We highly recommend Arctic Sewer & Drain for your plumbing/sewer needs. Stellar customer service, very knowledgable, and fairly priced. Once it was revealed that the scope of work went beyond their expertise, they recommended a great company to assist with excavating and fixing our pipes underground. When we were in an awful spot, they came through, willing to help. Thank you Isaac and team! read more

When you're dealing with an emergency sewage backup, every minute feels like an hour. I called this company at 3:25 pm expecting to be put on a long waitlist, but to my surprise they had a technician, Isaac, at my door by 3:45. That kind of response time alone deserves five stars. From the moment he arrived, Isaac was professional, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation in plain terms, and immediately got to work. Within an hour, our pipes and lift station--completely backed up--were fully unclogged and running smoothly again. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the thoroughness and care. Isaac treated our home and situation with respect, making sure everything was handled properly and that we understood what had been done. In a stressful moment, he made the entire process straightforward and reassuring. If you're ever in need of drain or sewage services, don't hesitate to call them. It's rare these days to find a company that responds this quickly and delivers this level of quality. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

They were great fixed my problem very professional and fast great work. They left the area very clean when they were done working.

Arctic Sewer and Drain has been out to my house a few times at this point. One of which was a holiday. They are obviously a family business--I've either had a father/son team, or two brothers come out. They've always been super quick to diagnose and solve the issue. They call before heading out and arrive when they say they will. Really, super nice guys too. Can't say enough good things about them! I'm no plumbing expert, but the price seems extremely reasonable too. read more

in 24 hours, John and Daniel fixed my problems: a clog at 30-40 feet down line, a kitchen sink clog,, and faulty kitchen sink pipes. The sink pipes are now right for the first time in years! I highly recommend these people. The cost was very reasonable and they appreciated my military service and gave me a 10% discount. in addition, a friend who owns rentals highly recommended them and said they were the best and most reasonable. I now agree. They earned their money today, working the whole hour. Also, thank you for not calling me an idiot or asking where my common sense is. John ad Daniel were polite and very respectful of my house, dogs, and person. Who am I going to call when my basement drain is flooding again? These guys, electric snake experts, hands down; they are experts! On another note, add to the rice and shrimp shells already on my do not put down the garbage disposal list, fireweed flower spouts after boiling them for fireweed juice jelly. Thanks again, AG read more

I can't thank "Artic Sewer & Drain Plumbers Enough!" Since Thursday last week double kitchen sink was almost over the counter with water that I had tried everything to unplug. Called them this morning & by afternoon I had sinks done. Needed a Check underneath building that there were no leaks (2018 Earthquake) and the problem done was a blessing. Had fun from saving from discount & passed it back to them with tip for Pizza Party!!! Very Professional & Knowledgeable about care & what to use with liquid plumbing in different parts of house. read more

Several of the drains in my house were clogged and causing overflow and flooding from a floor drain and the washing machine drain. Issac and John were able to get to me pretty quickly and had all of the drains unclogged in less than an hour. They were so wonderful and gracious with the dogs jumping on them, the naked toddler running around, screaming newborn, and my general embarrassment about the disaster I've invited them into. After the job was done, they gave me the bill and after everything they did to get my drains clear, the bill was extremely affordable. I had thought it would have cost hundreds of dollars for what they did. The burden lifted off my shoulders from having the problem be fixed was worth hundreds. 10/10 highly recommend this company and will always use them in the future. read more

I had a plumbing situation on a Friday night, called ASandD and Isaac was so nice, so calming and so professional. He and his son Joey came and did the work on my sump pumps. They immediately saw what needed to be done (another company did NOT take care of the issue a mere two days ago) and they snaked out my line, got both sump pumps back in full working order and all the while they were such a joy to have in my home. So nice, so thorough and although this was a weekend job the rates were more than reasonable. After 30 plus years in my home, I have a new go to plumber for ANY future issues. read more

Reasonable response, expert service, and the technician was cordial, diagnosed the problem quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Price was reasonable considering this was a weekend service call. Highly recommend. read more

Arctic Sewer and Drain - Business Card - Plumbing Near Me - Anchorage, Alaska

Where do I begin with this 5 Star review, hmm? I had multiple plugging issues with a run over toilet late last night, so I called them when they first opened. Isaac (the owner) answered, and I told him what my problems were, and he said he would try to get someone over this morning. That someone was Isaac and his very respectful adult son first thing this morning. Less than an hour had passed from when I called, they were on the scene ready to work. I was so not expecting such a fast response to get here. Every time I ever needed someone; they took hours to get to me. They both went to work and attacked my problems with top quality workmanship. Both were wonderful to converse with and they wasted no time on my issues. When Isaac handed me the bill, I was in total shock that it was very low! Their work was impeccable, timely and top notch. I have never seen someone so efficient with their work and yet do top quality. I cannot say enough great things about them. You can bet they will be getting more calls of help when I need them. I also got some cards to give to people because I have no doubt that anyone who uses their service will get the same quality work at a great price! Kudos to Isaac and his son. Thank you again Isaac! I had a sump pump in my crawlspace go out in the middle of melt season and I live next to a bog. I called at 8, they arrived at 10:45 with a 15 min warning so I could get back home. I could not stay - I had to go back to work. Zero problems, in and out in under half an hour, took a card over phone after and left a paper receipt, and locked the door behind them. Isaac was calm and professional on the phone as well as in person, and made my emergency feel like it was handled before he even arrived. read more

Isaac came out with his son and fixed our clog in short order. Definitely will use them again.

This company should be your FIRST choice. Isaac came out after we got a quote we didn't love from another company. He was able to fix the issue in about an hour and for SIGNIFICANTLY less than the minimum cost the other company quoted. He was fast, professional, and really eased the worry that we were going to have to pay an arm and a leg to have working plumbing. We're already recommending him to the other homeowners we know. read more

I am impressed with Issac as I called with a non urgent matter and his technician came out less than 24 hours later! The quote was right on and very reasonable! We had an issue which was difficult to get to due to the placement and mounting of our sink and didn't think a fix was possible. I highly recommend Arctic Sewer and Drain!!! read more

My wife and I have dealt with Isaac on three separate occasions on our older home, after he came highly recommended by another professional in the industry. We can't recommend him enough! He's prompt, professional, honest, and does a fantastic job. Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with, but he makes the process unbelievable painless. We fully trust him working on our home when we're away at work. Without going into detail, my wife and I were blown away at the job he did for us today. He had to cut our carpet and dig underground and you would never know he was here. He left our home spotless. We highly recommend Isaac for any plumbing needs! read more

Called Arctic Sewer and Drain this morning on the recommendation of another company that couldn't get out till very late in the day. Spoke with Isaac and he said he could be out early afternoon. He arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Gave us options on how he could fix the blockage with the least possible disruption to the house and went to work. Even though I had assured him there wasn't a "clean out", he had a hunch and checked anyway! Sure enough he was right! He worked efficiently and neatly, had us fixed up in no time! He was also right that it was frozen instead of blocked! We were very pleased with all aspects of his work and will definitely call him should we need this type of service again. read more
