They exceeded every expectation. Captain James and his first mate, Allison, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone had an amazing experience. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon on the water. The snorkeling itself was incredible. The water was beautiful and clear, and we saw an amazing variety of marine life, including colorful tropical fish, large schools of fish, small sharks, barracuda, and so much more. Every time we looked beneath the surface, there was something new to discover. One of the highlights of the trip was the dolphins. Captain James went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible view. He carefully maneuvered the boat so we could watch them from different angles, and at one point he even got them behind the boat where they followed along, jumping and playing in the wake. It was absolutely magical and made for some incredible videos and memories that we will treasure. I would also like to recognize Tabatha in the office. She was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She made the reservation process simple and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely kind and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting her in person as well. From start to finish, the entire experience with Looe Key Reef Dive Center at Looe Key Reef Resort was exceptional. It's hard to express how amazing my experience with Mike and his boat charter. I don't know why in…read morethe world the one review on here is one star because my experience with Mike was 2nd to none. I went snorkeling in the Bahamas several days before and where Mike brought us out was significantly better than anything I saw in the Bahamas. We saw a lot of different fish including Barracuda, Yellow Tail, Rainbow Fish, Surgeon Fish, etc. Mike was very helpful in where we should go but also allowed for me and my girlfriend to explore. We had a small lunch afterwards on a small island that was quaint but very fun and relaxing. He also NEVER rushed us or said we needed to get going. However, that is only the half of it. I seemed to have lost my rental car keys during the charter (100% my own fault) and Mike came back after he dropped us off and helped me look. unfortunately, the keys were as good as gone. Still, Mike let us stay in his car while I tried to get a lock.smith to get a new key. Over the next hour, Mike stayed with us, brought us to his house, a convenience store to get some drinks, and waited with us for 40 minutes till the lock smith arrived. On top of that, he waited with us the entire time the locksmith was at worked for another 30+ minutes. During the time, I had some very good conversations with Mike. Mike is one of the most genuine people I ever met and words couldn't express how much better he made my gf and my day. I HIGHLY recommend Lower Keys Adventure. Also, he had a very cute and friendly dog named Lizzy!
