We had a fantastic time parasailing--trip was amazing, crew was fantastic, everything was as it should be! Pics were a nice touch too.

A very disappointing experience. I tried fury key west back in 2013. It is still one of my favorite experiences to this date. At the time I did the all day adventure. About 3 weeks ago I wanted to surprised my GF on our cruise so I purchased the coral snorkel. At the time there was a hurricane out in the ocean so almost every other tour company cancelled because of it, outside of Fury. I thought that was a good thing so we went with them. IT WAS NOT. It was extremely dangerous and I swallowed so much water because of the high waves. We ended up staying in the water for about 10 minutes then we got out. We weren't the only ones. Even the captain said we would be the last ones to go out for a while because of the waters. WHAT A RIP OFF! 90 bucks for ten minutes of swimming and about an hour and a half of people throwing up on the side of the ship because the conditions were that bad. Also, flat complimentary soda. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is due to the young man that booked us at the ticket booth. He warned us multiple times not to go and was willing to refund us but I really REALLY wanted to trust the captains judgement. I was wrong. He wanted that money.

My 21-year old son and I took the 27-mile tour today and our expectations were exceeded wildly! Our guide, Manuel (I hope I got that right) was terrific and showed us a great time. He was knowledgeable about the area and its many features, and he took us on a high-speed, thrilling ride. The section of the tour that travels into the Atlantic gets "sporty" as our guide suggested. It's rough but added a different element of fun. Highly recommend!

The location for snorkeling wasn't the reef so the water was cloudy and not much to see

Best Night Ever!! I highly recommend taking the evening sunset cruise on Fury. We booked the Commotion on the Ocean cruise and were thoroughly impressed.  The cruise was around $80 pp, 2 hours in length, had a live band playing the entire time, and included drinks/snacks. The beverage options were two kinds of beer, margaritas, and wine, which flowed freely all evening. Snacks were also provided. HINT- purchase the insulated Fury cup w/ lid for $17, because it is well worth it. If you don't you, will be drinking out of 8 oz plastic cups all evening, which are not conducive to dancing! The crew was great and their main focus (besides safety) was to ensure the guest were having a fun time. The two level catamaran was nicely sized, and provided room for everyone. If you wanted to sit and relax while watching the sunset, there was space for that. If you are more of the wind in your hair while dancing to the live music, there was plenty of room for this also! We were impressed how the Fury cruise did not jam pack the boat. Other company cruises were leaving the dock at the same time and they were packed with little room to move. Kudos to Fury.  Also- there are two restrooms onboard.  The sunset cruise culminated our visit to Key West with an amazing time and an incredible sunset.  We will definitely do this cruise and other adventures through Fury on our next visit.

Great service! Location was close to the cruise port. We immediately were helped and explained all the details and had the cart brought to us within minutes. We opted for the gas powered one but next time we want to try the electric one as the gas cart are loud. They sound like lawn mowers. Nothing wrong with that but we encountered a few electric ones in the street and they were so quiet. Only reason why I provided a 4 star is because when I returned the cart there were no one at the location. I called the guy and he advised to leave the keys there. Aside from that, great company and service. I'll post some pics if the cart and location. Additionally, hopefully in the near future they can offer upgraded carts with more rain coverage as we got drenched in rain with these.

Went out on the 23rd for a Half day adventure with parasailing, jet skis and water sports that was fun for whole the family. Kids 13 and 9 enjoyed themselves and I would recommend for a longer adventure on the water. Saw sea turtles when up on the parasail and really loved the options for being on the water to try new things. Four hours was the perfect length for kids and parents! Staff on the charter was awesome from the watercraft leaders to our bartender/deck crew but our catamaran captain who led the larger boat could learn to talk to his staff nicer, especially in front of the guests. Overall a good day out at sea playing and would recommend for day visitors or cruise trippers!

What a beautiful sunset cruise that we took on the Fury! The food and the company was just perfect for our first time down in the keys! Of course, seeing that sunset was truly remarkable! Thank you for having such a beautiful boat and staff who were so kind, made our evening complete!

On board the Commotion on the Ocean sunset cruise

Commotion on the Ocean Sunset Tour Awesome sail on this very clean catamaran. 2 hours of all the booze you can drink and all the food you can eat. Great crew!! We had the A Team!!! Captain Ron, Ignacio (aka Ricky Ricardo), Aimee the photographer...all so awesome. The band...omg....the "Killer Dudes"...were the best band ever on a sunset cruise (I've done like six or seven of them). They ROCKED!!! I am seriously calling ahead to make sure they are on my next one. I will change my dates for this band. Great sail as always! Great value. Will be back! Thanks Captain Ron and crew!

We had such an amazing time jet skiing with our guide Benjamin! He is very experienced and so passionate about living his best life here in Key West-- all while telling stories of his mom back home in Colorado (so sweet- good job mamma). It was exciting having the opportunity to make memories on the water with my son and family-- having the time of our lives! Our experience was wonderful and definitely one for the books! Thank you for showing our family an amazing time! God bless!

Even go to try paddle boarding for the first time. Unexpected surprise

My husband and I had a fantastic time on the Sandbar and Kayak Eco Tour. Capt. Mathew, Haley and Tomas took care of us and I could not be happier. Will definitely do it again soon. Recommend 100% BTW: We booked it in person with Ian Asher at their Greene St. location for the best price.

The plexiglass bottom of the boat gave us a very good view of the barrier reefs.

Do u need a boaters license to do jet ski?

Yes you do but only if you're the one driving it. They will give you a booklet and you can take the test with them but you'll have to arrive at least 1 hour before. I did it online in 30 mins and you will need to email the license to them. Very easy

How many people are allowed on the boat?

Is this for parasailing? If it's parasailing- There were 5 groups riding most were 2 people one was of 3. So I would say around 10-12 people can fit on the boat.

Do they have snorkel gear for a 9 year old?

Yes. Younger kids snorkel gear and flippers.

Do we need to be experts in swimming to do snorkeling?

No, you get a life jacket that inflated so you can have it as inflated as you want. When I last went the water was rough so that made it difficult even with the life jacket on

What time of the year is it less busy?

I have been in the fury adventure twice, and the most important is go during the weekdays. we went on a Monday and we were around 35 in the boat, we went again a month later on a Sat and we were like 75 ppl.

From the ease of the booking and contact with Captain Morgan as to where to catch the boat to a beautiful day full of sites, fun and laughter. We (the four of us) have been in Key West on many trips and decided with the great weather doing an all day Tiki Boat/Sand Bar trip would be so much fun and it did not disappoint. The highlight of the trip was our Captain. Truly a great guy, friendly, welcoming, great sense of humor and very professional. Of course we gave him a hard time about being "Captain Morgan", which by the way he gets it a lot! We had the best time talking with him and as we all got to know each other we had blast giving each other fun stories and joking around. Morgan told us so much about the waters around the Keys. Took us to several very pretty spots in which we saw more wild life that day then he said he's seen in a while. We saw nurse shark, several dolphin pods and one with a little baby! Sting ray and some barracuda The waters are a beautiful blue like you seen no where else. Captain Morgan took us to see the beautiful mangroves, so many lizards in the trees it was crazy... and just gorgeous. We pulled up on a little beach to check out the views and hang in the water. We brought some drinks, sandwiches and snacks... Such a fun experience to relax on this boat. The tiki theme is so fun, clean boat and great music. Defiantly gives you the island vibe. Highly recommend asking for Captain Morgan, book this company and have a blast. We plan to do this again on our next visit. Great day - Thanks Morgan for making is so!

Every time we visit Florida, I like to add another Park or Monument to my list. This time was Dry Tortugas National Park, a very unique park in that you have to book a ferry trip or board a sea plane in order to visit the park. We selected the less expensive option, the ferry, which is operated by Yankee Freedom. They offer a one day trip to Dry Tortugas for $250.00, which includes a breakfast, lunch, a guided tour of the fort, and the ferry ride to and from the island, which is 75 miles from Key West, in the Gulf of Mexico. The trip runs from 7 am - 5:30 pm. They also offer 10 spots per day for people who want to camp at Dry Tortugas. We were told that those camping spots fill up very fast. The parking for the day is in a nearby parking garage. It's pricey, so if you can get a ride there and back, that would be a less expensive option. The waiting area for the ferry is at the Yankee Freedom office. You have to show your ID in order to check in. They gave us each a number, which correlates to your number in the boarding process. The earlier you get there, the better. We were there a little after 7 am, and the waiting area was already packed. Channing, the guide, went over the boarding process and the day's itinerary. There were waivers to fill out for those borrowing snorkeling equipment. We boarded the boat and were able to find a couple of seats inside the boat. Immediately upon boarding, they had bagels and cream cheese available. Shortly after the ferry left, they opened the coffee/tea line, where you could also get a yogurt, fruit cocktail package, cereal, or oatmeal. We decided to opt into the guided tour of the fort. Channing was the tour guide. She was very excited to share the history of the fort with us and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the one hour tour of the fort. We learned so much from Channing! After the tour, we went back to the boat to eat lunch. They had Jersey Mike's sandwiches, chips, cookies, carrot and celery sticks, and beverages available. We ate on the boat and then spent the rest of the allotted time exploring the fort on our own. On the way back to Key West, they had a raffle, where you could buy raffle tickets to win merchandise, as well as a comment card raffle, where you could win another trip to Dry Tortugas by filling out the comment card. I won the comment card raffle! We have a year to use the coupon, and we will definitely be back! I'd like to do some snorkeling next time. We were so lucky to have calm seas during our trip. Pass the piña colada." I was already half-toasted from Duval Street happy hour, sweating in the humidity, thinking it'd be some cheesy, overpriced gimmick. But man, did it sneak up on me like a whisper in the dark. For what felt like pocket change (didn't even pay friends hooked it up), we wandered the shadowy backstreets of Old Town for 90 minutes, hearing wild true tales of haunted spots: the old firehouse with its dozen restless spirits (including a firefighter named Frank who still haunts the engine room), whispers from shipwrecked sailors on the breeze, and that creepy vibe from places tied to Key West's pirate past and yellow fever epidemics. The guide was a total pro mixing legit history with just enough eerie chills to make your skin prickle without going full horror movie. It's not scary-scary if you're buzzed and laughing with the group; it's more like deliciously mischievous storytelling that makes you glance over your shoulder at every creaky old conch house. What really sold it? Breaking from the usual beach-drink-repeat routine. Sure, Key West is all sun, sand, and rum, but slipping into the island's darker secrets cursed dolls like the infamous Robert, ghostly lights over the water from wrecked ships, and spots where the dead supposedly still linger felt refreshingly different and surprisingly fun. Highly recommend if you love a good story (and maybe a little liquid courage). The guide makes or breaks it, and ours was gold knowledgeable, funny, and just spooky enough to keep things lively. Bonus silly skit (because why not?): Me (whispering dramatically to my friends post-tour): "Guys... did you hear that? Footsteps behind us!" Friend 1: "Dude, that's just your flip-flops echoing." Me: "No, wait shh! It's Frank the firefighter... he wants his hose back!" Friend 2 (laughing): "Or maybe it's Robert the Doll, pissed we didn't say 'please' three times." All of us: "Run!" (We didn't run. We just hit the nearest bar for one more round. Ghosts approved.) Totally worth it. 5/5 even sober, I'd do it again.

The streets themselves creak with old shipwreck stories, curses, and that doll (yes, that doll, Robert the Doll) who stares into your soul like he's still holding grudges from the 1900s. By the end of it, you're not sure if you're spooked by the stories or by the fact that people actually survived Key West before air conditioning. Pro tip: do it in the winter. This is a family-run business and you can feel that local, small-town pride from the moment you step on the boat. What impressed me most wasn't just the wildlife--though seeing bottle-nosed dolphins and sharks in their natural habitat was incredible--it was the professional camaraderie. Even though there are other tour companies out there, the captains are in constant communication, sharing sightings and even helping each other out with gear or debris in the water. It's rare to see that kind of collective stewardship in a competitive industry. The tour is also deeply educational. The guide did a fantastic job dispelling myths about sharks and explaining the biology of the animals (like the dermal denticles on their skin) with a level of respect that shows they aren't just using nature for a paycheck--they are actively protecting it. It was exciting, interactive, and surprisingly peaceful out on the water. The owner and staff were amazing with the kids -- super friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our daughter was a little disappointed not to see dolphins (you can't predict nature!), but she still absolutely loved the whole experience. Our son hasn't stopped talking about the sharks. We also spotted stingrays, turtles, and a bunch of sea birds. It felt like a totally unique way to experience the ocean -- nothing touristy or cookie-cutter about it.
