We rented a 6-person golf cart for 3 days and also opted for the backpack cooler (that came with a lock so no one could steal it while leaving it on the cart). They delivered the golf cart to our condo and walked us through the rules, laws, and tips for parking. We had a blast driving around the island and the golf cart was in great condition. The only thing I wish they offered with the rental is a golf cart phone holder. Would have been nice to be able to have my phone up higher while looking at Waze for directions to places. You can buy a magnetic one on Amazon for $17 and I HIGHLY recommend doing that. The cart came with a killer sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth on your phone. Also had fun color changing lights underneath for night driving. We ended up changing our pick up location for the cart on our last day and they had no issue with us changing that. We started out like responsible adults early morning, clear heads, solid plan: cruise around for a couple hours, take in the island, maybe stop here and there. Somewhere around late morning, though, that plan quietly slipped overboard. Next thing you know, we've got a small fleet scooters buzzing, two carts rolling, music blasting off a Bose speaker, cooler packed like we were prepping for an expedition. We weren't just sightseeing we were inhabiting the island. Drifting through traffic at that slow, salty Key West pace, catching the breeze, waving at strangers, stopping at random corners, parks, and stretches of shade like a bunch of grown men pretending we didn't have responsibilities waiting back home. And then... the nonsense. I didn't know scooters could do wheelies turns out they can. Didn't know golf carts could drift turns out they absolutely will if you find even a whisper of wet pavement (and somehow, we always did). We probably broke every unwritten rule: music too loud, turns too wide, laughter echoing down streets like we owned the place. It wasn't fast, it wasn't reckless in the "life flashing before your eyes" kind of way it was that slow, careless, teenage kind of fun where the world just feels wide open. I'm a crazy planner but I knew our trip was coming up. The first time we booked them, our reservation was much closer to our visit. They proactively texted me about the timing to drop off the bikes and confirm our reservation. This latest visit, I realized that I didn't get that text so I ended up proactively contacting them the night prior to ensure a smooth drop off. I think they may have forgotten about my reservation. Regardless, they managed to get everything in order and drop off the bikes (even if it was probably a little last minute). They bring helmets, bike locks and can add on child seats for the little ones. I ended up extending my reservation with a simple text and it was no issue and they autocharged my credit card on file. What's so great about Key West is that it's compact. I was able to just use the bike during my entire stay and didn't have to move the car once from the hotel parking lot. I'd definitely use this bike rental service again.

We gave the place a call and the owner picked up the phone and I asked for the price of the moped was for a week and he knocked off a couple hundred dollars and settled on around 280. We picked it up that night. It was the best experience on the trip and they even filled it up twice for no charge at all. When I'm back down in Key west I'm going back and going to see if the owner would do 250 for a week! Moral of the story always see if prices are negotiable! Was a great experience no hassle at all!

This shop is in desperate need of customer service training. First, their management over-promises…read moreon repair time needed, while those fixing the bikes take their time and don't seem to know or care what the customer has been told. I was told by Morgan that if I brought my bike in first thing on my appointment day, that my bike tune-up would be complete in 2 to 2 and a half hours. They would text me first with an assessment of what needed to be done and the estimated cost. About an hour and a half went by, and there was no text to me from the shop with an assessment. I tried to just get an estimate on completion, not argue my way to the front of the line. I had to call again after 2 hours to find out that they had not made an assessment yet. Next, they were angry that I asked for an update on when the bike might be ready. If they had not assessed the bike in 2 hours, it did not seem unreasonable that the work would not be complete in 30 minutes (after it took them so long to assess whatever needed to be done--they never gave me specifics on the tune-up). I know a business is in trouble when they eliminate basic courtesy and, most importantly, they forget that they are not the customer. I tried to provide constructive feedback to staff, but it was met with argument and interruption. This business grossly lacks listening skills as well as customer service.
