What happened to the days when ordered a three piece box with a biscuit and two sides? I ordered just that, now it's called a K8. The three pieces actually make up one and a half! The wing that they throw in there was overcooked, and there was no meat on it. The other piece not sure what that was, but there was very little meat on that. The one piece was kind of rubbery, chewy. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the crust was good. I remember when you got the coleslaw and it was cold. The coleslaw for me used to be the best it's not so good anymore. I don't know if they've changed the recipe or watt but it was warm and just didn't have that old-time flavor any longer. But, all in all for $10.95, I had a biscuit, a piece and a quarter chicken a drink, mashed potatoes and warm coleslaw. Anymore you can't even get a cup of coffee for $10.95. So I guess I cannot complain. One question, didn't they used to have a little pack that you can open and wipe the grease off your hands? One more issue was there's a huge communication barrier between the employees and myself, I can only speak English, so it was a little difficult, but we made it through and they all had smiles, it was clean, and they were busy. read more

Went in last night after a 7 hour trip and as soon as we walked in the gentleman at the register was very attentive to us I was feeling like eating chicken wings but because they were closing within an hour they were out of wings so we ordered dark meat only chicken and it was juicy,hot and very tasty! Today we went in earlier in search of those wings and they had plenty to fulfill our order of chicken wings. Today's chicken was again , hot, tasty and fresh, the service level for this food restaurant was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend anyone to try them out they also serve Taco Bell so you get a two for one ! For a fast food establishment they treat customers right ! Thank you for standing out above the rest ! Spicy chicken sandwich chicken was dried up and unchewable, chalupa Vege was also stale, Mexican pizza vege was fine.

BEWARE.....AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST! Absolute WORST KFC I have ever had food from! Would be "0" stars if possible. Placed an online order for extra-crispy white meat and my order was confirmed. Arrived 25 minutes later at 7:45, the designated time. Was totally ignored by the staff for over 5 minutes. When I was finally waited on, I was told that there was NO extra-crispy chicken! The manager came forward and confirmed.When I said that I did not want original recipe, the manager said they could freshly cook my extra-crispy, but would take 15-20 minutes; I agreed, So, almost 30 minutes later, I was told my order was ready. But then I had to pull up my online receipt to show that I was missing 2 drinks I had paid for. Finally got that resolved and got back home 5 minutes later. When we unpacked our food and started to ear, the extra-crispy chicken was soggy and dripping with grease. But that's not the worst of it! Local residents who have t eaten at kfc since before the pandemic. Food then was so so, but this weekend we finally ate from there as take out. Delicious. Service was great! And all staff had facial coverings in place over their noses n mouths! We will be back! They are showing that publix safety is first, plus the food was really good. Chicken was fresh!! read more

This review has nothing to do with COVID. This has to be the worst KFC I have ever been too. I have traveled from the east coast to the west coast. If you go to the drive through you might get checking or tacos. If they are open past 8:00 pm. The service is bad very bad!! read more

Stopped here traveling from Key West to Miami and just ended up leaving disappointed. They raised their prices and provide less product. The famous bowl which is usually $5.00 fill-up meal with a drink and a cookie, is now $6.00 with no cookie. The famous bowl itself was halfway filled when I got it, there were about 6 pieces of corn, and instead of the usually popcorn chicken it was a chicken tender that had just been cut up, and half of a bowl of mashed potatoes. I now understand why this KFC location gets such poor reviews! When I walked into the lobby, there were several people looking at me, but no one welcomed me. No one even said hello. It bothers me that in the United States I can walk into a food establishment and find that English is a second language. It was clear to me that the only one who spoke a modicum of English was the girl who took my order. All they had was regular recipe and I wanted crispy. She acted like that was a huge inconvenience for her to have to cook up some crispy fried chicken. She took my money without saying a word and walked away. Basically a restaurant to completely avoid. People lined up at counter and only one person taking orders You can see other staff chatting in thre background. This is fast food so I can almost tolerate poorly motivated workers but the chicken was tasteless and dry. Have never had this even when the kfc has a buffet. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have been to in a very long time. I waited in the drive throw for my turn, no one ever came to the mic. So after waiting a while I drive up to the window. No one came to the window, so I beeped my horn. Finally a lady came to the window. She processed to tell me she would not take my order at the window and I would have to go back around, get back in line. She told me it was my fault that my order was not taken in the drive throw. My car was to far from the speaker / mic. How is it possible. The driveway is what 12 feet wide. Needless to day I did not get my food. I drive this route about twice a month and would never stop here again. read more

This location is VERY UNSANITARY. All workers who wear gloves touch everything including cash and then handle food. Some of the workers including manager did not use gloves to prepare the food whatsoever and were handling the food bare handed. Very very unsanitary. Please check the numerous health department violations. I downloaded the HDScores app and noticed they had over 5 major violations. What is going on with the Marathon Fl. KFC......# 1... the chicken parts are so SMALL..... it cannot be supplied by KFC HQ.....The parts appear to be leftovers (COLD) mixed in with some fresh cooked......It makes the entire meal fit for the trash can !.... Back to the (SMALL) parts ... Again this is a rip off.. The chicken must be from a ( SMALL BIRD ) NOT a regular frying chicken ...... Wife went here yesterday to get some chicken. And the place was dark I mean no illumination at all. Anyway she went to order and the guy said that they don't have any chicken just the sides. Place was better than the reviews, that's for sure. Not anything great though. It was fairly quick, even though we had to wait for wedges. For like $7 got a snack for my gf and I to hold us over until dinner that night after starting the drive home. If we weren't in a hurry, I doubt we would have stopped though, as other reviews say there are a lot better places to eat in the keys than chain food. read more

Came in to get dinner to go.... Flies EVERWHERE inside && when we got to the hotel right by here the chicken wasn't fried chicken it was sooo soggy and cold. Literally drove 2 minutes to our hotel. Only good part was the sides. read more

I loveee tacobell soo much !! But this place is beyond horrible.. Flies everywhere nasty everywhere...employees dont give a damn about anything..
