Ordered for pick up and got the chicken and tenders box. When I got home and opened my box they didn't put the tenders in!!

I lived in Wenatchee for 15 years and came to the store often. It's nine years later and I'm driving through and stopped again. - the coleslaw was frozen ...seriously... frozen! - gravy on potatoes for so long they turned to liquid. - chicken was over cooked but still good - no butter or honey, had to go back to the counter for it. - and the overall presentation had that "thrown in box look". - and finally... the rootbeer was watered down. Buyer beware! This place will rip you off!!! If there was a 1/2 star i would give it. I ordered 3 of the the 4 strip meals. I got home and we opened only to find some cold semi fried boneless chicken breast cut into 4 pieces. Really KFC do you think we are dumb? Do you think it was ok to bait and switch. We just picked up an order through the drive thru and the person taking the order got the order wrong and then was rude because I questioned it. When we got to the window she was not pleasant. She sounded like a robot, wouldn't look at me and just handed me the bag, said thank you as she turned away. I will never go here again. Bad customer service. read more

One pissed off customer. Worst customer service, I've experienced in a long time, and I eat out a lot! Clearly, management needs to be replaced with "anyone" with even the most basic concept of "the customer is why we're even in existence" mentality. We picked up a bucket for dinner also adding an extra coleslaw. When we got home we did not receive the coleslaw. The restaurant is a ways away from our home. I called & called the manager regarding the error. He was incredibly rude although he was clearly talking to someone else as well. He told me to slow down & quit talking over him. He said I had 5 days to pick up the coleslaw or else I could not get it. Feel this was very unbusinesslike & not a good manager. Our meal cost nearly $50 & feel we should get what we paid for. Rudest customer service we have evern experienced at a KFC! They left out the extra cheeseburger we ordered. Now, I try not to be a Karen, and we know people make mistakes. We are a family of 5 and and had already passed out all the food to the kids (went through drive through) when we realized we were missing the hamburger. My husband politely went back in the restaurant (mind you this is during Covid 19) and asked for the missing cheeseburger. He was treated very rudely and they wanted us TO BRING IN ALL OUR FOOD TO PROVE WE DID NOT HAVE THE CHEESEBURGER! Wow. The manager said "this is not my fault". He walked out with no cheeseburger. This review is from someone else. But sounds like you need to get rid of Sandy Today my family and I went to KFC in East Wenatchee, an older lady that works there, was very rude. We walked in there and asked if we could use the restroom and she made a face like she was so annoyed. Ok we let it go. We start our order, and she keeps asking us to repeat ourselves, we do and she keeps punching those buttons in her screen like she was ready to punch somebody and starts acting like she doesn't understand what we are saying. We order and step aside. Our bags of food were almost thrown at us. Two other ladies are there in line and I am assuming she thought it was my sister and I there she says "I'll call you when it's ready!!" The lady seemed confused because they were waiting patiently to order. A guy walked in asking to purchase a bag for his clothing, and she yelled at him to get out of there. This lady has been super rude before, the first two times I figured she was having a bad day, but it seems that it's who she is. Poor customer service, nobody who walked in there was rude to her and she gave a shitty attitude to everyone who walked in the door. I won't be going back there. I know a lot of people will say, fast food workers don't get paid enough and they don't, I agree... But don't treat me like crap when I have done nothing to you, We are all trying to survive. read more

I usually don't mind KFC/Taco Bell. How ever today the service was exceptionally bad. The manager took or order which went fine. We were dining inside. Some how the order was entered as a to go. When they tried to hand e a Togo order I questioned it because I wanted to make sure that it was the correct order. The lady who was speaking to (not the one who took our order) said well I'm not the one who took the order so.... then shoved a tray at me after throwing my food still in the sack on it. When I tried to get crispier chicken and the manager was passing it off as "we're very busy get it and go" my advice? Went in to get my order for pickup I ordered a 16 piece meal they did not give me the 16 piece and I ordered it in original and they gave me original and crispy they gave me a 12 piece instead of the 16 piece I was watching as the guy went to serve the mashed potatoes and gravy he had his finger in the bowl right after she got done with the drive-thru didn't wash his hands didn't put gloves on he just started serving my mashed potatoes right away talk to the manager the manager was mad with rude he didn't even ask me what was going on or anything he thought I was from doordash it was yelling so then I started being moved back so he just walked away after some young lady came and asked me what was going on I returned the three mashed potatoes and and she went to go get them here comes the manager George again it starts yelling that if I was from doordash I told him no what was a problem it was there a problem he didn't say nothing he just dumb give me a mean look and walked away I tried calling to let them know that my meal was not right there's no answer and then the line was busy there's no one to communicate with because he is really rude read more
