She was knowledgeable but not at all professional when she made a mistake. We are all humans. We make mistakes. I get that. However, what upset me was that: 1) Leah didn't owe up to the fact that she didn't listen and sold us the wrong product, 2) she tried to blame it on our plumber and 3) she even told us told us that she HATED dealing with customers (this takes the cake!) Her husband is the boss there so she could do whatever she wanted. I really wish they find someone else who loves to deal with customers for their showroom because they do carry some good products there.
