Scheduled to have my truck windshield replaced while I was at the dealership getting repaired because Im leaving on a trip. I have a lifted F250 truck and I specifically told them it's a very tall which would require a 6' A ladder to reach the windshield for an installation. When the technician showed up he not only didn't bring an A ladder but didn't bring another technician to help him install. They simply wanted to reschedule for another day when I'm leaving town tomorrow morning. Mind you it's 1pm on a Friday. I then call the main line and plead to have them try to fix it today because I'm leaving. "I'm sorry sir but we don't have any technicians available." I was going to write a three star, but after the failed attempt to get a second guy out there today I decided to lower the rating to an one star. I would rather have paid another company an additional $100 then try to get my $100 rebate check from this company and deal with their BS. read more

However the office staff is always rude and not friendly no matter who it is or what days you call or go in on. My remote start system was damaged during the windshield replacement, I had to rewire the connections. I am disappointed this wasn't checked after the installation. A few days later, the adhesive used is peel on both sides of the windshield. Not worth the cash to come in, I will be using the dealer next time. read more

Kings Windshield is a joke. They installed my first windshield and it was the wrong one. Went back a week later to have it fixed, only for them to install it incorrectly with the trim sticking out and glue all over the side of my vehicle. Not too mention they never gave me back my oil change or my carwash sticker. When I called for the oil change and car wash sticker they never came back to the phone and ignored me. When I called again for the 3rd time to fix the trim on my windshield they sent out a tech to my job which supposedly fixes "it" and said he will be back to tape it, because he has no tape for the windshield. But never comes back and they never respond to my texts. This place is a complete joke. Do not use this place and report them to the insurance company for fraud. They don't know what they are doing. read more

Took my car in for windshield replacement. Been here two or three times before. When I got home I noticed there was glass all over the place. There was glass inside the air vent, on the dash, on top the steering wheel, on the floor, inside the cup holder, and on my seat. There several other areas covered with glass pieces. But when I noticed I was sitting on glass, I called the ship right away. When I called I asked for the manager. The lady said the manager left for the day and could take a message. HORRIBLE service or should I say lack there of. I scheduled my windshield to be fixed on 6/29. I called on 6/28 and they said oh no problem we have your windshield and a time for you. I said ok great! I get to my appointment a tad early but I wasn't mad about waiting. They inspect my vehicle and I sign on it just stating what previous damage there is incase there's damage during install. No problem. I signed and went back to scrolling through my emails. 5 minutes later one of techs come in and asks me to come outside. Has me look at the windshield they were going to use and said that it was returned and never used. However it was already primed but he doesn't know with what primer. So he can't install it incase it would not be able to seal properly. Um okay... so use a different one and why didn't you guys notate what primer was used on it if you kept it in inventory? Well loser had the nerve to say he needs to reschedule as they don't have another windshield. Um you didn't check this before I came in?! You had ALL day to do that prep work before my appointment. Come to find out I'm the last appointment of the day. These people just didn't want to work. Loser offered me mobile service but it's booked 3 weeks out and I need a windshield NOW! As the initial minor chip turned giant crack happened to my windshield this Wednesday. So it's not like I waited... Oh and they're off power and the 60. I live in downtown Phoenix. If you think I'm going to waste another day in this part of town for my windshield you're mistaken. Don't hire STUPID LAZY PEOPLE. CHECK your inventory PIOR to shop opening to make sure you have correct parts! IF you keep something already primer or altered make a notation of what was used for it! If you can't perform the job the day it's scheduled CALL that customer WELL BEFORE their appointment. NEVER GO HERE! read more

*stay away from this place if you value your time and money* I had been a loyal client for several years, but taking my new car there was the worst mistake. They messed up the "calibration" process of my safety sensors, left a bunch of lights ON on my dash and all my car's safety features even the cruise control unusable, they brushed it off saying it was a "defective" windshield and they had to wait for a new one, and of course there was no ETA as to when it would be available. I have the manager in recording stating he had at least 7 other cars with the same issue, which leads me to believe they DON'T have the proper tools to get the job done in these newer cars. He even had the audacity to say I was driving around with a "free" windshield until they fixed the issue, turns out when I called my insurance, they had already been paid over $1200 just for the glass. King had me driving around with my dash looking like a Xmas tree for almost 3wks. Ended up taking my car to the dealership, turns out the windshield was perfectly fine, and King had damaged/burned all sensors on my car, needless to say will not be going back and if I could give them 0 stars I would. read more
