Absolutely awesome for Ducati riders. My review starts before I contacted Prestige. I needed a duplicate black key for a Ducati; without the red key/code card. Several shops indicated that they would either need me to 1. Order the key. 2. Bring the key to the locksmith to get it cut. 3. Bring the key to the dealer to get it coded. One dealer indicated I would need to mail my only black key off to someone in Washington state. Pfft. I called Shy, gave him the details of my bike and he said he could do it. His only condition was that he sells me the key, the cut, and coding of it (All 3 above in 1, perfect!). I was skeptical but he showed up and made me an exact duplicate with the chip coded. Both keys work INDEPENDENT of one another (For those of you familiar with the workarounds.) His personality was awesome. He even waited patiently while I finished something in the office. Just had the best experience with Prestige Locksmith. Had a door lock that was stuck and a couple other locks that needed to be re-keyed and of course it all happened on a weekend. I received excellent customer service from the very first phone call. I went to Home Depot to buy a replacement lock and wasn't sure which one to buy. I called them back and they gave me advice on which one. They sent out a locksmith within a couple hours on a Saturday and gave me a free estimate before he arrived. Their prices were reasonable.
