If you show up to wash a comforter or duvet, plan on wasting your time. Employees overbook their jobs, then leave everything sitting in the washers for hours because they have nowhere to move it. With only two machines available, customers don't stand a chance. If you see tape labeling the piles, congratulations -- you've just found another reason you won't be doing your laundry today.

The best thing this place has is that it's open 24 hours. After coming here for many years it…read moresaddens me to see that every time I come, something new is broken or half working. To top it all off, there is now a lady employee who appears to be the coin police. As soon as I walked into the laundry towards the coin changing machines (which she stands next to to guard) I was asked where my clothes was. It's in my trunk, like every other human who comes to wash. She then proceeded to aggressively state that I could not change my bills until my clothes was INSIDE the laundry. This is mind blowing to me. After ten years of washing clothes at this location I come to be harassed about coins. There are many other great coin laundry locations nearby with way better customer service and way better maintained machines. This was definitely the last time I will visit this location.
