Contact was made through their website and the response was immediate, with a very fair flat-price. Yael showed up exactly on time and completed the job of replacing the ignition switch cylinder on a 2003 Ford Focus. (It had been replaced 6 years earlier, which is about the expected interval.) I was impressed with his technical skill and he finished in a couple of hours, which included rekeying the new ignition to our existing keys. By way of a constructive criticism, I would suggest they carry a hand-held vacuum to get up the metal shavings from drilling out the old cylinder. Please go to another locksmith, this one is not trustworthy. I rarely will leave a bad review but I had to get my Prius key reprogrammed and bought a battery from him for $25. After 2 days my car was notifying me that I had low battery on my key. I finally changed it out for another one and now it's fine. When I brought this up to him he was mentioning that it's probably bc the car remote battery needs to be replaced every 6 months. That's a lie. I believe it was the father who responded to my initial yelp message and who provided me with fabulous customer service as we corresponded back-and-forth for days. Not only was he very patient with all of my questions, but he always replied right away. Once I scheduled my appointment, Yael (his son) arrived exactly at the exact time promised and was very kind and patient. I was so surprised at how knowledgeable he was about locks and how quickly he resolved a problem that we thought would be much more catastrophic. Oscar and Yael were prompt in responding to each message exchange and I was impressed with the professionalism shown in the responses. Both Oscar and Yael arrived within a half hour of the initial contact, as promised. I had contacted them and 4 other locksmith services and, although they weren't the cheapest (close to it tho') they were very reasonably priced. Five house locks and a mailbox were rekeyed in less than two hours from the time of our initial contact. Completion of the task required removal of the tumblers (I had lost my keys so they needed to pick one of the locks to access the initial tumbler), rekeying all tumblers and cutting of the keys, along with lock replacement and keying of the mailbox took approximately an hour.
