I am a Midwestern girl, so I am no idea what heatstroke was all about. I found out real quick oh, and that is when we found JV Rental. The gentleman behind the counter was as sweet as sweet could be. He understood our predicament very well, and it was literally less than five minutes from filling out the paperwork to taking off in our golf cart. We were a group from Margaritaville and Margaritaville has electric golf carts, so driving a gas, golf cart was a bit different, a little rougher, but all in all the experience was amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you J. V. Rental. You literally saved this Midwestern girls life because apparently unbeknownst to me I had a really bad case of heat stroke. You are simply the best.

We rented a 6-person golf cart for 3 days and also opted for the backpack cooler (that came with a lock so no one could steal it while leaving it on the cart). They delivered the golf cart to our condo and walked us through the rules, laws, and tips for parking. We had a blast driving around the island and the golf cart was in great condition. The only thing I wish they offered with the rental is a golf cart phone holder. Would have been nice to be able to have my phone up higher while looking at Waze for directions to places. You can buy a magnetic one on Amazon for $17 and I HIGHLY recommend doing that. The cart came with a killer sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth on your phone. Also had fun color changing lights underneath for night driving. We ended up changing our pick up location for the cart on our last day and they had no issue with us changing that. They communicated with the us regularly via text and even offered up tips for places to eat, beaches to visit, etc. 5-stars for this company! Will use again next time we visit!

The issue was when we went into the warehouse to get our golf carts, it was only one worker behind the counter, we were infront of these 2 couples that then skipped us and she ended up helping them first. Also, we paid for 2 electric golf carts and then she said she didn't have anymore...but by a miracle, this other girl that was KILLING IT! SAVED THE DAY! Short blonde, super cool :) She speeded up the process and luckily she had electric golf carts for us!
