Had absolutely the best experience ordering our Nightfall Edition 2021 Telluride! Douglas Schey was such a pleasant salesman and answered all of our questions. He always made sure to keep us informed during the process and even offered us refreshments and snacks. The staff are incredibly friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. We were made to feel like a priority despite the dealership being incredibly busy! read more

I had a really good experience buying my new Kia Soul at Kia of Everett. I'd done a good deal of research before getting ready to buy, so I showed up at the dealership knowing pretty much what I wanted and how much I would pay. Kia Rob (sales) and Jodi (finance) did an excellent job of helping move down the path to my goals. We ran into a few unexpected issues along the way (online research doesn't get you all the information), but Kia Rob and Jodi worked with me to smoothly resolve the problems. I'm very happy with my new Soul - even more than I'd expected! read more

Great customer service and super friendly! The sales staff helped me find the perfect car to fit my needs without making me feel like I had to rush my decision! read more

In short, my trip to this dealership was a disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. Here's what happened. I found a used vehicle of interest on their website. Called ahead and spoke with a salesman. He assured me that they do a thorough 150 point inspection on their used cars and don't sell lemons in order to have a good reputation. I took that at face value and drove almost an hour each way to test drive said vehicle. Turned out the air conditioning and heater do not work. It doesn't take any high level diagnostics to tell the heating and cooling wasn't working. Clearly they did not do a thorough inspection. When I pointed out how dirty the interior was, the sales person said they would detail it again, implying that it had been detailed. Clearly it was not. The worst part was that the sales manager tried to pressure me into buying it with the broken HVAC, and an IOU to fix it. Then he implied that I was untrusting for expecting them to fix it before buying it. What if it wasn't repairable or prohibitively expensive to fix? (The sales manager told me that the repair shop is a separate business and he suspects that they over-charge the dealership, compared to the public, in order to boost profits). Then I'd be in limbo with my funds tied up while waiting for a resolution. Who wants to buy a vehicle and then wait for it to get repaired? No one. I will not be going back to this establishment. If you're thinking about buying there be sure to get an independent third party inspection. read more

Kia Rob is wonderful! Bought my first new car at Kia of everett and he walked me through the entire process.

Kia of Everett (formerly Performance Kia) is the worst dealership you could ever imagine. My daughter and I purchased a brand new 2015 Kia Soul from them and have had nothing but issues with them and their service Dept. We have been in touch with the Kia company directly and have a case # and have contacted the BBB. They responded to our BBB letter with the most outrageous lies I have ever seen, even stating that I was belligerent and swore at them and their staff. The original Service Dept. person we dealt with was moved to a different Dept. (sales) because he "lied to too many people", we have the names and dates of people that told us that over and over. We have been told a different story every time we come in by multiple people. The worst part is we have been told we weren't the original owners, on several different occasions. The last straw was a 3,000 mile oil consumption test that they didn't even bother to log the results of into our service records, even though they told my daughter they did. The man that was told to log everything, Morgan, even asked us to purchase a car from his son that just got hired as a salesman....even though we were there multiple times trying to get our car serviced for using too much oil! The next steps we are taking are sending a certified letter to the manufacturer with all of our prior correspondence included, filing a complaint with the DMV's business regulation section against the dealerships Surety Bond and contacting a local news agency. This will go hand in hand with hiring a Auto Dealership Fraud attorney, which I didn't even know existed until I had to deal with this completely immoral dealership. Also, the Attorney General is going to be contacted regarding their not honoring our warranty. I may not "win" in court, or even get our engine replaced (which burned way too much oil from day 1) but everyone reading my review and not purchasing from Kia of Everett is a "win" for me and my daughter. If you think you can't stand up to a dealership you are wrong, if you think you can't begin a class action lawsuit or make a difference you are wrong. This dealership undervalues its customers and is the most fraudulent organization I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I wanted to put this information out there so anyone else that is having issues with them know that they have plenty of legal recourse to combat this kind of behavior. I will also post all of this on Facebook and picket their business in person in order to inform people. Again, the more people that know how they operate the better, protect yourself and your finances against business like this. read more

I recently purchased a Kia Sorento at Kia of Everett and it was LITERALLY the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! The day before and earlier that day I visited 2 other Kia dealerships. It seemed as both did not want put in the time and effort to help me get a good deal! When I walked in the door at Kia of Everett, my wife and I were greeting with big smiles and immediately helped. Kelsey and Dave moved at a pace we were comfortable with and did everything in their power to get us the pace rates! They were so personable and caring; they made are happiness their priority...we felt like family when we left. Scott on the detailing was an absolute GEM! The car was spotless when we left, he left us drinks in our vehicle for our long ride back, and even gave my wife his jacket as she was freezing while we were switching the cars. Our experience made us want to come back not only for our cars in the future but simply to say hi to these amazing souls that we worked with today! Thank you thank you thank Kia of Everett! read more

Thank you, Izzy (Israel), and Kia of Everett for bending over backward to get me into the vehicle I wanted so quickly after I totaled the best car I ever had. I now think the new car will be given that title! read more

If you are planning to BUY, LEASE or have MAINTENANCE done on your car, please read this review carefully. I was wondering how this dealer has 4.7 Stars overall in reviews and then I realized that most of the reviews are from Sales but not many related to Service & Parts. I had written every single detail of the whole situation but my review was exceeding the character limit so I'm focusing on the most upsetting moment of this whole experience. Our concern had to be escalated from the Service Advisor (Lizzie Hendricks) to her Manager. Erik Lett, called us to discuss in detail about the inconvenience and how this was escalated to him. He seemed very professional at first by listening to how the whole situation lined up so he ended the first call saying he was going to talk to the Technician (Jeffrey Frank) about the diagnostic done to see how things would go from there. Erik called back a couple of hours after his first call saying that the technician who drove the car didn't notice a problem with the transmission shifting (our main concern). So I asked him if he drove the car today to confirm that (just because he was focusing on the rattle noise instead of the transmission problem) and he responded "no". He was focusing on the only driving he did last week. Erik offered us to stop by to drive with him to see how "things go from there" but clearly he was not changing his mind about getting the "engine combustion cleaning recommendation" done. It sounded like he was more focused on getting some business at any cost instead of addressing our concerns. Then after we got REALLY frustrated, we kept asking questions about the whole mistake made on their end and he literally said "if you don't want to understand (his point of view) I will have to end this call". So I brought up the fact that this was the reason why we haven't taken the car back to this dealer again, because of the bad customer service experience we had in the past and he literally didn't care. I had informed him I will pick up the car from the dealer today and I was not expecting to pay the diagnosis done because it wasn't done based on our concerns and he literally said he won't give us the car back. We kept asking to be reasonable and he kept repeating that he was seeing "our point" but he had to end the call because we didn't want to understand. This was the VERY FIRST TIME a Manager has hung up the phone on us. Just to be clear, I have been on the other side of the scenario since I used to work as a technical support level 3 agent for Radio Shack customers back in the day, and 2 Internet Service Providers as well. I sure ended calls for people who had insulted me or had said bad words sometimes but in this call with Erik, there WASN'T A SINGLE bad word mentioned nor an offensive comment made about him, yet Erik hung up the call on us while we were still talking to him on the phone. I have NEVER seen a Manager disconnect a call for a situation that was totally manageable. If the Manager, who is supposed to be the person in charge to deescalate a situation, acts that way, that makes me think the staff don't really care about their customers. This was extremely disappointing. Hours later I called again to let them know I will send the payment so they sent me a link. Once I got there, I picked up my car and Lizzie acted like nothing had happened (obviously because there were other customers around). She probably didn't care that they were losing a customer. I drove my car back home and the rattle sound was indeed 85% gone as the diagnosis results stated but the transmission is still having issues when shifting. This whole experience was a REAL DISAPPOINTMENT and we certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. All the appointments somehow worked out great while we were buying the car from them, then once we paid off our car, they wanted to offer us a new car which we said "no" to it. Since then, we have had the WORST customer service experience with this dealer. I hope this saves some stress to someone. read more

We bought 4 cars from them in the last 15 years and have always been treated like family. Izzy is our go to sales person. My first brand new car I ever bought was from him. It scared me to do such a big purchase and he told me to go home, sleep it over and come back the next day. That is unheard of in car salesmen world (I think). And I came back the next day, gladly buying my new car. This lack of pressure makes is a fun experience. We had a lot of laughs in the process. read more

Great Experience! I had been looking for a specific truck for quite a while and when I found it here I was helped by a few people who made this a pleasant buying experience. Doug was the salesman who helped me through the process as well as their sales managers Erik and Kenny. The entire staff was friendly which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would encourage anyone to meet with them the next time you need to buy a car. read more

DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM ISRAEL!!! He is arrogant, has no respect and basic customer service etiquette. He told us that he has 18 years of experience but even with that many years of experience he has no respect and doesn't know how to handle customers. The moment we met him he didn't even introduce himself or even shake our hands and throughout the process he kept escalating the problem and making things worst. For someone who brags about working in sales for 18 years he sure doesn't have the basics to be a good salesman. Then at the very end he told us we weren't real customers that's just straight up disrespectful and rude. On top of that he said it was his first day yesterday, so if that's the case shouldn't you make a good first impression for the company but he did the opposite. BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEREMY FROM USED CARS TO HELP YOU BUY EITHER A NEW OR USED. The moment he stepped in he was professional and he deescalated the situation right away and he talked to us with nothing but respect and he helped us through the process and made it simple and easy with no arguments. SO PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH ISRAEL I HAVEN'T MET ANYONE IN SALES AS BAD AS HIM AND EVERYTHING HE SAYS HE CONTRADICTS HIMSELF. read more

Kia of Everett was a great experience. Doug explained everything clearly and I felt like I walked out with a great deal and a fantastic car!

I'm glad I read some of the reviews as, of course, they can be very subjective. I rarely give a bad review on a business, and when I do it's with the hope that it can be helpful. My wife and I have purchased 2 cars from the dealership, back when it was Performance Kia. We since have purchased other Kias from different places but brought those in for service at the dealership. We have been fairly happy with the service, with the exception of a rude vibe within the last year or so. My wife's car is a 2016 Sportage, and it is one that had a recall issue. When I heard that there was going to be a recall, my Wife inquired at one of her service appointments. She was told they don't have a solution yet and, fairly, we would have to wait. When we received the recall notice, she called, and was sort of given the run around. The person in the service department told her they have to order the part and they would call when it comes in. In the back of my mind I was thinking, this is a recall why wouldn't they have the part? Especially since I also read it was just a fuse. Also since this recall said it may cause your car to catch on fire, why wouldn't you want to take care of this asap. Granted I know this was a rare occasion. So we waited for a call for a few weeks. My Wife finally received a call, and the service rep was still sort of hesitant to schedule the service. He told my Wife that she had to schedule some other service to go along with the recall service!! So he scheduled an oil change for her car, even though we had just done the 90k service, and the car was at 92.5k. Of course when I found out I said no way, we are going somewhere else for that service. Shout out to Chuck Olson Kia in Shoreline!! I called them and they scheduled me within the week, no mention about ordering the part either. Needless to say, Kia of Everett will not be getting any more business from us. If they want to treat long time customers, and future customers like that, I don't view that as a good business practice. Worried about losing the labor costs on the recall fix, don't see the big picture on future sales. Chuck Olson Kia did a nice job, and now they will have our future business. read more

Oh look out for these snakes! We had an appointment to show up and pay for a car today. When they realized we were going to pay mostly cash and use our teacher's credit union for the rest and we didn't want the dealership's 8% (lucrative for them) financing. we started getting the extreme run around, to the point it was just strange - We were repeatedly asked to sign a document with hypothetical scenarios for financing we didn't want. We politely refused to sign and submit - just wanted to pay for the car -after 2.5 hours and feeling hungry and worn down -still never made it to the finance manager - clearly they did not plan to sell it to us at all. Sales people were basically stalling us while selling the car to another party- making us feel as if we should have just done what they asked- signed their crazy paper. WOW. We work really hard and both serve the public, spend Saturdays coaching and shuffling kids around... we really could not believe anyone would treat customers this way. The sales people were so sweet, but powerless, while the used car managers were power hungry, domineering and creating a vibe that was beyond toxic. The car we wanted was being sold without floor mats which they wanted us to pay 500$ for. Our sales person said they even made them pay for floor mats in their car when they bought it there- sad. This dealership really could care less, we had to make 3 different attempts to test drive due to them losing the keys to the car, forgetting we had an appointment... even though we tried making set plans in advance to save time. I do not even expect perfection, I was still there to buy the car, but then we could tell we were being kicked to the curb. Good luck KIA of Everett. - First Review I've ever written. We just observed MLK day, I hope the world becomes a better place and people stop taking advantage of each other. RESPECT - HONESTY - GOODWILL. What is that worth? Well, the manager did say a couple times he had to feed his family somehow. read more

we bought a used car from this dealer. when we drove off the lot a warning light came on for the breaking system. We called our sales person and he said to schedule a time to bring the car in but nothing serious was wrong. We brought the car back to dealer 3 days later and they could not find the issue. During our 60,000 mile service they finally noticed it was a bent sensor. The service department told us it would be over $800 to fix. we said we would not pay to have something fixed that was broken when we drove off the lot. they refused to fix without payment. Neither the service manager, sales manager (who we had called previously and said it would not be an issue to waive cost), or GM had the guts to come out and speak with us. We left without the fix being made and we will never spend another dime at this dealership. buyer beware as they advertise the customer always comes first but they don't back their word. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. read more
