I lost my 2nd car master keys and had a spare key that wouldn't open the trunk, it only worked with the master key, my trunk was locked out. Absolutely awesome for Ducati riders. My review starts before I contacted Prestige. I needed a duplicate black key for a Ducati; without the red key/code card. Several shops indicated that they would either need me to 1. Order the key. 2. Bring the key to the locksmith to get it cut. 3. Bring the key to the dealer to get it coded. One dealer indicated I would need to mail my only black key off to someone in Washington state. Pfft. I called Shy, gave him the details of my bike and he said he could do it. His only condition was that he sells me the key, the cut, and coding of it (All 3 above in 1, perfect!). I was skeptical but he showed up and made me an exact duplicate with the chip coded. Both keys work INDEPENDENT of one another (For those of you familiar with the workarounds.) His personality was awesome. He even waited patiently while I finished something in the office. I had Avishay come out and fix my Fob Key for my Infiniti. He arrived within an hour of my request. As soon as he got here he asked for my keys and went straight to work. No time waisted. Fixed my problem within 30 min. This was 4 months back. I called him yesterday (Oct 3) he we set an appointed time and he arrived in a timely manner. And went straight to work. Just had the best experience with Prestige Locksmith. Had a door lock that was stuck and a couple other locks that needed to be re-keyed and of course it all happened on a weekend. I received excellent customer service from the very first phone call. I went to Home Depot to buy a replacement lock and wasn't sure which one to buy. I called them back and they gave me advice on which one. They sent out a locksmith within a couple hours on a Saturday and gave me a free estimate before he arrived. Their prices were reasonable. The locksmith (Rafael) arrived on time and was efficient and friendly and fixed everything. The final price was just as quoted, and he accepted Venmo. The technician actually called me and asked to show up early for a same day appointment I had made to rekey 3 locks in my home on a weekend with no extra charge. That's very rare, but appreciated!!! They were the most reasonable quote I had received and the technician did a fantastic job. He even made the locks work better than they did before by filling down the holes to adjust for some settling my home has done over the years.
