We rented a 6-person golf cart for 3 days and also opted for the backpack cooler (that came with a lock so no one could steal it while leaving it on the cart). They delivered the golf cart to our condo and walked us through the rules, laws, and tips for parking. We had a blast driving around the island and the golf cart was in great condition. The only thing I wish they offered with the rental is a golf cart phone holder. Would have been nice to be able to have my phone up higher while looking at Waze for directions to places. You can buy a magnetic one on Amazon for $17 and I HIGHLY recommend doing that. The cart came with a killer sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth on your phone. Also had fun color changing lights underneath for night driving. We ended up changing our pick up location for the cart on our last day and they had no issue with us changing that. They communicated with the us regularly via text and even offered up tips for places to eat, beaches to visit, etc. 5-stars for this company! Will use again next time we visit!

Barely…read more There were four of us, so the employee gave us a golf cart in replacement of one scoot coupe. Fine. Whatever. Not as fun, but okay. Brakes didn't work, so that was exciting. Half way through our rental of 4 hours. The scoot coupe stops. In the middle of an intersection. Quits running. So we had to push it out of the road and onto the sidewalk to get it out of the way. I called the company FOUR times without an answer. We sat on the side of the road for about 20 minutes and it finally started. Great. Let's just go back to the rental place and drop this POS off. Halfway there, the stupid thing loses throttle and it literally is going 2 mph down the road. Finally made it to the rental company, and I explained our issues. I got, in return, "sorry to hear that. But did you have fun?" Ridiculous. I will NEVER rent from this company again, and I hope that this review saves whoever is reading this a lot of money and headache. Rent at your own risk. In fact, she had so much trouble, she swerved towards a car and almost hit it. The handle bars on my bike moved and my seat, which never sat right, broke while riding. almost causing me to whipe out. We ended-up walking our bike 3/4 of a mile back to their shack to return them a day early. We were both upset at having such awful bikes and having to walk them back that when we returned them, we expressed to the woman working, our disatisfaction at how they could rent such unsafe bikes. The lady snapped at us and told us that she only worked there and she didnt appreciate us being rude. We weren't rude and didnt say anything we wouldn't say to our Grandmother. We did have a right to be upset with her since she's the one who rented us such unsafe bikes. Lesson learned: If the bike looks and feels unsafe before you get off the lot, don't rent it .We don't recommend renting from this place!

He said they had the best prices in town and they will treat you well. I am here to say, they do not have the best prices in town and they nickel and dime you. I would encourage you not to rent from Conch Electric unless you like the convenience of having a rental company right outside of the Key West ferry terminal. For a short walk, you can get great deals from other rentals. We could've got a better deal from the resort that we stayed in at parrot Key, but we didn't know that until after the fact. OF NOTE: parking is $6/hr and there is almost NO free parking downtown. When we went downtown to do the hop on hop off ride, the company was nice enough to allow us to park rental in their parking lot.

Due to unforeseen changes of our stay on the island we had to cancel the rental. We had to send an email and the company was very accommodating to cancel without any penalties. This is great customer service. We will definitely book with them again during our next visit!
