Parking can be a hassle if you come when it's busy. You can use an app to pay for washing if you dont have change. Be advised, the app does put a $20-$25 hold on your card. Most I've seen is 2-3 when I wash and then it corrects to the amount I actually use. Also, if you have 2 dimes and a nickel, they will not give you a case quarter.

I pulled up with my suavitel game on point (sorta) and loaded those cylinder metallic washers in all their rustic galore with quarters to wash my clothes. Since it's so close to my house, I left the loads washing while went home to recalibrate before I was committed enough to change the loads into the dryers. There's no parking lot from what I saw so you gotta snag a meter spot. The aesthetic isn't so detrimental in any sense so kudos for that. While they aren't 24 hours, they do offer wash and fold priced by the pound which is attractive for folks like me without a washer and dryer in their unit. It's right next door the to tag agency so if you really feel like torturing yourself with responsibility and live in the Gables, this might be your spot. My next visit will probably be prepped with a better laundry basket and more fabric softener since i want that hialeah fresh scent to give me warmth. They would have a full standing ovation from me if they were open around the clock pero I will deal with what I got because it sure ain't shoddy. Lastly, I had 2 jeans fixed, I picked up and paid for both. I trusted they were done because it was an inside stitching that I wanted around existing torns from the jeans knee area that I wanted to prevent from getting worse. After a few weeks realized one of the jeans was fixed and the other wasn't even touched even though I paid for both Jean repairs. Also, the only one that did get fixed was also coming apart so I decided to bring them both again for the help. Not only did they denied that they had even worked on them (in a way just flat out calling me a liar) They insisted in charging me everything all over again. When I obviously refused but even met half way by asking for at least a discount, they totally denied helping me completely. The manager was simply the rudest asking me to leave without wanting to listen to what I had to say. He basically said, nothing will be done, you can go. Not once was I rude, or raised my voice. At all times I was cordial, just asking for some type of consideration and trust. I would never lie. It's a jean repair for gods sake! I Even asked them to check on their records from the past so they will see that the job was done on their location.. They obviously denied because they have no system and no way of checking anything from before. This will be my first bad review I ever post in my life. I believe that if you have nothing nice to say, it's better to not say anything at all... But honestly I was humiliated and called a liar... by some irresponsible and dishonest people and I won't take it. Mostly to prevent other people to go thru what I just had to experience. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! Worst dry cleaners ever! What a shame they have to be part of Coconut Grove. Not even trying to give me the slightest solution. I can get all of my loads in at once which saves me time. Ive seen various people work here over the years and they have all been very friendly. I haven't had an issue with anyone here. They will even give you hints on which machines wash and dry better. I drive 15 minutes away from my house to come to this coin laundry because it is better than the few that are in my immediate area.

The facility was clean and in order. Coin dispenser machine worked which was a good thing since I didn't travel with coins. Prices are reasonable and competitive to the local area.
