You can choose to bring your own food & snacks, or you can run a tab and purchase whatever they have on offer (chips, water, sodas, beer, etc). They supply the eco-friendly sunscreen. We went out on the Kokomo Cat II with Captain Katie & Josh, and I can't say enough good things about them. You couldn't ask more a more fun pair of people to take you out to Looe Key. They were extremely knowledgeable and you can tell how much they genuinely care about the imperiled coral ecosystem. There is not an aquarium in the world that can match the diversity of marine life that you will see out at this reef. On the two days we went out, we saw dolphins, sea turtles, caribbean reef sharks, nurse sharks, goliath grouper, green morays, spotted eagle rays, pufferfish, barracuda, hogfish, squirrelfish, various species of parrotfish, angelfish, snapper, filefish, & wrasse. And don't even get me started on the schools of blue tang. If you're in Key West, forget about Sea Fury and do yourself a favor and make the 30 min drive over to Ramrod Key. Strongly recommend! I understand that sharks aren't a real cause for concern and a lot of people like the sharks, but we got scared and swam back to ship. When that guy was insulting us we still tried to be nice like saying sorry, but he kept on being a scumbag saying" do not say sorry to me , you are going to pay the damage, not me". It turns out that we did well after some practice. He is making money from us so he should be nice and patient rather than swearing words. When we were back, there was a patrol officer stopped by and they wanted us to release our fish, we just wanted to figure out whether we can keep the fish or not, he went off again saying to his wife "they want to keep that god damned thing!" So for the both beginning an ending, he ruined our day for a vocation. NEVER had such an experience that business man swearing at customers!

It's hard to express how amazing my experience with Mike and his boat charter. I went snorkeling in the Bahamas several days before and where Mike brought us out was significantly better than anything I saw in the Bahamas. We saw a lot of different fish including Barracuda, Yellow Tail, Rainbow Fish, Surgeon Fish, etc. Mike was very helpful in where we should go but also allowed for me and my girlfriend to explore. We had a small lunch afterwards on a small island that was quaint but very fun and relaxing. He also NEVER rushed us or said we needed to get going. However, that is only the half of it. I seemed to have lost my rental car keys during the charter (100% my own fault) and Mike came back after he dropped us off and helped me look. unfortunately, the keys were as good as gone. Still, Mike let us stay in his car while I tried to get a lock.smith to get a new key. Over the next hour, Mike stayed with us, brought us to his house, a convenience store to get some drinks, and waited with us for 40 minutes till the lock smith arrived. On top of that, he waited with us the entire time the locksmith was at worked for another 30+ minutes. During the time, I had some very good conversations with Mike. Mike is one of the most genuine people I ever met and words couldn't express how much better he made my gf and my day. I HIGHLY recommend Lower Keys Adventure. The kayak was more comfortable than we expected & we stayed out for four hours. I have attached a photo of our route with some pictures. They loaned us a waterproof phone case which was essential. We had a pretty significant downpour which added excitement. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to the Keys. The price is right and Brian & his assistant really set us up well.
