The level of rude unfriendly service by the same old Michelle G. smh what a disgrace to Kendra Scott's brand that manipulating little devil is still there making her $32 an hour still wearing all black looking like magnificent not aging well at all ( the wrinkles, yikes ) Too bad they haven't up minimum wage because she could surely use some Botox. Her level of unfriendly service not greeting me or my children was extremely difficult. The blonde heavyset woman greeted us until Michelle came in from walking the plaza doing nothing as usual until she saw me and changed the tone in the atmosphere, of course I was ready to shop and buy, which I still did buying the Bella hoops that were on sale. They looked pretty desperate as no one was in store shopping so I was happy to make a purchase with Kendra as I still have love for the brand regardless of my toxic relationship at the point with Michelle it's so sad that her level of service is so bad considering all the employees she has runoff over the years that she can't see that it's really still her. That is the bad one even after I left, I had ran into several of the old employees and team from when I manage the same location like Ana who said yes it was Michelle that they were truly sick of, but they had work with her so long and I had just got so used to her toxic manner that they were always so scared to stand up to her. Luckily, Ana had told me later that she had gotten married and was truly happy to move on with her life and leave the brand to be happy doing what she truly wanted to do, and I wished her well and she had told me that she never had any hard feelings for me, but was always just too scared of Michelle overall to stand up for herself and being in the store today, although the brand the pieces are still beautiful by Kendra Scott the level of service and that new manager, whoever the blonde lady is I thought was going in a new direction she still could use some work too. I don't know if Amy is still is leading the district for Kendra, but whoever he is, she's still looking into the people leading Kendra Scott branding at the point they truly should look into the leadership. I know times are hard and it's truly hard to find people who are manager brand and drive business and sometimes the smiles you see behind the glaring frown lines and bad make up seem like it's all good but it's truly a bad level of service. I did make a purchase I did shop I wasn't offered anything greeted, and I was in with my children. I felt like a spectator. No one offered to help me. I was treated very poorly and would never recommend Kendra's brand location at the point to shop under these circumstances, which is why I am writing this review not out of spite. I left the brand because I wanted to and for better I work for a multimillion dollar celebrity who should remain anonymous of course I respect Kendra Scott's with all The upmost respect, but Michelle that little witch who drives that small little car and eats those chicken strips to fix it get rid of her. You guys could do so much better if you truly pay attention to the people standing behind that counter doing absolutely nothing. I will never buy anything from this company again. I've gotten multiple earrings and rings over the last couple of years, worn them minimally and kept them in my jewelry box when not in use, and the gold tarnished. It's way too expensive to be doing that. Also the price is too high for what looks and feels like children's dress up jewelry. I only give two stars bc the associates working in the store are very nice. Think twice before shopping here and read the online reviews. Poor quality is a common issue here and I wish I had known that earlier. read more

The have a nice variety of items... some are fine jewelry and some of the items are unique fun semi-precious jewelry pieces. They also have three fragrances. I shopped at the Woodlands Texas store yesterday as part of my birthday celebration woth my daughters, the experience was awful. The customer service was not good, the computers were not working correctly to take payments, we were asked to to go back and fourth to a card reader to make payment multiple times, my card was charged twice and they were no help in resolving the problem. Now my $ is being held up over the weekend waiting to see if it will clear or not. Maybe $85 isnt a lot to some but it is my money and I don't appreciate it being held hostage bettour cash registers and internet dont work. Interesting how other reviewers have mentioned poor customer service. I ordered a pair of earrings online for store pick-up on 5/21/24. This was a gift so I selected gift wrapping upon checkout. When I picked up, a box was nicely tied in a small bag cute enough to give the gift as is. Because of this, I did not want to open the box to check that the earrings were in there, but I completely regret it. I didn't even take the box out of the shopping bag. When the recipient opened the gift box and small jewelry bag within, it was completely empty. I called the store and the woman who packed my order told me she remembered packing it and double checked, asked if I may have lost them and basically told me the only thing I can do at this point is to call KS customer service. How could I lose only the earrings with the jewelry bag, gift box and ribbon and bag still perfectly intact? Poor poor poor customer service. Do better! read more

When I asked the person at checkout if new customers can go online and get a discount, she abruptly said "no!". I later learned there is a 15% discount for new customers offered on their website. When I went back and pointed out that little factoid they were even more rude. Kendra Scott is located In the Point in El Segundo. They carry both costume and fine jewelry. Their jewelry is beautiful and seasonal. I've bought multiple necklaces and earrings and have been happy with them all. If you sign up you will get 50 percent off one item on your birthday month with ID. They don't notify you and they don't tell you about the birthday deal. I just stumbled on it. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of five. Have not been inside since Covid so not sure if they even have the 50 percent birthday deal any more. I usually LOVE going to Kendra Scott for my birthday discount it's a great time to get a nice piece of jewelry for 50% off. With that being said, I was extremely disappointed to arrive at the store on Black Friday at 6:00 p.m. to find the store locked and closed for the day. This contradicted what the mall hours indicated for this particular store IN ADDITION to their own hours posted (see photo attached). I was disappointed because I specifically drove out to this shopping center to shop at Kendra Scott. I LOVE this store! I have been a big fan of the Kendra Scott brand for years, and this location specifically embodies everything that Kendra stands for! More than once, this store has gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, I purchased a ring for Mother's Day online (only because they didn't have my size in store) that got shipped to the wrong address. When I tried calling the customer service number, I was met with an unfriendly and condescending employee. I went into the store, and Michele and Anna were so empathetic and helped me fix the situation! I had a gift certificate for up to $80 color bar item to use here. I told my girlfriend about the certificate and so we looked up some designs and samples on their website. Their website was very informative in terms of showing what the designs look like and customizing what you want. You can mix and match certain items to see how they look together before going into a store. My girlfriend wasn't going to be here when I went to a store in person so I had to use my best judgement based on her preferred designs. I went into the store and the workers were super attentive and helpful! The employee who helped me (I just realized she never introduced herself!) brought out some designs that my girlfriend had and was giving me her opinions on them and telling me what necklaces work well with what types of outfits and seasons. I hate to give less than 5 star reviews to any business, but I hope that there are some improvements, so that others may feel welcome. Upon entering the store, none of the 3 employees that were working greeted me, or asked if I needed any help - the whole time that I walked and looked at each and every display. Super shocking! That is a huge no-no in my opinion. The number one thing that I love when walking into a retail store is being greeted with a friendly (masked) smile, and a "Hello, Welcome. What can I help you with today?" If I get greeted at the door with someone who is friendly and excited to be there, then I usually purchase from that establishment. Again, "I usually purchase from that establishment." This was also on Mother's Day... so it was definitely disappointing to not have my questions answered while shopping: "Do the K earrings come in silver?" and "What is the pricing for this K necklace?" It was too bad. I happened upon Kendra Scott while at The Point, and was ready to purchase something cute, only to be disappointed by the customer service. I recently bought a stacked ring from Kendra Scott at The Point location. After wearing the ring a few times, the stones began to pop out. I make jewellery and I know that this can sometimes happen with this sort of setting but I did not expect it after a few wears. I took it back to them and they exchanged it for a new ring.
