Poor service. Rude employees. Bad attitude. I will never come back again. They need to learn how to approach customers. read more

Excellent facility. Had a huge oversized quilt that I couldn't wash at home and they had big industrial sized washers and dryers that fit the bill. My original Intention was to drop it off, but the machine only took 23 minutes to wash it and they had WiFi so I just hung out and waited. There are plenty of lunch places nearby too to pass the time! Manager was really helpful. They have coin machines and and detergent on site if, like me, you forget to bring it read more

I love this Laundromat! The workers/owner is polite and very helpful. It's a clean place and the machines work great. Plus, there is WIFI! Also, the music on the overhead is pleasant with lots of classics from the 60's, current music, and latin songs. Excellent location with good places to eat nearby! read more

Everything is so convenient, not to mention the prices for washing are great. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to stay with my comforter so I had the staff over night wash it, and it still was so affordable and my comforter came out great! read more

This is one of the best Laundromart I have ever visited!! They have plenty of machines to wash and Dry! They also can wash your clothe if you drop it off and they will have it ready the next day folded and smelling fresh!! The staff are very friendly and very attentive. Totally recommend this place to anyone in the Kendall area!! read more

Useful for last minute emergency but I've used their wash and fold service a few times and either I loss an item or I get someone item. How hard is it to not lose my shirt? read more

Most decent laundromat in this area. Clean machines and they keep the place neat. All in all good.

Best laundromat I've been to. Cheerful and not a drag. They have an $8 jumbo huge washer for your comforters. Exactly what I needed!

Lady wouldn't let me do my laundry. It's currently 10:34. Funny. Hours say open. Employees say it's closed for cleaning. While laundry mat is full. Will not come back. read more

Really, I wasn't expecting them to be so attentive to my opinion on Yelp! They were already my favorite laundromat in SW dade, but the fact that they're willing to respond to even minor concerns is pretty amazing. read more

I've been to a few coin laundry places in the area and few are as clean and comfortable as this one. Staff is friendly, the place is open late, machines are cleaned daily, air conditioned, with vending machines, 3 HD televisions with movies, and it is very spacious. The only downside is the seating.. Seats are in short supply so you may have to stand while you wait. Luckily there are some restaurants in the surrounding area that are within walking distance so you can get your eat on while you wash too! read more

This was an excellent laudromat - clean and bright. Everything worked. The wiffy was good, also. The chairs could have been more comfortable, but there were plenty of them. read more

Friendly, nice, clean and safe. Found in Yelp and wasn't disappointed.15mb wifi, not many places to sit but good enough.

Very clean, the machines are in a good condition and the lady that was there was very nice and helpful.

This place is the best. Extremely professional and very punctual. Their wash, dry and fold service is amazing and smells great. They are accommodating and always putting the customer first. If you are in their area I really suggest you give this place a try. Their laundromat is very clean. The customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time. Bring your clothes here or have them pick it up and deliver it. Its Awesome!! Being that I don't have a lot of time the pick up and delivery service is such a convenience. Check them out!! read more

This is the best cleaners laundromat including wifi for free super clean and friendly service

I always go there to do my laundry. But this is my last time.(6/14/16) Lady with the short hair not the owner. She has the worst attitude. I asked her to please give change to finish drying my cloths. Her answer was I don't give change go to another store and get change. I told her I'm doing my laundry here. So I had to get change elsewhere. I hope the owners read this. This Is how you loose business. Because of dummies like her. It very hard to run a business. You need please loyal customers. Give people change. The money is going back to you dummies. read more

Super clean place & friendly staff , been coming for 3 years and I always had a good experience. Honestly this is the best laundry in Miami

These is a clean place to wash your clothes and it has all the amenities includes TV's in all the walls seats WiFi bending machines and in the same plaza you have pizza, Chinese food, subway, and burgers so all round for the location and all the things that you can do it is grate and if you have a problem you can always talk to the owner and he will help you with the machines money or anything you need read more

Been here during evening times & everything has gone well, clean facility. But here I am waiting over 30 mins in parking lot for them to open. Hours of operation says it opens at 7am. It's 7:45am & still no sign of anyone! If you don't open at 7am, adjust your posted hours of operations! I just read another similar review with the facility not being open during posted hours of operation. Frustrated customer! read more

Don't go to Killian Laundromat if you're looking to be treated with respect and wish to receive some type of customer service. Used their wash and fold service a couple of times. (today being my last!) They advertise a 24 hr wash and fold service, yet never do they have anything ready in 24hrs. They'll try to compromise and negotiate with you as if you the customer, owe them any favors or consideration....they have asked me if they could do it for later, and when refused threaten to charge you for a rush order even tho their policy states 24hrs. They will write a later time in your receipt so as to buy themselves more time than the time the clothes were dropped off. Sometimes they won't even have them ready at the promised time. Employees are extremely rude and the owners, although nicer, still ask for unnecessary considerations from the customers part. Staff will argue with you and be unapologetic and if you complain, they will wave your clothes as they are folding it for everyone to see and slam the packs in front of you. This place is OK to use the machines.... But then again so are the 100s of laundromats out there with far better service. If you wish for your dignity, privacy, or consideration for your time to be taken into account STAY AWAY from this place and RUN..... read more

My dryer broke down while I had out of town guest. I washed a couple of loads of clothes and then took them to Killian laundromat to dry. I was told I would have to pay extra to use the dryers because I had not washed my clothes there. Isn't this what a laundromat is for? I politely took my things back out the door without using their dryers. Sometimes businesses can let good money just walk away. What a shame. read more

My dryer broke tonight and I had a load of wet clothes i needed to dry a.s.a.p so i came to the laundromat which is advertised as still being open (until midnight)... When i get here the door was locked with ppl still in there. The lady who works here came to the door with a face that would have killed (if possible) all the while saying "NO" to some other lady as if she was not gonna let me in. She opened the door and told me they couldn't take me. She was blocking the door and i started explaining to her that i just needed to dry my clothes and she rolled her eyes and let me in. Then she told me that i would have to pay a $3 fee PER DRYER because i was only drying... That was separate from the price to dry my clothes... This is my first experience here and most certainly my last. I understand people want to leave work after a long day but my one load is not going to go past her exit at midnight and there are several other people here doing their laundry as well. RUDE RUDE RUDE and unprofessional!!!! read more

Great and clean laundry mat! It's the best I've visited since being in Miami. I would recommend it to anyone.

i don't recommend this place 1) they lost my shirts, but they promised to call me latest on Wednesday 2) i waited a full week, and went in person asking the status of my shirts and also asked why nobody got in touch with me for the entire week 3) they did not speak English-so, they had to find a translator 4) they told me to wait another day, and promised to give me a 50% discount the only good thing about this place is the price: $1.99 for most of the business shirts (some shirts become $5 for no reason, but take those that they charge more, and go to another dry cleaner and you should still be good to go with a $3.5 charge at somewhere else) read more

Clean. Machines that work. Hot water. Hot dryers. Spacious. Air conditioned. No mosquitos! Excellent staff and owners. And, I repeat, Clean. Great hours. Lots of machines. WIFI! So hard to find a place like this in Miami. read more
