A lot of people I work with have mixed feelings about Kislings and for some reason it seems to be a very polarizing restaurant. The chief complaints I heard were mostly about its atmosphere and I have to agree it has a bit of a funky odor from all the spilled beer every weekend (they play a lot of drinking games upstairs). That said the wings are seriously some of the best I've ever had and the kislings cheesesteak will not disappoint. The staff has been good everytime I've been there, the prices are fair and the portions are generous. If you're on the fence as to try it or not, go on a nice spring day when they have the doors open and get the wings. read more

It's not often that something lives up to the hype, but Kisling's wings managed to exceed it. Maybe the best wings I've ever had. They're fried to a perfect crisp, but not overcooked to the point of being dried inside, no breading that gets soggy when sauce is added, no lingering taste of stale oil. Just perfect. And the sauce is dead on. The beer selection isn't huge, but it's respectable (always nice to get Duckpin on draught). The staff is friendly and quick. The fries were kinda soggy and nothing special, and I didn't get any other food to rate. My company hosted an employee happy hour this week and Kislings catered the event. They truly went above and beyond. They were on time, brought extras of all equipment needed (burners, chafing dishes, forks, wet-naps) and were really helpful during set up. All the food was delicious and stayed hot until the event started. They also brought extra food and even though it was a smaller group than usual, almost everything got eaten. None of the fried food was mushy and it stayed for the whole event. Overall, very very happy with the catering. I will definitely be using them for future events. read more

This place is NOT fancy or has great music or atmosphere. It is actually quite loud and most of the time it is hard to find good seating. However, it does have the BEST Hot Wings I have ever eaten ever! My husband dragged me there and he was absolutely right. The service was excellent and the Wings were loaded with Garlic and Tasty Hot Sauce. I also enjoyed their hard cider as well as the curly fries in cheese. I live a block from Kislings and really like coming here a lot. The service is very firendly and mostly effivient. they have a good beer selection and their drinks are fairly good. Two reasons to come here regularly are the cheesestaek and the wings. The cheesesteak is massive, juicy and flavorful.. The wings are delicious but be carefull of the hot ones, they are a killer. First of all, definitely not the best wings in Baltimore. I called in a $60 order of wings for delivery today and the receptionist told me it will be there in 15 minutes. I live 0.8 miles away. After 1 hour went by I decided to call to check up on my order. The lady told me that the delivery man was out and should be there any second. Then 30 minutes go by so I call back again. At this point I get the manager on the phone, Justin. I told him the situation and he was extremely rude. I asked him if there was something he could do to make this better as far as maybe a little discount. He responded "I'm not in the business of discounting, if you don't want it anymore you can refuse the order" and then proceeded to hang up. THEN the delivery guy gets here 20 minutes later and forgot the order of fries, which took another 45 minutes before he got back. I am mad I have to even give this place 1 star. read more

The wings are good and so is their crab dip and chicken Chesapeake. That's the only things I go for though. The rest of the food doesn't seem to be consistent. Such as half the soft pretzel hard or Parmesan Kraft type cheese sprinkled on mozzarella sticks. I had a cheesesteak years ago and it was decent, so it might be worth trying. I have been coming to Kislings for years. Boy have things changed. Our server, don't remember her name, greeted us within a timely fashion, we ordered wings and shrimp to start off. The shrimp was great, the wings sauce was good, but the wings themselves were overcooked. We then ordered our meals. Me and my sister in law ordered seafood salads. After asking our server if they were good, and she replied yes, we took a chance on them. When you have an item on the menu that says Seafood salad-shrimp, crab and lobster. What would you expect? Well, expect imitation crab and lobster. It was horrible, and after eating the shrimp out of it, my server FINALLY returned, with her drink in her hand mind you. Asked if everything was ok, and I explained to her, in Maryland, when you say crab meat, it needs to be crab meat. I'll take the imitation lobster, but can't part with the crab. She did nothing for our check but tell us that it was said before by former guests. Your bathrooms were a disaster as well! Get your act together Kislings, you just lost a lifer. read more

I went there because a friend of mine recommended it. The regular buffalo sauce is really good, but my wings were slightly burnt and dry and were missing a lot of sauce. while my boyfriends portion had enough sauce. I told the waiter and she said that she couldn't do much for the burnt taste, but could give me extra sauce. Finally when she brought the sauce she said "sorry about that". I decided to order from Kislings because they claim to have the best wings in Baltimore . The wings were very small and a few of my wings were not edible because the bones were broken. To top it off I have never had such terrible customer service. The food took over 2 hrs to come and we only live 5 minutes away. Hubby and I wanted a burger today so we decided to venture to Kislings in Canton. We split a burger, steamed shrimp, and 1 order of wings. We are big fans of their wings and they did not disappoint. We've been here numerous times and for whatever reason we always have a complaint about their fries. We always receive the remaining crumbs of previously cooked fries. I normally complain and they are quick to make it right. Today I decided not to since I'm cutting back anyway. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the burger, my husband stated it needed a better roll. We completed the meal with a digestif, Makers Mark's neat. I booked my bf's 30th birthday upstairs and everything during the booking process went smoothly..Justin, the owner was very helpful. The day of the party had arrived and my bf an I showed up. The fryer was down; now I understand this out of their control, so I cannot rate them solely on this. We kept on and everyone had a great time. Towards the latter of the night workers were coming upstairs and EATING OUR FOOD. My bf asked them who they were and to stop and one of the DRUNKEN workers swung and tried to hit him. That was broken up and everyone started to pack up to leave. I was assualted by an employee (she punched me in the side of my head) and was called derogatory names from the bartending with the dark hair, looks like snookie (while she was making out with her boyfriend). We had workers and people we didnt know drinking on our tab and eating our food. I was in contact with the acting manager that night who told me we would be refunded HAHAHA. We didnt get ANYTHING back, in fact when I spoke with the owner, no one had even told him what happened. So, he offered to give us a gift card...yeah, a gift card, because that is exactly where we would want to go back to eat. WHELP here were are 4 months later and haven't received ANYTHING. I have to give this place 4 stars though because the last time I came here my wings were very dry and didn't have enough sauce.
