Their dedication, consistency, and attention to detail is obvious in everything they do. Whether it's the fresh, stunning flowers they became known for or the excellent matcha and coffee they serve today, the quality is always exceptional. I've visited several times for coffee dates with friends, and the service is consistently attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. And of course, the space itself is gorgeous. There's something about visiting a local coffee shop on a rainy day that's just ... special. This was my first visit at Le Bloom after seeing so much chatter about them on social media. It's a small and intimate space, only enough room for about three tables, with a small patio out front. They offer coffees, pasties, and matcha. Honestly biggest reason got three stars was the wait. Took about 15 minutes to get my order, around 5 minutes per coffee. I guess what kinda annoyed me was there was three people working but only one person making the drinks ( and she had to take orders) The matcha was pretty good I think it was around $8. The cutest matcha shop in uptown! I stumbled upon Le Bloom when I desperately needed my daily fix of matcha. The store is so cute and welcoming! It is very small inside and the parking is a bit weird, but I got lucky with finding a spot. I ordered the Vanilla Gingerbread Chai Matcha. It was delicious! Le Bloom is a cute but small coffee shop. I'd say it's more perfect as a grab and go kind of spot. It's close to the Katy Trail, so it's perfect if you want to grab a drink before or after a walk! This isn't someplace I'd recommend for studying or catching up with friends, though, since you can most definitely hear other people's conversations. Inside, there's two small tables and a standing table (no high seats) and two small tables outside. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and it was really good. But it was over $7, so I'm not sure it was worth the price. The baristas were sweet and friendly. There's a small parking lot right in front that has 6 spots. I went on a Monday morning, and thankfully was able to grab a spot easily. Overall, I'd recommend Le Bloom if you're looking for a quick caffeine stop, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for someplace to sit down and stay a while. Would I come back? Maybe, if I were to be in the area nearby. Otherwise, probably not, just because of the price. But I'm still happy I gave it a try! read more

I liked how the matcha was hand whisked in a chawan bowl. It was the cherry on top. Most cafes usually blend, premix, or prewhisk. The matcha was high quality and fragrant. I got the rose matcha and the syrup tasted familiar like the rose syrups they use at boba shops. One dislike was the seating. There were standup tables inside and seated tables outside. This is the perfect stop for a Saturday morning matcha! We walked here from the trail; the walk was very easy and the shop was not hard to find. The storefront is well-decorated and warm, and the baristas seemed to know many of the other customers by name. We got the large drip coffee and the iced Layne's latte. The latte was good, had a strong honey flavor but I wish there was more salt. The drip coffee was bitter and difficult to carry the cup because it was hot and they didn't have any sleeves. My first experience was not the best. I ordered a larger guava matcha and it was very watery for $9. There were 8-10 others who had ordered matcha and the barista split the matcha in between all of our cups followed by hot water to get what was left of the matcha from the same bowl. Matcha here isn't prepared per cup if there is a line. Splitting 1 teaspoon of matcha between 8-10 drinks is insane. They later posted that they had ran out of matcha on instagram. Rather than explaining that to the people in line, we were served 1 portion of matcha between 8ppl. They happily remade my drink a different day and the matcha was definitely 5 shades darker than before, but the guava syrup was barely there. I heard about this place from an influencer that lives in my building and I immediately drove over there to get some coffee! It's SO CUTE inside and outside!! Honestly more parking than I thought there would be considering most of the lot is valet only for Beverley's. The line was quick and I had my coffee within minutes. The prices were pretty on par with other coffee shops in Dallas and the location is great (especially for anyone walking the Katy trail). I tried their Valentines Matcha Drink and it was amazing. The girl who took our order was so sweet and the place itself was amazing.

I really wanted to like this place because the matcha looked amazing, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite when it came to taste. What I got was basically milk with just a sprinkle of matcha no depth of flavor at all. To make matters worse, the service didn't make up for it. When my drink was ready, the barista never called my name, just left it sitting there while I watched him hand drinks directly to other customers and send them off with a farewell. I eventually had to grab mine myself after it had been sitting for a while. I wish I could say the service made up for the quality of the drink, but sadly I can't. Disappointing overall. Ambience and establishment was nice and clean though, they got some cool pottery for sale as well. read more

I love this coffee shop it's right by where I do Pilates at O2 and my apartment. It's the best matcha latte in Dallas. Over rose cafe and La La land. Yes I said it.
