my fiance ordered the seafood salmon on grits. The seafood salmon is almost the same thing but comes with fried lobster tails and shrimp. I have to be honest, I was expecting more flavor in my dish. The spinach had the most flavor. My fiance's was food was good. That fried lobster-bomb! Overall a yes from me. read more

Very disappointed with my visit on Tuesday after hyping this place up to my mom after she came in from Alabama and eating at the restaurant in Alexandria the last time she was in Maryland. It was my mom, aunt and I and we each ordered the fish and grits. The grits were lumpy and had cool spots and the fish was small and like it was cooked in old grease. The place has started not being consistent since they first opened. Worst part is the waitress put a gratuity on the meal like it was 4 of us but only 3 people. $22 tip Check your receipts people... read more

I visit this spot with two girlfriends and we were all anticipating our meals due to running late. I'm not sure how long they've been open but the overall interior is bland and has no real aesthetic. We got a mimosa pitcher but the pitcher didn't even really look like the standard size.. (or maybe we just should of got another lol) none the less though my meal was delicious overall. The prices were $$$ on a $$$$ scale. The one thing I'd change or alter is the grits. I wish it had been a bit sweeter. I added some brown sugar to it when I got home and it was pretty perfect after but not my favorite before. The salmon crawfish and lobster meat however were very flavorful. My girlfriends also seemed to have enjoyed their meals. The staff was also friendly. All in all, I'd give this spot one more chance. read more

Around 12pm they had a dj on site and it was difficult to have a conversation while yelling over the music, but the dj was good ... just music was a little too loud in such a small space. read more
I've been a loyal customer of this spot since the soft opening over a year ago! Food is consistently great and service is always up to par. There's yet been an instance where management didn't come by my table to make sure everything was going great! I'm originally from Georgia and looovveee catfish! They have a catfish and grits dish that is superb, esp since it's topped with jumbo lump crab meat and sometimes lobster and shrimp. It's heaven on earth! I've brought multiple family and friends here and share my experience and support whenever I get a chance. Cheffito and his crew have a true gem and I can't wait for the H street location to open later this year! I wont have to drive 40 minutes as often anymore to indulge in this food even though it's worth the drive! There is usually a wait but you can get added to the waitlist! Def check it out! read more

Never overly salty - its a great spot for a quick meeting or convo - there isn't much of a wait for food -The food is reasonably priced for its portion size I could eat here everyday but I have a feeling I would need to work at a gym to work off the calories but highly recommend if in the area. read more
This location is packed with long waitlists and it is absolutely understandable! I stopped by for a tasty brunch and my goodness did they deliver! The seafood was so fresh and seasoned to perfection. The grits lived up to my southern girl expectations. The drinks were refreshing and customer service was well above average. The food here is amazing. The location is a little hidden. It's in the middle of an office park. You know when you've arrived because you'll see people standing outside. It takes a while to be seated if you have a party of 3 or more. They don't have too much space in there so expect to wait about 30 minutes. When I went there was a party of 10 ahead of us and they told me that they waited for over an hour. That being said the food was worth the wait. I had the lobster Mac & cheese. The food portions are more than enough. Worth noting that they have very limited drink selections. I will definitely visit this establishment again. read more
Hidden gem tucked away in a corporate office cluster. This is a must try for a quick breakfast/lunch or a fun time brunch with friends. The establishment is intimate, clean, bright, and inviting. The staff was personable and it's a team effort, when our waitress was busy or occupied others jumped in to ensure dishes were removed or beverages refilled. I do not know Lavalle role but he is an asset to the establishment! He was personable, professional, anticipated our needs prior to a request, and did not hover! HES THE MVP! The menu was not over whelming but varied, the only negative was the lack of alternatives/substitutes: would like to see egg whites for omelettes or side salads with mixed greens/kale with a vinaigrette. Came in for a mid day breakfast with a friend we're both first timers. First, I love how we were immediately seated with friendly staff. Our server name is Alan. Very attentive good advice on the menu. The music is a 90s R&B vibe. Perfect! (@1pm) We started off with a strawberry mimosa and a mix juice mimosa. We went with the strawberry pitcher. Good mix not too sweet. The french toast and chicken was my fav then the catfish n grits. I could have done without the showtime omelet. Too eggy, like the egg beater fluff type. Anyway.... it had a good flavor and the seafood was tasty. Eggs are just not my thing :-/ Over all I will definitely return. And you should tooo! read more

My friends and I went here for Sunday brunch. I'll probably be repeating a lot of what other reviewers have said, but here goes: -It's in an office park with no signage directing you to the restaurant so follow your GPS exactly -The DJ was great, but because he's indoors and the space isn't THAT big, the music is incredibly loud and you will be yelling over the music to talk to others at your table. I was exhausted from yelling (and downing three pitchers of mimosas) when we left. -The food is BOMB. I've had a lot of fish and grits/shrimp and grits in the area, and this was by far the best I've had. -It's a little pricey.. about $30-50 per plate -Our mimosas were served in plastic cups/carafe. This didn't bother me but I saw some other reviewers complaining about it not being glass, so just something to be aware of. -You WILL smell like grease when you leave. Either accept it or just do take out -The service was excellent, everyone was friendly/helpful and seemed to be in a good mood. -The waitlist feature worked really well. If you sign up ahead of time, it notifies you of when to join the list and when to check in. My friend checked in our party while two of us were still on the way, and we were seated about five minutes after the whole party was there. I def recommend but would like to try the other locations (my friend was really upset about this location not having the lobster mac and cheese). Minus one star for lack of ambience. They could use a larger, more vibes-y space. However what they have now serves the purpose and the food was great. Check it out! read more
Tucked away in a business park, you wouldn't expect to see Kitchen Cray Cafe. From the moment you walk through the door you can smell the the delicious aromas so I followed them right on in!! We were greeted and seated right away and our server Brianna came right over to serve us. She was very pleasant and professional and offered her suggestions on what to try. We decided on Shrimp & Grits and the Showtime Omelet. The food came out in a very reasonable amount of time and looked yummy. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly and complimented the rich cheesy grits which had the p. My boyfriend had the omelet and he loved it as well. It was topped with the deliciously seasoned shrimp and crab meat with a side of tater tots. The staff members were particularly attentive to all of the guests as they walked by and spoke to each table. You could feel the genuine concern that everyone was comfortable and cared for. If you haven't tried Kitchen Cray Cafe, get on it! We weren't even in the area but wanted some good breakfast/brunch options and headed out to Lanham! We walked in and did not have a wait (but this will depend on the time you go). From the time we sat down to the time we left, our experience was great! Our server Xavier was awesome! He brought things we needed before we even asked and he was super pleasant! Xavier recommended menu options and after taking his suggestions my tastebuds were happy with him! Lol! Kitchen Cray really did disappoint, from the service to the food my party was dissatisfied. Our party ordered the wings to start but they did not arrive to the table for another 30 minutes. Our party also placed entree orders that took over an hour to arrive. When inquiring to the staff and manager they indicated that their kitchen was having problems filling orders in a timely manner. The restaurant was not full at all, and members of our party who had come more than once said this was a repeat issue. Add all of this to the fact our waitress had 0 personality and was not helpful at all. She had a straight face and barely spoke even when taking our orders she would just stare at one of us until they spoke. Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner whatsoever, overall the service was terrible. The food was okay. Of the five people who ordered food at our table only one would order their dish again. Personally, I ordered the chicken and french toast; the chicken was dry and french toast OK, certainly nothing to rave about. I munched on the catfish and grits another member of my party ordered and it was delicious. We ordered two flavors of the wings, but honestly could not even differentiate between the two (hot honey and mumbo sauce), so we weren't impressed by those as well. One member of my party describes it as "God awful" and would never return. Mannnnnnn, this joint be hitting. I've only been to Kitchen Cray a few times but every time I order they surpass my expectations. The oxtail was MARVELOUS! There are a lot of good Jamaican spots in the DMV (specifically P.G. County) but at minimum rival them or exceed their taste. The sauce was exquisite and it's honestly enough for two meals. Blended with the whipped mash and spinach, if you order at 12pm you will still be eating at 6pm lol. Now let's get to the Lobster Mac 'n Cheese. Simply put.......it's the most satisfying Macaroni Cheese in my life. The first time I ordered it, I took an extended break at work and didn't care. The wait was well worth the stride. How the Lobster meat sinks into the Macaroni and blends the soft and crispy textures of the dish. If you are someone that loves gooey cheese and herbs, this is for you. Food was sooo good! Ordered the seafood grits (crab, shrimp, lobster) and a pitcher of mimosa. Food was so tasty, I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese to go. The staff did a great job of making sure all was well. The CoOwner Su even came out to check on every single guest. He was gracious to us (our first visit) and made sure every single table was ok. Honestly, this is the spot for breakfast. Good food, good drinks, good people. *The owners should be mindful of servers. Our waitress was awful and rude! She was impatient and only spoke when it was time to pay the bill. I still tipped well, but only because the food and owners personality were both amazing! read more

Yes we only have a brunch menu on Sundays.

I just walked in....no reservation was made. However, for brunch I think you can go to their website and register for it. I hope this helps.
