The technician had asked for $150 for me to pay out-of-pocket if he can drill a hole through the door I said no of course. I have just moved to Chula Vista and the previous owners of my new home didn't leave behind the key to the storage room that houses the water heater. My water heater is broken and the plumbers need access to the room so Giovanni at Alcatraz Locksmith came by and in a few minutes was able to unlock the doorknob and then replaced it with the old front door knob that I replaced the day I moved in (I sure am glad I kept it!). I needed to have a new entry door lock set rekeyed to match our existing key so I took it in to their shop. Ruth quoted me a very reasonable price for the service, and since it was almost closing time (I arrived there late), she told me that I could pick it up the next morning. I was happy with that and headed to my car where my doggie was waiting for me. When I got to the car I decided to take my doggie for a walk around the parking lot and to the adjacent green areas.
