We texted him weekly to inform him of our issues and asked for help and assistance to solve the problem, trying to go about it the right way even after he had been a complete arrogant jerk to us and he never once answered. To this day we have yet to hear from him... Now that I look back I guess it makes more sense in his "directions" he passes out, he specifically says no pictures or videos, probably so no-one can see the poor quality work he does. I usually am the first person to post a positive review and I think its equally as important to post when your experience is THIS BAD.. I am just hoping I can save at least one person from making the same mistake that I did..
