If you show up to wash a comforter or duvet, plan on wasting your time. Employees overbook their jobs, then leave everything sitting in the washers for hours because they have nowhere to move it. With only two machines available, customers don't stand a chance. If you see tape labeling the piles, congratulations -- you've just found another reason you won't be doing your laundry today.

I won't never come to this laundromat ever again for one you have to fill up the washing machines…read morewith gallons of water then, if you take too long the lady that's in there take your clothes out the washer because other people needs to use it which I feel as though that's very unsanitary because you don't know her on top of that I think she's rude as hell and makes you feel really uncomfortable. It's a note for me.

Not a very good place to do laundry, the comfort of putting your laundry into the machine is good,…read morebecause there's always a machine available, but make sure you're there exactly on time or else the attendant will take your clothes out for you to give the machine to somebody else. The best thing this place has is that it's open 24 hours. After coming here for many years it…read moresaddens me to see that every time I come, something new is broken or half working. To top it all off, there is now a lady employee who appears to be the coin police. As soon as I walked into the laundry towards the coin changing machines (which she stands next to to guard) I was asked where my clothes was. It's in my trunk, like every other human who comes to wash. She then proceeded to aggressively state that I could not change my bills until my clothes was INSIDE the laundry. This is mind blowing to me. After ten years of washing clothes at this location I come to be harassed about coins. There are many other great coin laundry locations nearby with way better customer service and way better maintained machines. This was definitely the last time I will visit this location.

First time I went to this place I found it pretty decent and it was open late so that was a plus…read more Second time, I used a big washer for $5 and when I pulled out my white clothing they had rust stains all over them. I spoke to the girl who worked there and she said it was from over drying them (granted they were only in the dryer for 25 min). I explained that it happened while in the wash so she put me on the phone with the owner who explained to me it was my fault for not checking the washer before. Instead of refunding the $5 I got told it was my fault and nothing could be done. Bad business, would not recommend. Again, the stain happened in the WASHER, not the dryer. And I'm being told the clothing was burned? Absolutely ridiculous. Check your cameras if you need verification. It's one thing if you can't compensate for the rust in your own washing machine..fine. But then to be accused of burning my own clothing, when this happened BEFORE they ever went into the dryer!? Absolutely ridiculous and a very shady..

Clean, airy and lots of natural light flooding thru floor to ceiling windows. Not to mention the cutest paint job inside and out.
