A better system would be alternating one customer from each line ! So ridiculous they can't figure this out . Once inside, it took another 20 minutes to get our order. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect and nothing was labeled, so we had no idea what we were eating. The mochi itself was also disappointing. The texture was unusually thick and had a strange, almost metallic taste. The strawberry was very sour, and the strawberry cake mochi was overly large, soggy, and honestly inedible.
