I told hin to change the pins in the existing lock and he did not. He changed the outside cylinder so that the back door two cylinders and the front door outside cylinder had the same key . Not only did he extract the key from my Baldwin lock within minutes, he oiled the cylinder so our other key fit/turned better and he even polished the rubbed bronze faceplate up so it looks even better on our front entry! He asked if I needed extra keys to replace the one that broke in the cylinder, and he went back to his shop to make proper Baldwin keys (they're a unique shape and better than generic ones you make in a key copy machine), returning a set of new keys to our home shortly thereafter.
