Ear lobe piercing second hole and new Huggie earrings
Natalie N.

The entire process from walking in to walking out of this store was a pleasant experience thanks to the sales person lily. She immediately greeted me and answered my questions thoroughly. Today I went to the mall to get by my ears pierced. I checked out a kiosk and was planning on walking to another store and to my surprise I seen a sign when passing this store that said "free ear piercing", I swear it was like a bright light came on, the angels were singing lol jk. So after going over the process lily had me sign a waiver and sanitized everything! And what I appreciated most was that when she marked the spots she was going to pierce we went over them a few times to ensure they were even and that they were also in areas I wanted them in, so THANK you. I left with new earrings and I bought a few more. A cute little care package for my piercing solution and a cloth to clean my jewelry. This store is actually really cute for having lower costing accessories and metal jewelry

I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this boutique in Redondo Beach. I visited the store…read morewith my daughters, excited to shop and support a local business. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The employees closely followed us throughout the store and made us feel as though we were being watched because they assumed we might steal something. The treatment we received felt like racial profiling, and it was both embarrassing and hurtful. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt judged and singled out. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere, I still made a purchase and bought a pair of earrings. However, that purchase was only a fraction of what I intended to spend. I came into the store fully prepared to buy multiple items and would have gladly spent considerably more. Instead, the employees' behavior completely discouraged me from continuing to shop. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the store lost out on a much larger sale because of the way my daughters and I were treated. Customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected--not scrutinized and judged. Had we been treated with kindness and professionalism, I likely would have purchased several additional items and returned in the future. I also noticed several other potential customers walk into the store and quickly leave without making a purchase. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people choose to shop and spend money, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking during my visit. I have never felt so profiled while shopping before, and it was a deeply upsetting experience. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable because of their appearance, race, or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Sadly, what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience turned into one that left me feeling unwelcome, disappointed, and unlikely to return

I have been in this store twice. Both times I was completely ignored. I was seen and still ignored…read more I was upset the first time but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. When it happened the second time I decided to make this review. The employee looked at me and then returned to what they were doing and a second later asked another customer if she needed anything. I believe I was being profiled that I would not spend like that customer. It is extremely upsetting to be profiled when I am happy to spend money on quality goods with great customer service.

THE GREAT: I am very into consignment stores and I know my brands etc. This place floors me with…read moretheir product. I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? Request to management: organize by size and watch how much quicker you move pants!

I went to 2nd Street to sell some clothes, and they do things a little differently. Usually when…read moreyou sell clothes, you get the option of cash or store credit. The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.
