We decided to call them to get a feel of what their service would provide. Joy Rose was exactly what we were looking for. She was professional and understood what what we wanted. Leasing from her went smoothly. We traded in our older vehicle and we got the exact car we wanted in the color we preferred and at the price that matched our budget. Every experience has been so much better than any of the other places around town. While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. I recommend Oregon Roads all the time!

From the very first, Joe had our trust and never let us down. The truck was exactly as described, and it was the first time in 35 years we had ever even considered buying a vehicle without a test drive because of that trust. He made our long-distance purchase from the duty station in Seattle work with text, calls, Venmo for the deposit, and lightning fast response time, even with our three week delay that held the truck for picking up when military scheduling allowed. Joe followed through with every detail and made our son's first vehicle purchase a wholly positive one. Extraordinary and impeccable pride and professionalism in an industry where we thought it was impossible to find anything of the kind! We were so impressed, and recommend Autorama and especially Joe Baudichon without reservation.

I…read morestarted research for a new vehicle this spring and after hours of research and test driving the final choices - I was leaning towards a 2026 Subaru Forrester Hybrid. When I visited the lot in Eugene to do some additional research, I met salesperson Matt. He LISTENED to me! He walked around with me to talk about the regular and Hybrid versions of Forrester and answered so many of my geeky questions and understood I was doing my research. At the end of the conversation, we exchanged numbers and he encouraged me to call when I was ready. I was ready a few weeks ago! Unfortunately Matt was out however I was fortunate to be paired up with salesperson Jayden. She too listened, answered all my questions and we had fun! We took 2 Forrester vehicles for test drives - and I knew after driving the Hybrid - it was my car...my first Subaru! Robin was my finance person - she was fantastic and so personable through the whole paperwork experience. Richard is my "Subaru Greek" and I will take advantage of his expertise as I become more attuned with my new vehicle! To circle back to Matt, if I hadn't had such a real/personable experience with him on the lot - I'm not sure if I would have returned to Kendall Subaru so loyally. This team made this important buying decision professional, intelligent and FUN! We traded in a 2019 Nissan Murano, That we bought from Kendall Subaru for the new Toyota. The Nissan Murano Was manufactured in Canada and so all the settings when kilometers and Celsius. We were able to change the dash settings to miles and when we traded the car in it had a little over 70,000 miles. They first offered us 13,500 As a trade trade in. We wanted blue book offer And so we walked away. They called us back and gave us 15,500 As a trade And so we bought the new Highlander. Well, I'm not sure what they did when they inspected our old Murano But somewhere Along the line, they got the idea that it Only had 35,000 miles on it despite us telling them it had 70,000 And they could see that for themselves. A month after making The trade-in The finance manager, Robin, Called my wife saying they had made A mistake on how much mileage was on The trade-in and according to her they gave us Too much money. She then tried to get my wife to pay her with a credit card Over the phone nearly a thousand dollars. She tried to say that if my wife didn't pay, it could affect our warranty and or our credit. My wife declined to do so and Contacted me. Now there are layers to this because I bought the car and the car was in my name. They have my contact info and my phone number. My wife is Only listed as a secondary. They never once tried to call me. This makes me feel like they were contacting my wife because she's a woman, and they thought they could pull a fast one on her. I called twice And left messages and no one called me back. I spoke with a lawyer Who told me that once the contract was signed and the credit union that we went through and paid the dealership off we didn't owe them anything and to go in and ask to speak to a general manager. I have gone in twice now to try to ask for a general manager and both times I was told he wasn't available and they would have someone call me back. No one has ever called me back so here we are with me leaving this review. On top of everything else, they still have the car listed for sale as only having 35,000 miles on it. When I brought this to their attention when I came in, they said that was a mistake and they would have to fix it, but they have not fixed it. Attached is a photo of the most recent posting of this car. So if you see this car and you're planning to go in to see it just know they are misrepresenting it and it does not have 35,000 miles on it but it has 70,000. It's really sad. That's such a reputable large car lot Will try to pull such shady practices, and then after repeated efforts, not respond to me. Buyer beware! We have bought three cars from them in a row and spent lots of money with them, but we will never ever ever do another car dealership with these shady people!

We bought a new ID4 for my wife and I and a used Chevy Bolt for my daughter from them. On both cars, they added a "Security Registration" $449 fee to the price. They claim this will pay out $5,000 if the car gets stolen. We have insurance and don't need this, but they say it is impossible to remove that charge from the price of the car. Just a cash grab by the dealer. The Bolt we bought had faulty tire pressure monitors and needed and alignment. No problem. If we bought the car (this was on the weekend) Monday someone would call us and they would get it in and have these items taken care of. The very unfriendly F&I guy even had us sign a paper that they owed this work to us. Two weeks later, nobody had contacted us to do this, despite reaching out to them again and getting assurance again that it would be taken care of. The same week our ID4 has a recall, one that VW called me about and urged me to do ASAP. Scheduled an appointment, took it in and the service manager explained it was a software update that could take up to three days. No problem, just get us a loaner and we'll leave it, as this is a car my wife and I share. No loaners are available and after inquiring about when would be a good time to get this recall done when we could get a loaner, I was told there is no good time and loaners are rarely available. So we have to go without getting this important safety recall done... We've enjoyed owning many VWs and Audis in the past but the extra charges, and the poor service department will have us going elsewhere in the future for cars.

Before our purchase, Isaiah pointed out that the tires had a little wear but they were still safe for the road. We were planning on getting different tires anyways so not a big deal. A few weeks after purchase I get a call from Isaiah that unknown to him, the dealership had ordered new tires for the vehicle. I was able to come down that day and get 4 brand new tires on my truck. They could've just refunded the tires and called it a day but Kendall Ford made sure to do the right and honest thing. Will be buying all future vehicles here as they have earned a customer for life.

After paying over $25,000…read morefor the truck, within 8 days, the truck was in their shop for approximately 3-4 months due to complete mechanical failure (including throttle control and fuel system components). Completely inoperable. Supposedly there was an "extensive inspection" on this truck, even though it broke down completely 8 days after I bought it, and it had to be trailed back to Kendall Ford of Eugene. While in the shop for nearly 4 months, numerous parts were replaced to include the high pressure fuel pump, the air filter, the air intake, and turbo flanges. But they never corrected the original issue and it had to be sent to multiple dealerships to even become functional again. 8 days after I bought it. Less than 2 years later, the same issue is still prevalent and worsening (electronic throttle control + DPF failure). I contacted the dealership to resolve this directly, and the only solution offered was to trade the vehicle in at a significantly reduced value (worth almost nothing, as it is once again, not functional) with no acknowledgment of the recurring issue despite numerous service records. I will never go back here for any reason. They value their dollar over you, and aren't shy about it. Even knowing I was a veteran coming off a serious car accident didn't stop them from selling me a vehicle that broke within 8 day of purchase. Do you really think they care more about you? I had understood there would be a second key--there wasn't. The car was delivered with about a quarter tank of gas. And I had to specifically ask for the charging cable, which should have been included upfront. What matters more is how it was handled after the sale. I raised these concerns and did get responses, but only after repeated follow-up on my end, and without any meaningful resolution. I was told a manager would connect with the GM and get back to me, which ultimately led to being referred to a third-party locksmith and told to pay for a second key myself. Being told to cover the cost after escalation was presented as a resolution was particularly disappointing. The issue isn't the items themselves--it's the lack of accountability and clear communication once the deal is done.

I was clear about not running my credit since everything was lined up and they didnt just run it, they farmed it out to (5) confirmed random lenders making my credit score drop 40 points in one week. I was livid. They also did not inform me that the car only came with one fob until the paperwork was signed and i was out the door. Biased remote toyota start and an extra fob/key cost $500. They also played the slimey role of trying to tap on almost 10k on top of the advertised 35k price for ridiculous stuff that a newer car should not need. Well played slime balls and never have I been so angry at a business transaction. I hope this review prevents just one person from spening a dime on this horrible dealership.
