The only downside was the replacement key that I had didn't have a battery so he charged me $10 for a new one. It took no more than 20 mins to cut and program my new key. I reached out to key masters for a replacement car key for a Lexus 2006 on July 25 because my keys had been stolen but it was too late for them to take the call. I reached out the next day in the morning on July 26, but the locksmith did not come to work on my vehicle until the next day July 27 in the afternoon. The locksmith apologized for the delay as he stated that they did not have this particular key available and thus the service was delayed although at times I kept myself wondering if they would show up since the service had been pushed over. A month later, the key stopped working. I reached out to them again last Thursday morning and they did not prioritize to make it right, instead they wanted to charge an additional fee to come out for service. I requested a refund because they did not deliver the service that needed to be provide yet they refused. I had no choice but to call a different locksmith and later learned that the key was off market and secondly the car door key had not been sketched to use on my car door. First he tried to reset the combo - which I was already impressed with cause out of the 2938583 I called - everyone said it was not possible. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the boss. The person that was sent out was great and came quickly and that's why I left it at 2 stars and not 1. I called in the guy and told him I need a bolt cut. Simple 5 second procedure. I tried asking him for a quote and he was very shady over the phone on giving me a quote then said 55$. When the man arrived he quickly cut the bolt and when we went to pay him the 55$ I had ready for him he tells me it's 125$. So I call the main number and talk to the boss and his voice is rude and threatening. We get in an instant argument about the situation as he is trying to snake me.
