if I could give a lower score I would. I went to purchase a Lincoln at Kendall over a year ago and was told by the salesman I should consider a cheaper car, inexplicably, so I ended up getting my car 2 hours away in Portland. they were happy to take my money for which I put 50% down on the car. more recently, Kendall Lincoln in Eugene has screw up 2 service appointments in 5 days. They blamed me for the first issue because I scheduled online and the person who checks online appointments was on vacation? I scheduled online 2 weeks before the appointment but my issues day of were because 1 person was on vacation? At that appointment I scheduled, in person, to complete the service they couldn't finish during the first appointment because of their scheduling issues, I mean "my" issues since it was, in fact, my fault for scheduling using their online scheduler. Now it's 24 hours before my appointment and they're calling to let me know of an issue with the appointment. I've cancelled the appointment and don't plan to ever go back to Kendall. They are the absolute worst car dealership I have ever worked with. including their Subaru business who has sent me home with a faulty battery telling me that I must have just bought 5 bad batteries in a row in 2 years because my car is perfectly fine. I guess it's normal for a car to have a dead battery if it's not driven every 3 days. read more
