Speaking of their flexibility--I set up a laundry pickup for this morning. However, they called me to see if there was any chance they could pick it up last night due to some road closures as a result of an event close by us. Unfortunately, I didn't see the phone call/message until 10:30 pm (I was at a dinner), but they STILL came and picked up my laundry at that late hour just to accommodate.
