We tried the yakisoba, not my fave dish of theirs. It was loaded with mayo sauce, but other than being fatty and creamy, it didn't do much for a balanced savoury flavour. I like that Ippon doesn't use MSG for their soup, my little one loves their ramen. They also provide children's bowl and utensils for the kids. Their mochi ice cream is a must get. I appreciated the fact that they had add ons, like egg and other vegetables. But when I selected Seaweed as an option, I was disappointed to see that it was just two sheets of seaweed. I would've loved for it to be wakame seaweed instead. I also added a side order of the Chicken Karage which was delicious and definitely made fresh! Overall, I wasn't a big fan of the ramen dish itself, and I'm unsure if I will be back. If I do, I may consider doing the Build Your Own Ramen option instead.
