She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. At 2:32 PM, the technician texted me that he was starting the dynamic calibration and was "almost done." At 2:33, I was told it would be "a few more minutes." An hour later, at 3:25, after I asked for an update, I was told the vehicle was passing the first part of the calibration but not the second. The technician continued driving my vehicle around attempting the calibration. At 3:50 PM, he sent me a photo of his diagnostic equipment showing the dynamic calibration had a fault after multiple attempts. I even remembered that I had a Progressive Snapshot device in the OBD port and suggested removing it in case it was interfering. At 4:27 PM, the technician returned, but the situation still wasn't resolved. Then at 5:07 PM, I was told he would be "heading back over shortly." By 6:05 PM -- almost an hour later -- I was still waiting and had to text again asking whether I should just call it a day. Ultimately, they were unable to successfully calibrate the ADAS/front camera, gave up on the job, returned the vehicle to me without a successful calibration, and later refunded me. I appreciate that they issued the refund, but I lost most of an afternoon and was left with a newly replaced windshield that still needs to be taken somewhere else for proper calibration. What bothered me most was the communication. I repeatedly heard "a few more minutes," "I'll tell you soon," and "heading back over shortly," while hours passed. If the calibration wasn't working, I would have much preferred to be told that directly rather than continually being given short estimates that weren't accurate. The refund was appropriate, but based on the amount of time wasted, poor communication, and the unfinished calibration, I would not use this company again. I felt like they were being dishonest and the communication was horrible.

I've been here more times…read morethan I'd probably like, but alas the Phoenix freeways and amount of trucks and rocks kicking up leads to more cracked windshields than not it seems. My insurance does utilize Safelite at their preferred vendor and utilize scheduling right on the app itself. I'm typically able to get in within a week and they do have lots of flexibility with times. You have the option to hang around or drop off. I can't speak for value, as we have a zero dollar glass deductible for this exact reason, but the service, follow up and quality of work have always been good for us on both are vehicles which do include calibrations for the cameras.

My SUV required calibration and it wasn't that unique yet they took weeks and blamed it on the insurance. I had full glass coverage so never saw the price. Later I found out they charged my insurance company over $4600 for a new windshield. Which eventually looked negatively on my insurance history and my rates went up. Maybe that is the price but for that amount I should have had white glove service and it was a huge pain with extra difficulty due to lack of communication. Will not go back there.
