Great experience with Mile 0!! Renting a golf cart, electric bike, electric scooter or moped is definitely the way to go when visiting the keys. We rented a 6-person golf cart for 3 days and also opted for the backpack cooler (that came with a lock so no one could steal it while leaving it on the cart). They delivered the golf cart to our condo and walked us through the rules, laws, and tips for parking. We had a blast driving around the island and the golf cart was in great condition. The only thing I wish they offered with the rental is a golf cart phone holder. Would have been nice to be able to have my phone up higher while looking at Waze for directions to places. You can buy a magnetic one on Amazon for $17 and I HIGHLY recommend doing that. The cart came with a killer sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth on your phone. Also had fun color changing lights underneath for night driving. We ended up changing our pick up location for the cart on our last day and they had no issue with us changing that. They communicated with the us regularly via text and even offered up tips for places to eat, beaches to visit, etc. 5-stars for this company! Will use again next time we visit! read more

We recently rented from Mile 0 during our stay in Key West. The place is second to none. We called on a Saturday morning, they delivered the golf cart to us within 90 minutes. The cart itself was perfect. The speed was really good (we rented from another well known place close to Duval the day before and it was so slow). The cart comes with bluetooth speakers that connect easy and are great quality. My wife and I had the best time. The Mile 0 team will communicate with you via text and email. Also, they are great on the phone as well. Lori was amazing and made everything so easy. We just left the cart at our hotel in the morning and they came and picked it up. Even better, the carts were modern (not your grandpa's golf cart) and had all the bells and whistles that I didn't even know we needed. Rented a golf cart for the day while we were down in Key West last week, and it was our second-favorite activity we did while we were there. (Can you guys please rent sailboats next? Joke!) We had a BLAST in the six person golf cart while visiting Key West. The cart was delivered to our hotel on time. It was shiny, clean and in excellent working order. The gentleman from Mile 0 Rentals thoroughly explained how to operate the cart including all the safety and driving rules. We felt very safe while driving the cart since the locals are very accustomed to tourists in the carts. When we were finished, we simply called Mile 0 Rentals, told them where the cart was located, locked the steering wheel with the lock provided and put the key in the glove compartment. From my first contact with the owner/operator, I felt comfortable with renting the golf cart. She answered all my questions and was very accommodating. Price was excellent too. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Key West making traveling around so easy and we didn't have to waste time waiting for an Uber or Taxi. The cart was clean, sturdy, had bright lights and a booming radio we paired our phone too. I should mention it was my first time renting a golf cart so i did have a lot of questions and when I initially called a couple other rentals, they were more expensive and practically hung up on me, apparently didn't have time to answer any questions like where can I pick up the cart. We booked a 6 person golf cart for 4 hours on the website and I noted at the pick-up location we were coming from a cruise ship and would need pick-up at the port. The day before the rental (10 days after we paid/reserved), when we were on the cruise in the ocean without cell service and spotty internet (only because we purchased the internet plan) I got an email changing the reservation to 8 hours and adding additional cost due to there being an 8 hour minimum rental for cruise ship rentals. I saw nothing about this mentioned when booking or anywhere on the website when I booked, nor did I find anything about this requirement when I again reviewed the website after receiving the email with the update. However, not wanting to be without transportation and unable to make a new reservation from the ocean, we paid the additional fee for the 8 hour rental (even though we didn't use it for more than 4 hours). The cart was nice and the person who taught us how to use everything was really helpful, but I did not appreciate that they waited 10 days after we made the reservation (and the day before the rental) to tell us there was a mandatory increase in rental time and price. read more
