Perhaps it was all three of the aforementioned. If you're practical not pretentious, I strongly suggest going to Mat Valley Tile and Stone. The guys there were more personable, and helpful. I forgot the tile square I was trying to match, the guys at Mat Valley were willing to let me take entire sample boards home, at no charge. I didn't do it but it was a nice offer. Simple customer service goes a long way I hate to dis a hometown store but the more I know the more these ppl, in my opinion just suck. To add to this, if you want tile samples, I found four places online that treat you better than these ppl. Seriously the remote email service from these other companies is way better than Pacific Tile's customer service in person. Plus the samples cost a reasonable price including the cost of mailing.
