Lunch Factory sits in the industrial park just of Street Road east of Rt. 95, Bensalem. Make the quick turn onto Dunksferry Road and follow that until it branches into Progress Drive. Take Progress until you see the Lunch Factory sign on the front glass window. Park and walk around to the side to enter. It is a little challenging to find, but don't be deterred. If you like fresh morning or afternoon sandwiches, you will appreciate the effort to go there. There are four tables in the utilitarian dining room with half glass wall separating it from the kitchen, but most people just stop in for take out. I did likewise. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Kaiser to introduce myself to their abilities. Everyone was friendly, even though a Covid plexiglass panel separately me from the order taker. I watched as my breakfast was prepared on the grill. Two eggs (pancaked), two patties, two slices of American cheese, fresh roll, made for a heavily loaded piece of short order master cheffing. It was a work of culinary art when unwrapped at my desk. The morning sun through the window cast its light directly of it, making it glow, like I was in for a magical experience. And, I was. It was a big bite slicing through the layers of hot ingredients and a follow through explosion of flavors. Just an awesome sandwich. Almost every kitchen makes a sandwich with these elements, but precious few can knock your socks off. I happily ate barefoot. I stopped in today for my first time and I was so impressed by the customer service and the food. I sat down to eat my breakfast cheesesteak and I thought to myself wow there's a lot of food. Came here because of the great reviews, and it was a bit hidden but worth the search. It is in the midst of a group of factory buildings and easy to miss so be careful. We came for breakfast and decided on the steak, egg and cheese sandwiches. The menu for all the things seem pretty straightforward. I liked that you can customize a little as well. The price was also very reasonable. Our sandwiches were actually EXCELLENT! I was sad that it took us this long to get to the Lunch Factory since we lived right in Bensalem and were on our way out. The only thing I will note is that the place is tiny inside and only a few tables and chairs, so mostly a to go place. It it not somewhere I'd go have breakfast and hang out even if I was alone, as the ambiance feel like they want you in and out as well. I stumbled upon this place lookin for a place to eat while doing a delivery from out of town. I got a grilled chicken sandwhich with bacon and it was spectacular. Made to perfection and the meal came with fries and potato salad. This is easily the best place to eat in the area BY FAR!!!!!. Family owned and I was treated with the utmost respect I recommended the lunch factory 10/10 times if your lookin for lunch quick ,easy ,delicious, and str8 to the point. Another amazing Yelp find! Great little joint tucked back in the middle of an industrial park. Awesome hidden gem, open for ~7 years, with full breakfast and lunch menu. Wonderfully friendly staff and a very clean 6-8 table cafe/ restaurant. Everything is prepared fresh to order. If you love Reubens, you have to order one here! The sandwich was prepared kind of "Philly cheesesteak style," with the corned beef, sour kraut, and cheese mixed all together, rather than layers. The sandwich was then grilled to perfection. Absolutely amazing! My wife got a chicken wrap that she loved and our friend ordered the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich that she raved about. We can't wait to go back. read more

After getting there 20 minutes after the call and standing there for another 10, asked how long it will take and was told they don't know!!! A true hidden gem in a town dominated by Street Rd restaurants. Before I get into the review I have to admit this is a bias post as I'm friends with the owners. With that said, had I not known the owners I wouldn't have known this place exists. As of my typing I'm the 3rd person to leave a review. I've tried quite a few things on the menu and everything has been excellent. I personally recommend the Southwest Bacon Burger, on multiple occasions I've said wow that's the best burger I've ever had. I've paid $10-$20 for a fancy burger and I can honestly say this is the best burger I've had not to mention a lot cheaper. Which brings me to my next point. The Lunch Factory is a Mom and Pop operation practically in the middle of nowhere. It sits in an industrial complex/business center just off Street Rd (East of the I-95 exits). They have no fancy signs, no over the top advertising/marketing, it's just great tasting food at an affordable price. Most breakfast/lunch meals cost between $5-$10 and the portions are very fair. I just found out recently that they serve Breakfast and we were not let down. A buddy of mine ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich which he nows refers to as "The Worlds Best Bacon, Egg and Cheese." A few days ago I tried the "Viva La France" which is French Toast, Eggs, Bacon (or Sausage) and Home Fries, all for around $6. Had I gone to IHOP (no longer open on Street Rd) I would have paid much more, been burdened with leaving a tip (although you can sit down and eat at the Lunch Factory there is no waitress and no pressure to tip) and had to endure waiting for the waitress to bring the food out. As for the setting of the restaurant, although it's in a business center and easy to miss there's enough seating for 15-20 people. The tables are clean, there's a TV on at all times, there are plenty of snacks to choose from, it's a comfortable setting overall. They deliver locally and from a value standpoint you get a lot of bang for buck. It typically takes 5-15 minutes to get your food from the time it's ordered (this is fresh food) so keep that in mind and consider calling ahead. I give this place my highest recommendation and not because of my friendship with the ownership but because I really think this is some of the best food in the area. So the next time you're considering eating at McDonalds, Wendy's or any of the neighborhood chain restaurants keep in mind you'll get a much higher quality meal from The Lunch Factory at a surprisingly reasonable price. read more

My husband and I went here for lunch on my lunch break from work. I had never heard of it before but upon google searching where to go for lunch I came across it. I got the cheddar onion burger for $6.50 and added fries and slaw for $3. The burger presentation was amazing, it was gigantic, served on a ciabatta roll and the serving of fries was enough for two people! The burger was the greasiest burger I have ever eaten, grease ran out of the sandwich with each bite. I did not love it. My husband got a chicken cheesesteak hoagie and it was on a seeded roll, he liked it. Everything was made fresh, we waited about 15 minutes for our food. I would come back and try something other than the burger, the menu has a lot to offer! Oh and the woman who took our order was super nice! read more

The Lunch Factory is the main lunching destination for my office and the entire office complex. They have great specials that change daily, including salads like Chicken Caprese - with grilled chicken and fresh basil and parsley. Prices are very fair for the freshness of the food. read more

Wow what a great veggie wrap. I was NOT expecting that! Fresh motz, roasted reds, sundrieds w/pesto mayo (spread out so not clumped in two bites). I switched in spinach for romaine - to me, you have to (milder taste, more bendy). Everyone at work RAVES what a great place this is and after a few weeks I finally gave in... and glad I did. They're open another hour and I'm considering a 2nd. I hear their soups are great too. Edit few days later: Switched tuna for my motz fave and it's still excellent (pretty good tuna salad!). AND don't just go by the menu - they will do anything you want if they have it (there's a portabella salad not advertised and is also an option for wraps/sands or whatever makes you happy - like omelets, etc) Just editing because someone earlier said the vibe is they'd rather you take out but there are tables enough to seat over dozen. Lunchtime they're often 90% taken but the owners are so warm and friendly that I never got the 'get your stuff and go' vibe. Terry, cashier/runner/owner? is super nice. And by the way they have bathrooms and the place is bigger than some places I've been in the city (like Chinese places where there's nowhere to sit even while waiting). I work right down the street from this place and I go there all the time. If I ever changed jobs, the worst part would be not having this place to go to. The crew there works REALLY hard to go the extra mile, and it shows. Sometimes I'll get on a health kick, and I'll make up some crazy, healthy breakfast sandwich that isnt on the menu...and they make it no questions asked! They are on your side. All the food is great...nothing is ever done poorly. I would point one item out...but its all good. They even catered my house warming party and it was awesome! Trust me...if you are in the area, stop by...when you leave you will wish you worked down the street like me! :-) read more

Just tried this place fir the first time yesterday. People are very nice that work there. They need menus. Also my steak sandwich tasted like the grille was not fully cleaned from previous cooking. Had a taste of burnt food. I will give them another try though. My coworker ordered the grilled Reuben which he said was very good. read more
