Unfortunately dolphins are speedy little devils and I didn't get a shot but I saw his with my own two eyes and that makes me happy. Mary and Jesse were great and made the trip lovely. They prepared a nice veg platter (not pictured) and a fruit platter after we snorkeled which was much needed. They also provide water. This was my first time snorkeling and I had a blast. I have a full face snorkel and man that made snorkeling much easier cause I could breath normally. They also have all the snorkel gear if you don't. We saw lot of beautiful sea life and corals thanks to the help of our guide Jesse who hopped in the water with us and pointed out all the cool fish. I swam right over a massive sting ray without realizing nearly had a heart attack lol. Best believe I prayed to the Steve Irwin gods to protect me lol (r.i.p Steve Irwin your a legend) they are very knowledgeable and care for what they do. The pontoon boat ride was…read morelike being on your living room couch on the water.. we were all comfortable and didn't want to get off the boat.. most pontoon boats are ridiculously slow but not this one. We got to the sandbar in 25 minutes. The sandbar was spectacular and we were able to snorkel and see all the sea life. Getting on and off the boat was easy with the ladder in the back of the boat.. will definitely be going on another charter soon.

The served drinks promptly and expeditiously upon boarding the sailboat. The band was lively and sounded great. We stayed on the top level of the boat and the crew walked around and refilled drinks which was so nice. We didn't have to walked down to the bar and could just enjoy the weather, the sailing and the view! Kudos to Captain Willie and his entire crew for being such a delightful group. Anne acted like she was dragged off the street, no manners, just snide remarks, eye-rolls, and forehead smacks at a fellow tourist fumbling with their wetsuit. No help getting in the wavy water; instead, she snaps at my struggling wife: "Why do people who can't snorkel even try?" (I'd love to see her skydive after 10 mins of instructions!) Todd was meh, nice enough but obsessed with tips, yapping about it nonstop. Snorkeling itself was great, but these two don't belong in service. Avoid!

I bought my ticket for the Old Town Trolley Tours Key West as part of the Norwegian cruise line excursions list and therefore, paid more than I would have normally for something like this. I have been to Key West a few times before and had seen many of the important sites on the island on my own but my friends were doing this trolley tour so I did as well. And I still learned a lot! Manny, our tour guide, was born and raised on Key West and therefore, had a great perspective on everything. I think he is the reason why I recommend this tour. Like many others have said, the trolley itself isn't too comfortable but it is sturdy, and you can get on and off as much as you want. As we were on a moving vehicle, I didn't get the best pictures so you probably won't either. Look up the trolley schedule and plan your get on/get off stops well. And try to get a local tour guide if you can!

This is a very convenient way to get around Key West and the trolley is "hop on, hop off" style so…read moreyou can jump off at any stop and hop back on when another one comes by. It's also narrated, which provides interesting information about the town, major attractions on the route and historical background. The trolley is open, so there is no air conditioning. I did not mind that, however the road noise can get very loud at times and it made it hard to hear the narration. Our first guide did some kind of adjustments which helped, but if you have any hearing impairment, sit in the front. It's also around $50 a person which is pretty steep, in my opinion. You can ride it as much as you want during operating hours that day so maybe if you went around a couple times that would equal the price. Overall, it was fun and worth doing once.
