Service was great. We didn't have to ask for refills on drinks. Our waitress just automatically came with refills. The food was pretty decent - typical 'American' style food. I had the mushroom burger (forgot the exact name), but I'm a fan. I would come here again when coming to Niagara Falls. read more

This review might be a bit partial because I love Niagara Falls. And this restaurant has a great location. If you are seated by the windows, you can watch passerbyers walking by. The service is good, like always. No complaints about the food or pricing either. I loved how it was nice and dark inside the restaurant. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Derek read more

First, atmosphere is nice but nothing memorable. The wait staff could use some work. The drinks were okay, I ordered their new signature drink and was told was not available right now. The drinks we actually got seem a bit weak or watered down. The food we got was good but like the atmosphere nothing memorable. The drinks were rum and coke, twisted lemonade and a long island iced tea. More or less I'll just say this was a learning experience. read more

They location and the weather was amazing with the outdoor seating. The host was helpful and nice which helps a lot. We had appetizers and drinks and it was a bit expensive for what we got. Drinks were watered down and overpriced in my experience. Server was nice and relatively attentive. I'd come back for a second or third try but not a place I'd go out of my way to go to. read more

Terrible experience. Host Dude sat us way in the corner of the patio. Our server was not around so another server got us a drink. That was the last we seen of any server until we hunted them down for our bill. We will never return. read more

Extremely rude and racist place. Was really waiting to Visit it in the evening and after being in the queue for almost 15 minutes managed to get a table. The table was extremely dirty as if no one bothered to even pick the cans and fruit juice boxes from the table. As the next table got vacant, we without being rude just requested one server to move us and get someone to clean the table. Then the whole madness started! One server came and asked us to go back to our table and when we said it's dirty, they didn't pay any heat. She made some weird passing comments when we tried to explain that someone assigned this to us since our one was dirty. That was extremely racist behaviour from her end. Made us wait almost 15 mins and didn't even bother to come and clean or even offer the menu. After repeatedly asking her to help us, she didn't bother to do anything. Then some guy walked in with super dirty cloth(something that's probably used to clean the dirty kitchen slabs) to supposedly clean our table and when we asked that what are you doing, he got super rude saying that he is disinfecting the table. During these COVID times they put our health is danger by using so dirty cloth and then when we questioned, he got rude and we had to leave the place. Haven't seen anything like this happening ever before. Would have given a Zero star! read more

I really enjoyed this Restaurant, we went in and sat at the bar at first and the service there was friendly and fast. There wasn't a whole lot on TAP but I was excited to get Molson from canada either way. We went back later around 12:30 for dinner because we were to busy playing to eat. The food was as great as the pictures in the menu. We got buffalo perogie's which sound really great but I mean they aren't. I can't blame kelsey's for that, I think they taste as good as you could possibly make them taste but squishy potato and buffalo sauce doesn't really work. The cheese steak was absolutely to die for though. The roll was toasted and delicious and it came with an au jus sauce that was an interesting touch to a cheese steak. Instead of fries I got the chips which were so crunchy and amazing. There was no need for ketchup with this one. If I return to Niagara falls I would absolutely return, and I recommend with all the main stream every day restaurants on this strip that you break away and try something different and go to Kelsey's. read more

I really really liked this spot and thought the food drinks and atmosphere were amazing . The only downfall for me was the loud live music . I didn't find it to Intriguing but that's me being an annoying guest. The music was very good . I ordered the chicken parm fingers and it was fantastic . Ive never had anything like it . We also ordered the balsamic chicken after a recommendation by the waitress and it was fantastic . I would definitely come here again . I went back at night tried the wings and wow they were some of the best I've ever had . I had the Asian spicy sauce and a side of the apple BBQ sauce which at first sparked my curiosity but after a taste it was fabulous . My girlfriend loved the brownie bites and the caramel dip that is offered on the side is the cherry on top . My hat goes off the Kelsey's as my favorite Canadian spot so far . read more

I was shocked to see this restaurant has only 3 stars on yelp. We thought the whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish. We had a fried pickle appetizer, a couple burgers, and the ribs. All the food came out quick, was delicious, and the service/atmosphere was just as great! If you are in the Clifton hill area I definitely think this place is worth visiting! read more

My food was okay, but my Dad loved the beet salad. I had their buffalo cauliflower bites. They arrived breaded, no buffalo sauce, and with a tasty aioli dipping sauce. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a dry rub buffalo seasoning, but I asked for a side of hot sauce because it was awful without. In fact, they tasted too much like chicken that I'm almost positive they deep fried them alongside chicken tenders. Not good. The batter was too thick and filling. Next time just sauté them and actually put the buffalo sauce on! read more

Our orders were wrong... Maybe our waitress wasn't paying attention, we ordered salt and pepper and honey garlic wings... We got naked and barbecue wings.. They didn't even taste well. I ordered a margarita and I saw sit on the counter for 15 minutes until I got the drink, it was watered down. Go and order at your own risk maybe you'll have better luck than we did. read more

Nothing too special here. Just chain restaurant food that has been marked up in price to take advantage of the tourists. I had the "Holy Blank 7 Layer Burger". It wasn't too bad, but nothing great either. read more

Not sure what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. Although the Seafood Salad was very vinegary, it was good w/ 6 shrimps & a good-sized piece of salmon. The Spinach Dip came with tons of pita. The Fish & Chips were huge. It was overall quite good. read more

This place was great. We got a great free appetizer of Fried Pickles, they were super tasty. If you click to get the free appetizer on here, you will too! We split the full rack of ribs with mashed and Cole slaw. The mashed and Cole slaw were great. Ribs a little over cooked. But ok. We also got the wings with sweet chili sauce. They were outstanding. And the 5 stars is due to our amazing waitress, Michelle, who gave us the low down on everywhere to go on entertainment, attractions and dining, and she didn't make us feel like we were annoying tourists! Plus, great live music on the deck, but nice accompaniment to dinner!! read more

We visited The falls for the first time and walked into Kelseys for a late afternoon lunch. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Of course has TVs in the bar area. 6 of us ordered various menu items. I had the buffalo potato skins. Delicious! Potato skins were crisp but not hard. The buffalo chicken and sauce was spicy yet not over powering. My drink of choice is a Long Island ice tea. Very good as well. I'd eat there again. read more

While we were visiting Niagra Falls, the husband and I enjoyed a late night around Clifton Hill. I was down for a drink where we could sit outside, which led us to Kelsey's around 11pm-midnight. It was nice they had a young lady singing and playing guitar outside, a few songs at a time. The outside area was packed, and they only had ONE server. Poor guy was running his ass off, and trying to keep his cool, but it was obvious that he was a bit frazzled. There were a few employees hanging out inside, not doing much of anything. So, at what point does management decide this server outside needs help & not sacrifice customer satisfaction? Meh, whatever. We ordered 1 drink each and left. I'm sure our server was very happy we weren't staying as more people filtered into the patio area. Hopefully that guy made some good tips because he definitely ran his butt off! read more

Food was okay, prices were high (but, as expected for the top of Clifton Hill), and service left something to be desired... but extra points for the great location and mysteriously yellow jacket-free patio! I would stray from the spinach dip... its flavors were pretty flat and not really worth it. The mushroom salad was delicious especially considering the incredibly low caloric value (190!!). This is Canada so it's a bit harder to get your beef cooked less than medium well... which was definitely the case here. The hubby was disappointed and unfortunately believed the waitress when she assured him "it will be juicy, don't worry!" ... it was not! Our other diner had the chicken fingers which were just okay... overly breaded and with black pepper in the breading (so, this is not your typical Buffalo chicken finger... it's what you would expect from a chain). read more

Very mediocre food, boring chain experience. This was my first visit to a Kelsey's and will probably be my last. We chose Kelsey's for lunch as an alternative to the tourist traps nearby. The prices at Kelsey's are certainly inflated as well. The service was OK, as our food took about 35 minutes to come out (not busy at all and we all ordered sandwiches). Overall, the food certainly left me wanting. The pulled pork sandwich was cold and bland. The club wrap was just OK with little flavor. I was not a fan and will not return. read more

This restaurant is located on the row of restaurants and cheesy arcades/Frankenstein Haunted homes/IMAX movies... At night, it's a great street to be on (Clifton Street) as you can imagine kids going nuts trying to go to each store... My bf and I initially went to Ruby Tuesday (or was it TGIF)...anyways, for a Friday night, it was absolutely empty. We stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes and no one greeted us (despite staff walking by) and there was also a heavy bathroom-Pot Pourri smell that eventually was the deciding factor in us leaving. A few steps ahead of the street was Kelsey's. Dinner was nothing special...what you would expect from a typical chain restaurant. I was really excited to order a bottle of Chianti for about $22 (the same bottle at a fancy restaurant would have cost about $40). For appetizers, we got wings and both my bf got burgers which were okay. Overall, it was a great and cheap dinner that hit the fix. I wouldn't be able to tell a part all the chain restaurants on this street, but the good thing is, there are so many choices. So, if you don't like one, leave and take your pick! Conveniently located at the top of Clifton Hill, I'll be honest in saying that 90% of the reason we chose to eat lunch here was based on it being the first thing we came across. I had the Chicken Parm Sandwich with Fries and the wife had a Sesame Asian Salad, which we washed down with a pitcher of Creemore Springs lager. It was fine, but took a while to arrive. I've had worse meals (especially in Niagara Falls), and the covered patio was actually kind of nice for the afternoon, so 3 stars seems appropriate for this lunch experience. read more

I was really pleasantly surprised by Kelsey's. With this being a family--friendly chain restaurant attached to a family-friendly chain hotel, slap bang in the middle of Clifton Hill, I was sort of expecting to be ripped off a bit. I stumbled in tired and hungry having just arrived in Niagara, and I wasn't expecting much. The host who 'greeted' us didn't do much to raise my expectations - he barely said a word and looked like he was having the worst night of his life. Thankfully our server (Omar?) made up for it with his friendliness and chirpiness. I had the Korean lettuce wraps as an appetiser and the flavours in the chicken marinade blew me away! I couldn't believe how flavoursome the sauce was and the chicken was delightfully fresh and tasty. Trying to place the chicken and salad into the lettuce wraps and then trying to neatly eat out of them was also a lot of fun! I had the chicken Caesar salad as a main and it was very nicely done and presented. Hot, fresh chicken in a generous portion, with just the right amount of dressing. My boyfriend had the double bacon cheeseburger and fries - I stole some of the latter and they were to die for. My only gripe (apart from the stone faced host) with Kelsey's was how their burgers are only offered in double portions of two 4 oz. patties. There was no option to just have a single patty in any of the burgers. This was irritating as, trust me - I would much rather have had a burger and fries than a Caesar salad as I was so unbearably hungry upon arrival! Two meat patties however would just be too much meat for me, no matter how hungry I was. I suspect a lot of visitors to Kelsey's would feel the same. It would have been great if there was an option to just have one meat patty in the burger, and pay $1-2 less as a result. Overall, very impressed and would not hesitate to come back here for my next trip to the Falls. read more

Kelseys was a great place. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, the environment was very welcoming, the food was delicious, the drinks were on point and the prices were reasonable. After a long day of traveling and venturing out downtown the location couldn't have been any more convenient. Our waitress gave us a list o of recommendations and places to go. If I ever return to Niagara I would return back to this location no questions asked. read more

Service is terrible. Food is over priced and I had to listen to a fake Alanis Morrisette don't terrible terrible renditions of good music. The service was so bad. They didn't refill Waters, sodas or even the ketchup. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

I have not eaten at Kelsey's elsewhere, so here is an outsider opinion... 1. The burgers are good and filling. I was pleased with my burger, but not particularly "amazed" by it. 2. The prices are not cheap. Nothing is a value here, but it is not highway robbery either. Expect an adult entree with an appetizer and beer to run over 35$ after tax and tip. My burger with fries and soft drink cost 24$ after tax and tip. 3. My server, Michelle, was excellent. She was on the ball, extremely responsive, and smiled (even at 830 on a snowy night). 4. The atmosphere here is relaxed. The location (at the top of Clifton Hill) is choice. 5. The place could be a bit cleaner, but salty boots are tough to fight. The food was good , but the service surprised me. The prices here aren't the best, but the service tipped the scale for me. Because prices here are probably on the high end for the category, I can easily see how service is more critical here than most places. Four stars with Michelle. Three without. read more

Do not order the Thai chicken here, I don't know why I did, but just don't it was flavourless and had me envious of everyone else's orders. The beer prices are tremendous as well as the service. The food is underwhelming. The place is modern and clean and the staff is friendly. read more

Awesome atmosphere, and a great selection of beers with very friendly staff. My waiter was absolutely phenomenal, and a total bro, which made my experience extremely enjoyable. The ambiance was nice... We sat next to the open windows and there was a guy playing guitar and singing outside... The weather was perfect... The food was good... We had Asian flavored wings and the Wonton nachos which were actually very good... The service, however, SUCKED!!! Me and my girlfriend decided to come out to Niagra for our 2 year anniversary, , and today we happened to find this place online, we noticed that the owners responded to almost all of the recent reviews, and that was already a great sign. We were welcomed by a waiter and a server in training who were both very kind. I ordered the Calamari, (which I highly recommend) and my girlfriend got the quesadillas which she said were pretty great as well. our waiter (who's name I sadly had forgotten) politely gave us some tourist advice which was grand. Overall, amazing service, great food, and a good price, excited to come again. read more

This place, mediocre at best we went on a Saturday night, the place had hardly any people. I been to other Kelsey's so I knew what to expect but this place really stands out. The service is terrible, after being seated we waited 10min for someone to come by our table. Both of our orders were screwed up you ask for soup they give you fries and I guess a cola in their mind is a ICE TEA. After we got the bill the waiter disappeared so I went to the bar to pay. When to no surprise the bartender was just texting not even being aware we were there. Hmmmmm the atmosphere of this place is sh*** there is a club next door making everything in the restaurant vibrate from the music. Their solution for this is to play rock music at the bar even louder!!! I don't recommend going! read more

The food was nice, quite basic American but nonetheless it was satisfying!! The view was nice. Perfect weather and the street lit up at night makes it all great. The service was a little slow, however they were very busy and the food was at least hot when it arrived! If you sit on the patio and they have live music, it's a bit too loud. You have to speak up to hear people at your table. It's great acoustic performances, just a few notches too high. I reccomend! read more
