We come every so often if we're craving something sweet. I like they have such a vast menu and lots of different specials or "secret menu" items. The drinks are all pretty sweet so we usually reduce the sugar by 50% or more. The down side is that the sugar is usually pre-mixed with the tea or flavoring, so if you reduce the sugar you also reduce the amount of flavor. This time around, I got a Christmas special drink -- a blended peppermint matcha -- and decided to try it without reducing the sugar since it would have reduced the amount of peppermint in the drink. It was almost sickeningly sweet and I wasn't able to finish my drink. If you really like things on the sweet side or if you essentially want dessert in a cup, then this is the place to go. We prefer to taste the tea flavor with more mild sweetness, so it's usually not our first choice for boba or tea drinks. read more

We did a catering order last week Friday and went back on Saturday to order drinks for ourselves. For the catering, we ordered two 1-gallon bags of drinks. One was taro milk tea, and the other bag was fruity lychee tea. We ordered it with toppings (lychee jelly and regular boba) but it was packaged separately so if we chose to refrigerate the toppings, the boba wouldn't harden. We called to inquire about catering on Wednesday and they told us that you don't need to place the order that far in advance so we placed our order on Thursday to pick up Friday evening. One gallon bag + toppings came out to about ~$55 so we spent ~$110 for both. We got the 12oz cups/lids/straws with our order (included in the cost) which was enough for about 1 gallon bag/20 people. So almost everyone was able to taste both. On Saturday we came back after attending a graduation for something refreshing. We got the haupia milk tea and cookie butter milk tea, both with regular boba. We got our drinks fairly quickly considering how busy they were. The haupia wasn't as sweet as we thought, so if you really want a stronger flavor we recommend doing 125% sweetness or asking for more flavor. I thought the cookie butter was perfect and I really liked the cookie butter walls I could scrape into my drink. The service both times was quick and friendly. The parking lot is not bad because they share a lot with other businesses too. read more

Love some Teapresso, I used to go to the old location and now the one on Manono. I've only tried about 6-7 flavors but there are so many more to explore. My old classic standby is Thai Tea boba but my newer favorite is the Ube latte boba. I do wish the ube was more finely puréed into the sauce though, you can get small chunks of ube when drinking. But it's so yummy still. The employees are helpful explaining the different flavors and just fyi that if you request to reduce the sweetness you might dilute the flavor too because the sweetness is usually mixed into the sauces/flavorings. read more

Walked in and the shop is so inviting, bright and colorful. The girl who took my order was pleasant and patient since I don't drink sugar a lot I think drink sugar once or twice every 2 years. The boba drink I got was blended taro with coconut milk and it was good not too sweet. Will definitely return again when I crave for sweets. read more

Service was great and the staff were helpful. They accommodated my husband's request of having tea added to their mamaki drinks ( for the caffeine). They're milk tea are also made with non-dairy creamer (soy/milk/oat can be subbed in), which was wonderful since I can't have any dairy. We got Roasted Oolong milk tea, less ice and regular sweet, which isn't that sweet so it was perfect for me. Mango Strawberry Mamaki, regular sweet and less ice added osmanthus tea. Not too sweet. Still great service and great drinks but now located on Manono next door to Hilo Shave Ice. Every time I've went I have been treated kindly by the staff and my drinks were mostly on point. One time they forgot to add something and fixed it right away. Tip: Sometimes the drinks can get a little spendy but if you stick with regular menu it keeps the cost down! read more

its a true production facility, not even a soda shop, and just take out any reference to espresso already; youre no longer that type of store. you bang out sweet drinks in high production, loud music, and robotic workers. no way for community engagement, conversation, or working. def an express setup! you do that very well. read more
