But this store has been surviving side by side with its baby store on the 1st floor "Claire's" I am a fan of their ear-piercing​ only. I come to this store solely for this reason. I don't usually buy any merchandise from this store, it could get overprice. This is like the adult version of "Claire's" and it is run by the same company. The price point here for ears piercing on average is $1.00 more than the piercing at "Claire's." Yes, no matter what spot, the cartilage or the lower lobe of your ear. Customer Service: I have a lot of piercings in​ my ear. At least 5 on each ear. Sometimes they close or infection occurs and I have to go get it pierce again. So I have been coming here or Claire's to get it done. I remember having to wait for a while just to get it done. They are nice about it and they do a good job at the piercings. I don't think that anyone should wait that long if the store is dead empty and there were two employees. As long as I got it done. I went here because the girl at Claire's didn't want to pierce my ear because she said it is not a good thing to repierce the same hole. So I walked upstairs to the ​3rd floor to get it done. I don't understand the consistency but I'm​ willing to pay the extra $1.00 to get it done. I recommend​ coming to the ICING to get your piercing done! No trouble finding parking as it is located inside the mall. It is $3.00 extra for cartilage piercing on top of the price point for the earings that you picked. Overall it is worth it if you love piercing and they are clean about it.

I initially planned on going to Claire's downstairs but there was a 4 person wait....at 2pm on a Monday....yeah... I went in yesterday to re-pierce my ears because they closed from being irritated by fake jewelry. I don't remember the girl's name but she was easy going, helpful and sweet. I let her know about my built up scar tissue because of the irritation due to sensitive skin, and she pierced both ears perfectly without touching the scar tissue. I don't know what it is about earrings, but I feel so girly again. Yay me.

The service itself seemed fine, done by a nice female piercer who made the service quick and relatively painless. Flash forward 5 years, and my piercings have still never healed correctly. I'd gone into a piercing shop yesterday to have them taper my left piercing open, before I was able to get jewelry back in after taking them out for a procedure. I only had the jewelry out for two hours, max. The piercer told me that my nipples have never healed correctly because of how they were pierced. The placement was far too close to the base, which I've suspected all along since the right piercing had never stopped giving me issues. (Left one was the one that had closed up and had to be tapered open, interestingly enough.) The tattoo from a past-his-prime artist is one thing, it's just a funny story now. I kinda find the tattoo endearing, even. But a misplaced piercing on a super intimate area? From a female piercer as well who should have known her anatomy better? I don't live in the area anymore, so there's no point in me making the trek to come into your shop to get anything fixed. I'm just updating my review to communicate how upset I am that BOTH the services I got done at your shop got butchered. And it's literally caused me unnecessary pain and suffering. I now have to consider removing my nipple piercings and getting them redone correctly, if I ever want the issues I've had from them to go away. I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and many other medical conditions since I got this piercing 5 years ago, so getting them redone or getting any tattoos or piercings at all isn't something I consider lightly- the pain and healing is different for me. I called the location and spoke to Debbie, who was kind and helpful in scheduling a same day appointment for me and my daughter. I was getting a second set of piercings for myself (to motivate my daughter who was a little nervous). I was told they typically do piercings Friday/Saturday/Sun and appointments are preferred. The location is a jewelry store so they buzz you in. The store is incredibly clean and welcoming. Debbie and Nikki assisted us. They sanitized my daughter's ears, let her pick out the earrings she wanted (good variety of 14k gold/white gold), and did the two ears at once since they had both staff present. They use a gun like device that pinches the earring in versus a thick needle. It was done within seconds. My daughter was given a certificate for bravery and tiara as well. They even gave me one so we could take a photo together. Thank you, Debbie and Nikki, for being so kind and patient with my daughter. She left with the biggest smile . I am so grateful to the amazing team at Coby Madison for repairing my wedding rings. I had been…read moremeaning to come in to get my rings resized as they had started to fit tight, but I waited too long and ended up having to get them cut off! One night I could not get my rings off no matter what I did! My finger even got swollen from trying to get my rings off. The next morning, I went into Coby Madison and was greeted by James. I explained my situation and he looked at my finger and right away noticed that it was swollen. He said he could help with cutting the rings off. He was able to get them off quickly, and although I was relieved to get them off after being stuck, I also felt sad that they had to be cut off. While getting the rings cut off, I got hot due to being nervous and James had me take a seat and gave me some water. I really appreciated how kind he was and that he understood having my rings cut off can be a bit emotional. Since my finger was swollen, I had to wait until the swelling went down to return to be sized for my rings to be repaired. James provided me with a bag to keep the rings safe. I returned two weeks later to make sure the swelling was completely gone. This time I was helped by Linda and she was amazing. She had me try on different rings to make sure we got the correct ring size. She provided me with options on how I could repair my wedding ring if I needed to change the design. She informed me that the store has a texting system which makes communicating with their customers easier. This really was convenient for me to get updates on the repairs for my rings. They had originally informed me that it could take 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders they are working on, so I was pleasantly surprised when my rings were ready in two weeks. I felt so naked without my rings, so I was happy that they had them ready quicker than expected. My rings came out great and fit perfectly! They also looked clean and sparkly. The 0% APR for 18 months is great unless you can't afford to pay it off in 18 months. they then charge 35% on the original price of the item for those 18 months which doubles the price of the original purchase. Then continues to charge 35% interest until you pay off the item which has now become 3 times the sales price! Most unethical business model ever. I will NEVER do business with these people again and will encourage others to avoid them at all costs!!!
