I visited this hip coffee shop a few blocks away from my breakfast spot since the coffee there was pretty lacking and weak. This is an old renovated 2 story house with a good amount of seating inside and out and even an upstairs area. Inside is bright and cheerful, and colorful of course. Inside you will find booklets on the LGBT community, and an explanation of all the flags right at the register, anong other things. They have good artwork here too and lots of things to just look at on the walls. I tried the creme brulee iced latte. While it wasn't super strong or sweet, i thought it was just the right amount of flavoring. I will definitely stop by here again the next time I am in town. read more

It's a cute house made into a coffeeshop. They have have a large fenced in grass area with benches and chairs. It's great to go during the fall and early spring before the Texas Heat. I also got the blueberry crumble (or cobbler) muffin and the last vegan breakfast taco with salsa. The muffin was moist and flavor and the taco was stuffed with beans and avocado (yum)! The person taking the orders was so patient (I was putting the order on a tab) and helped me navigate the cafe. It was my first time here! I want to preface this by saying, I ordered through too good to go, an app with the purpose of making sure food that would otherwise be disposed of is purchased. Therefore, I got some great items at a discounted value to the point that I would definitely make a trip back and pay full price for the items I received. In this haul, I was able to obtain. Two ham and cheese, croissants, one pain au chocolate, and a banana muffin. Every single item, despite the fact that they were not fresh, was delicious letting me know that flavor is definitely a priority here. The staff was attentive, quick, helpful, and very kind when greeted me. The location is next to a church in the heart of the city, but parking was readily available during the time I went. There is also an outdoor park for dogs, so your pet could have a great time here while you enjoy a cup I went midday Friday, and it was already lively with lots of people, and despite the fact there were still room available to sit if I desired. Maybe a 3.5 Stopped by before beginning my drive back to Houston. I got an iced vanilla latte which came out to about $7 - already hurting a little, but I've come to realize that Dallas is just kind of an expensive city. It took maybe 5 minutes, give or take, for my order to come out, which is a little longer than I'm used to; I guess the orders ahead of me just took a little longer. Absolutely love this space. I enjoy the drinks but the ability to rent rooms for presentations or speeches is such an amazing added bonus. People are relatively considerate of others when using the space, especially upstairs. I love the whiteboards, timers and provided materials. The house/coffee shop was welcoming. I ordered a Caramel and vanilla oat milk latte. The latte was delicious and coming from Nyc it was comparable to Le Pain Quotidien (IYKYK). I got a version of a mocha and found it to be so-so. I actually didn't finish it and threw it away after only drinking half. It tasted like iced chocolate milk. I tried my husband's drink, and it was better but very sweet. That says a lot coming from someone with a sweet tooth!
