This review is a bit overdue but I did not want to miss the opportunity to give a huge shout out to Yael. My front door lock broke on Halloween later in the day. I was desperate and worried because I needed to make sure my house would be secure because I had to go to work the next day, but being that it was the evening of Halloween, I was worried nobody would be available to fix it at all. I contacted Yael about it and he was quick to respond and he came out that evening to work on my lock. Apparently there was too much damage inside the lock so it needed to be replaced and my door frame had issues as well. He was able to do a temporary fix so that it could give me time to purchase a new lock, yet keep my house secure. Yael came back a few days later after I chose the lock I wanted and installed it for me. He gave me very good explanations about why it got damaged in the first place and even fixed my inner door frame to ensure this wouldn't happen again. Smart lock failed me and this was the one day I did not have my back up plan aka a physical key. Gave the number a call after a Yelp search and confirmed this is a 24/7 operation. 4.800 stars. Oscar is a sweet soul who helped us install a lock on our very custom, thick, metal door on our new home. The door was installed in the mid-2000s, when electronic, magnetic locks (you know the kind where you use a code to get in) were the flavor du jour. Unfortunately, the lock failed, and we wanted to go back to the old tried and true deadbolt. Multiple people on Yelp do not do metal doors and with this being a thick door, deadbolt installation was going to be a unique problem. I ordered the custom deadbolt online and hired Oscar to install it for me. Apparently, for most deadbolt installations with a normal-thickness door, there are "templates" that you can buy to help you put the hole in the exact distance for the bolt to hit the strike plate. With a thicker door, Oscar had to be very precise in his measurements and cutting to make sure the deadbolt was perfect. He had one shot on this pretty expensive door! He had the right tools to install the deadbolt perfectly on the door. I did have to expand the hole in the frame myself to make sure the deadbolt fit perfectly, but this was no big deal as I am fairly handy and had the tools for this. Oscar was very informative and responsive on the Yelp Messaging System, which is why I ended up going with him and we are glad we did! He is a gentle soul as well, so sweet and friendly. I would use him again in a heartbeat. read more

Lifesavers!!!! Very fair price for after hour service for a vehicle lockout. My truck decided to lock itself when it didn't detect the keyfob inside of it after I pulled it forward, shut it off, left it unlocked then went to grab something from inside. Make sure your keyfob batteries are good! Otherwise it will think you left it unlocked and do you a solid by locking itself for you. Thanks Tacoma. Family owned small business.
