I have been to Wash & Fold Coin Laundry twice, and this place is a solid place to do your laundry when your washer or dryer is down. There are lots of washers and dryers to choose from of different sizes. What I found surprising is that it takes $5 to use a medium-sized washer- but that seems to be pretty standard at all laundromats. Paying to use their washers and dryers is also automated as they use the Dexter Pay app which allows you to choose what dryer and washer to use, what temperature water, and how long to use the washer and dryer. This app is tied to your credit card, so you don't have to exchange dollars for coins. It is the small things in life that make me happy. I will come here again. It cost me $11.50 to use two medium sized washers ($5 each) and one large dryer ($1 for 24 minutes). I had to spend $.50 on extended wash for one washer.

There are a good amount of washers and dryers, so you're not waiting around for one. First time here? Keep in mind that the prices for the washers are different. The front of the store has the more expensive washers ($3.50), and the back has the least expensive ones ($2.50-- I think). The washers here are very efficient and wash your clothes rather quickly. The dryers are very efficient as well. They have three different types of options for the amount of heat you wish to dry your clothes, so just put the dryer on high (if you are in a hurry), and wait 15 minutes. Not bad at all. If my washer/dryer is ever broken, I definitely plan to come here. An okay place for all your laundry needs.

When I got upset they proceeded to raise their voices at me and tell me it's just a pair of pants! They then told me that in order to get my money back I would need to bring them the receipt for the pants and then they send it to the insurance and will let me know if I will get the money back. RIDICULOUS. I was planning to take these on a cruise the following day and could not even get a refund to go buy a new pair. The service is atrocious and I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau over the situation. I could care less about the 40.00 I spent on the pants. On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the older lady in charge treated my partner and me very poorly when we tried to show her that a washing machine wasn't working and had left our clothes wet. Instead of helping us, she yelled at us, saying not to get the floor wet and that she didn't care. The saddest part was that the manager came, and instead of solving the problem or addressing the employee's behavior, she just ignored it. The washing machines are very old and the customer service is terrible. It honestly felt like being in Cuba, where customers are treated as a bother instead of being valued.
