I am a coffee shop aficionado and a creative at heart, so I was so happy to stumble upon Khroma Coffee! I appreciate coffee shops that serve unique coffees, and for Khroma that is their activated charcoal-based coffees! I ordered the iced concrete latte and loved it! The barista Kim and the rest of staff are super welcoming and nice! It is located within JEM studios, and there is also a space for personal photoshoots, studio use, and content creation. The place reminds me of the TV show Friends because of how the place is set-up with a homey feel and because the place used to be a friend hangout spot that was revamped into a coffee shop! The ambiance of the place is amazing as it is a super chill spot to work (wifi available), vibe, and hangout. 11/10 coffee shop music too! Definitely check out this hole-in-the-wall coffee shop if you are in the area!!

So glad i stopped in. The Jem Latte with Almond Milk was so good, you can tell the brew used is super high quality. I dont like a lot of sugar in my drinks, if any, and i asked for barely sweet so the coffee really shined and it had no bitter, burnt taste whatsoever. Could honestly be had with no sugar. Kim was the sweetest barista, super helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Normally baristas tend to be a bit cold, maybe a little pride in their art, but Kim was warm and friendly. Finding the place was a little confusing as their is no signage, that would be the only knock. I wasnt sure i was going into the right door. But once in, its a nice vibe and will definitely make sure to hit them up when im in dallas for future doctor visits. (Need to try these interesting teas when i have more time!)

It a cute tiny coffee shop. They have tables and chairs. For you t work in. I wouldn't study there but it's chill. I got the charcoal honey latte, it was decent for $7.50 - large.

Khroma is good espresso and more than just looks. After chatting with the barista who knew her beans, we ordered an Americano and Charcoal latte, but cappuccino sized. The Americano had a subtle bitterness but was enjoyable. The Charcoal cappuccino was creamy and the honey perfectly complemented it.

Such a cool and vibey coffee shop! It's located inside of a photo studio, and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the coffee shop. She was so sweet and gave me some really good recommendations. She even helped me fill up my water bottle! I got the black forest latte. There's nothing like it. I've never even seen a black forest latte at another coffee shop before, so this has to be one of their specialty lattes. I thought the consistency was pretty good, and I would love to come back and try some of their other specialty coffees.

Black Forest Latte + Tiramisu Latte

Absolutely amazing drinks. Their black forest latte was very flavorful and I loved it! Their tiramisu latte was also pretty sweet and energizing, would definitely recommend trying this one. Beautifully aesthetic atmosphere that was very intentionally designed for the brand, which has a creative social media presence. The owner is super sweet and made the drinks quickly. Definitely a trendy spot with really unique drinks for creatives in the area. Borderline intimidating but that's just because some really cool individuals were using the space too.

Iced matcha with vanilla and honey 3

This place has a beautiful and mysterious vibe to it since it's a bit hidden, but not hard to find. The menu is very compact but offers some customization to the drinks and some set drinks that would new and innovative. The barista was very friendly and walked me through the menu which helped make it easier to order. I ordered a matcha with honey and vanilla with whole milk; a bit disappointing since the flavors didn't show much, neither did the matcha itself. A very milky matcha I fear. However, I will be back to try the espresso drinks :3

Seasonal affogato and iced matcha latte

Very cool aesthetic, quiet place inside of a photo studio. We were greeted from outside and shown inside, not really on purpose, but it was nice since we looked lost. There's a sign outside so that definitely helps. As soon as we get inside we were given the full rundown on drinks and given recommendations according to our own taste. I originally was interested in the concrete latte, but opted for the pistachio affogato, bc when in Rome right? I enjoyed and my partner had a charcoal latte (also fitting for the theme) and our friend a matcha latte, I wish I remember the young lady's name, but she was very attentive and definitely made our drinks, as well as every other guest that came in the 2+ hours we spent there, with love. Although it's quite a trek from FW I'd definitely return. 5 experience

The coffee shop is inside a studio and decor was very cute. The coffee (I got the concrete latte) was good and barista was super nice.

One of the best coffee place in Dallas!! Highly recommend!! Cute aesthetic and very tasty coffee!

Space cowboy DEFINITELY gives a kick but it's just enough if you want that boost! Would come back to work here, great space, available additional retail parking. I would happily eat either again without hesitation. Drinks: * 10 oz iced vanilla latte -- creamy, smooth, and made with quality-tasting beans. No complaints here. * 10 oz cappuccino (oat milk) -- tasty... but visually alarming. When the cappuccino arrived, it looked like it had been on a diet. A very strict one. I genuinely thought there had been a pouring mistake, so I politely asked at the counter. The response? "Yes, that's correct--it's supposed to be about 1 1/2 inches from the top." Reader, it was not 1 1/2 inches. It was more like "emotionally distant from the rim." I even slid the cup closer, hoping maybe perspective was playing tricks on me. Nope. Same answer. Same empty real estate at the top of the cup. Now, I understand cappuccinos aren't filled to the brim. I respect foam science. I honor espresso traditions. But this was bordering on half-cup energy at a full-cup price point. Photo included so you folks can be the judge
