King George II Inn has an Old Tavern feel with a touch of history. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by the owner and staff. Our waitress was equally personable and friendly. We stopped here for late lunch on our way back from Philadelphia. We were seated at a table by the window overlooking the Delaware River. It's a very nice atmosphere and vibe. We started off with a half order of the warm sourdough boule, which comes with 4 large pieces. It was baked to perfection and oozing with garlic, butter and combination of cheeses. A definite must order; you will not regret it. My husband ordered the Crab Cake Sandwich and I ordered the Blackened Mahi Tacos. Both were very good. However, the Mahi tacos were outstanding. They weren't quite blackened, but the quantity of Mahi within each taco was plentiful. I loved the fact that it was not some deep battered creation, but a well cooked and seasoned Mahi filet. NOTE: 3% surcharge for all credit card transactions.

Great views over the Delaware River and a cozy interior that makes dinner feel special. I appreciate the attentive, friendly servers, with excellent hospitality. Nice meet and greet with one of the owners, Bruce. Broad American menu with upgraded options.

Our waitress suggested the whipped ricotta and it was absolutely delicious. The warm bread in the cool ricotta hit all the right notes. The steak frites had the best Parmesean fries and dipping sauce. The steak was cooked just right and was fabulous. The filet with thd crab cake was all you could ask for in a surf and turf. To end it all with the homemade rice pudding was perfection. We have a great meal every time we come here. We will definitely be back.

Came here later on a random week night and the restaurant area was kinda dead. The bar area seemed to be pretty busy. Definitely did not need a reservation but assuming one's need on the weekends or in summer for their outside area. Being almost 9 months pregnant I was surprised by the extensive list of mocktails they had! For a starter the bacon wrapped shrimp was AMAZING!!! I could have ate the whole order myself. My crab cake dinner was also very good! My husband & I split a key lime tart dessert. Overall food & service was 5 stars.

The food was absolutely amazing. The service with Brian G was great, speedy and polite. We ate on the patio with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The breeze was just so, absolutely gorgeous choice. We had 2 drinks, oysters, southern fried shrimp (delicious sauce) prime rib special, half rib entree, and cheesesteak. I wish we took pics of the food but it was tooo delicious. 10/10 will come again

Restaurant on the Delaware . The food was excellent, but the service was outstanding, Lauren & her son Collin were very attentive,

Is this a destination dinner spot - not necessarily but for a nice lunch/dinner give it a shot. The bar area is rustic and comfortable. The dining room is nice but nothing to rave about. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is large without being overwhelming and some of the prices are on the high side but I'm sure you can find something in your price range. The warm Crab dip with pretzel bread was a nice (and large) start to our meal. Both the Fish & Chips as well as the Short Ribs were a large and very good choice for dinner, large enough that we will be having both for lunch!

On a beautiful and chilly thanksgiving afternoon, this restaurant provided cozy dining to celebrate the holiday. You need to ask for seatings on the second floor for a nice view of the river. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even one of the owners greeted each table. House salad had candied walnuts, really good and it was a nice balance to the acidity of the balsamic vinegar. Salmon with rice pilaf was delicious. The salmon had a nice crisp but not dry and overcooked. The rice pilaf was flavorful. My husband had stuffed peppers with quinoa and black beans topped with melted cheese with a side of marinara sauce. It was also flavorful. It came with rice pilaf and spinach but the spinach was salty. Definitely check out this spot when you're in Bristol. The building looks historic .

Sweet views from upstairs. Tugboat on the river.

Absolutely perfect date night! During Lent we always go out on Fridays to grab seafood. We decided to go here since it's in our neighborhood. First time for me and a few times for hubby. He gave me the wonderful history of the place. We were greeted with a joyous salutation. All the staff here were very friendly and accommodating. We both got the fish and chips and they were delicious. Thick cod and yummy fries. Service was great too. The view from upstairs was great also. We will be coming back here a lot!

First, a small cup of sour cream was 50 cents for a while, now it's three dollars. $3. For a small, 4 ounce cup of sour cream. Wawa charges a quarter for a sour cream packet that has around the same amount of sour cream in it. The last straw was that the girl working there told me that every order gets one napkin. I asked for extra napkins and she handed me one more napkin. Then she goes, "how many napkins do you need?!" Extremely rude. Mind you, the food you guys serve is messy. God forbid someone needs 3, maybe 4 napkins. She looks at me like I had 3 heads. This is going to be the first place to start charging for napkins. The whole eat in portion of the store doesn't even have napkins. Very strange for a Latin eatery who Spanish food being as messy as it is. They don't even include plastic silverware anymore. Avoid at all costs. You can look up health department information on your own accord. It's not good.

Noemy herself was my server. Friendly, charming and proud of her business, she warmly engaged me in conversation as we toured the menu. I opted for her Fried Tacos, Strawberry Milkshake, Chips y Salsa. They were all terrific. It took a short while for my order to come from the Cocina, but as each arrived they were a sight to behold. First the Milkshake arrived, a beautiful bright pink in a large glass. Freshly blended, it was cool and strawberry delicious. Second, the Chips and Salsa were served in a plastic basket; crispy with brown spice bean sauce on top. I liked this far more than red or green salsa as it offered more rich earthy flavor. Finally, the Four fat Fried Tacos arrived on an oval ceramic plate with small side salad. They were stuffed with ground chicken, cheese and chiles and deep fried to a golden tan. Sure, they burnt my fingers as I picked them up to dip in salsa and chomp down, but it was a good burn that had me licking them for first aid. Just awesome! I sat for a while afterward as Noemy was busy in the kitchen, but we closed out my meal with a reasonable check and discount for cash. She invited me back, and I suspected I would accept her offer. 5 Salvadoran Stars for this most enjoyable experience.

Wanted Mexican food (actually margaritas lol) after bowling with friends and Mill Street was under…read more2 miles away from where we were so it was an obvious decision to try them out. The restaurant is in this cute little area with shops, restaurants and bars and is a popular destination because when we were leaving out after finishing our meal the place was jam packed and there was at least an hour wait (but no wait when we came in thankfully). It's important to note that this is NOT authentic Mexican food ... but it was pretty good nonetheless. The margarita flight was cute and gave us the ability to try a few flavors out before committing to a large one. The favorites were the white peach and pineapple margaritas (the other 2 in the flight were the traditional and prickly pear). We ordered the Crab Mexican Street Corn for an appetizer and while it was loaded with crab, it wasn't Mexican Street Corn ... it was seasoned corn with old bay and a few other ingredients topped with crab. I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo Fajitas which was a nice portion size (I took 3/4 home) and the flavors were pretty darn tasty, but when you order fajitas you expect the "sizzle" and these didn't have that nor were they have the right temperature ... they were just warm when I wanted and expected them to be hot. The refried beans were yummy despite them not looking too appetizing but the rice was too soft. Service was good overall and pricing was also reasonable. If we're in the neighborhood again and in the mood for margaritas we may just stop back in.

I recently visited Mill Street Cantina twice and came away disappointed. It was highly recommended…read moreby a couple of friends. The inside was clean and the bar area I sat at although small was a decent spot to have a drink and grub. The staff was mostly young kids who were very nice. The chips and salsa they offer were boring. The salsas both roja and verde lacked flavor, mostly spice. The chips were fresh, but thick and bland. I think a thinner homemade style would work better. The first bartender I dealt with was great with the menu. She recommended several menu items. I ended up rolling with the Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas at $18 - jumbo lump crab, old bay cream cheese, tiger shrimp, cilantro and lime rice. The lime rice was worthless. It had zero flavor and was dry. The Enchiladas were creamy, but lacked spice and complexity. The tiger shrimp had a delicious grilled, moist flavor and were the best part. My second trip had a newer bartender who was getting her feet wet. She was friendly, but busy familiarizing herself with the bar so I went simple and ordered Birria Tacos - $15 Braised beef, onions, cilantro, lime Oaxaca cheese, consommé. The beef was dry and not tender. The shells were ok. The best part was the lime Oaxaca cheese and the consommé somewhat helped me get the beef down. The portion was very small. Not a good value in my humble opinion. The other patrons were mostly young and enjoying margaritas. I think booze is the draw to this spot. Without it your just getting average Mexican grub. Heck of a location in the Borough, but my visits left me longing for a hot pepper!
