New mom or not, this company is so extremely convenient and flexible--they pick up your laundry and drop it off within 24 hours, perfectly folded. Speaking of their flexibility--I set up a laundry pickup for this morning. However, they called me to see if there was any chance they could pick it up last night due to some road closures as a result of an event close by us. Unfortunately, I didn't see the phone call/message until 10:30 pm (I was at a dinner), but they STILL came and picked up my laundry at that late hour just to accommodate. Awesome company, awesome service, highly recommend!

Alas my search for a laundromat continues…read more.. I went to audition this location to use their wash and fold service. I dropped off my clothes Saturday and was told they'd be ready Tuesday. I took clothes hangers and requested that my polo shirts be hung instead of folded. The attendant said that yes, they would hang the polo shirts. I would have already docked a star since they don't put pants on hangers (they just fold them) but I was still willing to give them a shot. I also took two of Princess Luna's doggie beds to be cleaned. At $3.99 each I assumed that meant washing and drying. Oh, and there's also a step at entrance where I almost tripped! I just came from picking up my order. The dog beds were supposedly just left to air dry. It means my princess can't use her bed for another day or two. The polo shirts I had requested hung - including a couple of Rag and Bone polos - were folded. This means I will either have to iron or fold them. This isn't what i paid for or requested. Therefore, this laundry is also being canceled by me.
