I was to pay for tile in advance of receiving it, presuming that it was to be returned in the next few days. One half order was returned on time; days later the other half was never received. I called and was told the family with the return came to pickup their correct order, but never returned ours. Upon calling to find out when my tile was expected the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, arrogant, and not helpful in any way. He laughed when I brought up customer service concerns before eventually hanging up on me. I've heard bad things from neighbors but decided to give them a chance anyways because we were in a pinch. Do not recommend in *any* way spending money here. Absolutely awful experience.

Perhaps it was all three of the aforementioned. If you're practical not pretentious, I strongly suggest going to Mat Valley Tile and Stone. The guys there were more personable, and helpful. I forgot the tile square I was trying to match, the guys at Mat Valley were willing to let me take entire sample boards home, at no charge. I didn't do it but it was a nice offer. Simple customer service goes a long way I hate to dis a hometown store but the more I know the more these ppl, in my opinion just suck. To add to this, if you want tile samples, I found four places online that treat you better than these ppl. Seriously the remote email service from these other companies is way better than Pacific Tile's customer service in person. Plus the samples cost a reasonable price including the cost of mailing. They too offer not only furniture but decor as well. I'm sure their style isn't for everyone, however we found many decor items and furniture pieces that were beautiful! She wasn't afraid to tell us what she thought wouldn't work and why she also did a fantastic job telling us what colors and styles should go together and why. She helped us make our focal points pop. She also went above and beyond by finding out what color our walls would be to make sure that everything matched and went together. Turns out the color we had on our walls would've made this look very strange. The fact that we were here for multiple hours and I didn't feel like we were shopping just shows how great she is keeping the conversation good and distracting while still pulling out the information needed to make our home perfect. she even informed us about the next steps and told us some tips on selecting lights that would go well with what we had just picked out.
