I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

Buyer Beware, Magic (not) Windshields uses low quality…read morechinese (Fuyao) glass by default. This cheap quality glass is easily chipped/cracked which might make you a repeat customer and costing more money. Seems like a immoral business model/practice to sell cheap glass that most likely will need repair or replacement soon after installation. Buyer Beware!
