5 Stars - Best way to get around Key West! We rented 4 bikes from WeCycle for our family trip to Key West, and honestly, this is the best way to get around the island. First off -- you do NOT need a golf cart or a car in Key West. Seriously... where are you going to park it? The bikes made everything easy, fun, and stress-free. We rented kids' bikes 13- and 10-year-old and I rode a standard beach cruiser, which was great... but my wife insisted on the Cannondale comfort cruiser. I tried hers for about 30 seconds and immediately realized I made a huge mistake! That thing was smooth, comfortable, and awesome. I was definitely jealous. They made everything so easy. They dropped the bikes off and picked them up, so there was zero hassle. Awesome bikes, awesome service, and exactly what you need. We'll definitely be renting from WeCycle every time we come back! read more

We visited Key West for the weekend and rented two e-bikes for 48 hours. It was a highlight of our trip. We got to explore the city without worrying about parking and didn't spend a fortune on Ubers. The bikes were great; we topped them out a little over 20mpg and the battery latest for two full days. I believe they had about 20% battery left when we returned them. Fantastic! After spending the first evening in Old Town battling traffic and parking, we knew we had to get some bikes to navigate the area the next day. Booked two E-bikes that night for free delivery to our hotel in New Town the next morning. Sure enough, received a text confirmation that our bikes had been dropped off in front of our hotel at 8am. Bikes were in great condition and came with a chain lock and carry pouch for each. Pedaled around Old Town in Eco and Tour mode all day and still had 60% battery left. We rented beach cruisers for our week in Key West. They were delivered to our location on time and were ready for us to ride. We noticed one of the lights was dim so we stopped in to the store while we were nearby and they popped in a new battery. Problem solved and with a smile. Communication was great. We truly enjoyed our experience with "We Cycle". The customer service and communication were top notch. Not only did they deliver & pick up the E-Bikes, when they were running low on battery power (We used them for a week) they came back to our house to swap out with a fresh battery! Also on the last day when they were to be picked up in the morning, we asked if we could use them in the AM to bike to breakfast, and they simply said "Enjoy your morning, we'll pick them up at Noon!"
