Our Family has been doing business with Keith's Roofing for over 60 years . Over that time there have been 3 owners but the quality and integrity of the business has remained. Quality, price and service remain their core values. My wife and I are approaching 80, and appreciate the patience and respect from stall. Recently we contacted Keith's soliciting an estimate for a tar and gravel roof replacement on a 6 Plex commercial property. Ricardo, was the estimator we worked with. After inspection he submitted a bid for total replacement. He explained the requirements for permit, and adherence to new efficiency roofing codes. After reviewing the bid, we asked if we could alternatively do a Roof Repair, instead. Ricardo immediately submitted an alternative, using a liquid coating inlaid with fiberglass. Approximately 1/2 price, and a tax benefit of being able to deduct total amount in the first year for tax benefits. The job involves a 3 day process of application, drying, and decorating again. I scheduled an appointment through their portal, and they confirmed they would arrive at my home between 8 AM and 10 AM to provide an estimate. However, at 6:10 AM, I received a message from them via Yelp requesting my address and contact information, which I promptly provided. By 10 AM, no one had arrived, so I called their office. The woman who answered initially couldn't locate my Yelp appointment but eventually found it after a few minutes. She then contacted "Jason," who was supposed to come out, only to discover he was at another appointment and wanted to reschedule. This business is highly unprofessional and disorganized--I do not recommend them. read more

The receptionist is very weird and unprofessional. It seems she wanted to find somebody to argue with her. I asked Keith Roofing to repair minor issue for my roof because I am going to install Tesla Solar panel. Roger sent me the estimate is $5,850. Last week they came for about 3 hours, then left without letting us know. I called the company and nobody answered the phone, so I emailed the owner. Roger emailed me they needed to come back. A few days later, one guy came back to work on my roof for a couples of hours. He left without letting us know , so I don't know if they finished the job or not. Today I called and asked the receptionist to check if they have finished the job. She said they finished the repair. I asked them if they can send me a few pictures to show the repair is done.?The receptionist told me they need to charge me $300 for the pictures because the office people need to upload the pictures for me. I have told them to take pictures since the beginning because I need to send to Tesla to prove the repair is done. Nobody said NO or need to pay $300 for the pictures. I also asked the receptionist why nobody told me they have finished the work and have me sign any paperwork, the receptionist said they would not give me any paperwork to sign because they are just the roofer. Their price is very high. $5850 considering for the first day 3 guys worked for 3 hours and the next day 1 guy work for 2 hours. I have no idea how the work done yet because I can not climb to the roof. I will not recommend this company to my friends. read more

Keith Roofing is the only roofers I will call. I had them install a new roof many years ago and it still looks beautiful. Everything was fine, until I had a contractor add two vents to the roof for new appliances. He installed the vents incorrectly and water leaked into my built-in microwave, killing it. I wasn't interested in working with them anymore. I called Keith Roofing and someone came out and gave me an estimate (when they said they would). I added on gutter repair and some stucco repair. The quote came quickly and was very reasonable. I decided I didn't need another bid. They came out two days later, on time & wearing PPE. They drove a nice truck and had excellent equipment. (tells me they take care of things!) What really sets them apart is how they took care of an issue I didn't even know I had. I came outside to watch and they were attaching my gutter covers. I had put those on myself and obviously there was room for improvement. All in all, the work was done quickly, efficiently and looked great. They cleaned up the yard even though I told them the gardener was coming later. When they left, they said "don't hesitate to call if you have issues." Messiest work I have ever seen from any contractor. Picked up over 200 nails out of my yard and driveway after the said they told me they "cleaned up". We had rainwater leaking into our living room and during a raging rain storm, Keith Roofing sent out 2 technicians and performed a temporary repair. With the backlog of work in the roofing industry at the start of the rainy season, everyone was doing a temporary repair until the weather allowed them to do the permanent repairs. I was very thankful that the 2 technicians were able to stop the leak so quickly, allowing me to get a Service company to come in and begin the demolition of the damaged walls, ceiling and carpets so that more serious damage was prevented. With the use of dehumidifiers, air filters and industrial fans, in a matter of days everything inside the house was moisture free and ready for restoration. This brought about a serious scheduling problem. I really had to have the permanent roof repaired before beginning the restoration because the rainy season had just begun and I didn't want the temporary roof repair to FAIL causing me to fall all the way to back to having rainwater inside the house again. I called Keith Roofing again and tried to have a conversation with Roger explaining the situation I was in. Roger, not being the greatest conversationalist, seemed unimpressed with my conundrum and because he has such a workload ahead of him offered me no solution that was safe for me. He tentatively scheduled me out about 4 weeks, even though new storms were on the way. My urgency did not matter and Keith Roofing could not spare anyone to permanently repair my roof. I proceeded to contact a 4-1/2 Star YELP roofing company who took my concerns far more seriously than Roger did and they too had a full schedule of repairs to be done. I called them after hours on Monday night and after having a pleasant conversation with the owner, by noon on Tuesday, my roof was completely repaired. They removed and preserved more than 2 dozen concrete tiles, swept and blew away debris, installed a new tar paper valley, added new tile tacking strips, replaced all the tiles and cleared the gutters and downspouts. They cleaned up all of the debris and damaged materials, leaving my house exterior cleaner than when they arrived! It took 2 men 3-1/2 hours to completely repair my roof giving me piece of mind and protection from the storms before more inside damage occurred. All of this was done and I saved 25% from Keith Roofing's Quote. It is not that I do not understand the sudden workload of a roofing company after the first serious rains in 9 months, it is just that with a little compassion, a serious sense of customer service and a little extra effort they could have made me a happy and loyal customer. It's Saturday, and it's raining, and we've a leak in our ceiling. I had no luck reaching any roofing companies, trying about a dozen and getting only voice mail. Keith Roofing gave an emergency number and actually had someone answering. And she was nice! A team came out and were able to find the problem and do a temporary patch.They were professional and nice. We're grateful that they did this dangerous job for us in this bad weather. Keith roofing wrote an estimate on my roof. They found that the outer lip of the pan flashing along the wall had been bent down from the weight of the tile sitting on it. The debris in the flashing along with the downspout pouring water into it caused a water leak. The water that entered the house was vey closed to the pan flashing area. The estimate of $2510 included repair of the pan area and 200 sq feet of tile. I disagreed and asked that the estimate be revised to 100 sq feet. Keith agreed and rewrote the estimate for $1725. Keith said that the damage would not be corrected. I felt it would since the damage to he two areas were well within 100 sq feet there should no problem. Keith came out and effected repairs A few days later it rained and water had entered the house. Upon examination I found that the pan area was not completely repaired and the tile where the water entered the house was not replaced. Keith came out a second time and repaired the damage. He billed me $1102.50. A couple of weeks later he billed The $1725. The total of these two figures exceeded the original estimate by over $300. Keith responded that the cost of a second trip. I responded repairs on his first trip were ineffective and $300 for a second trip is excessive. I can not and will not recommend Keith Roofing. Rich Costello read more

Having multiple issues with my roof and with the rainy season coming, I was in need of plenty of repairs. Keith Roofing came out and gave me a couple of estimates (Of which the paperwork arrived that very day!). The man who came out (I believe his name was Roger) was very professional and knowledgeable. Some time later I had a work crew on my roof. They got the job done in a timely manner and kept the area clear of debris. All in all it was a pleasant and stress free experience and now I'm set for the coming rain. I will definitely call them again in the future if I have any further issues. I absolutely cannot recommend Keith's Roofing mostly because of the owner Roger. His workers broke my $300, 3 tiered cement fountain. I sent him pictures. He wouldn't return my call. I finally caught him at the office. He said I couldn't prove it! He refused to make good on my loss. Also, very rude and condescending as he said he should be talking to my husband, not me! This is a GREAT company. We have used them for over 15 years on commercial and residential jobs. We have nothing but good things to say. They do re-roofs, roof repairs, estimates, inspections, and etc. for us on a regular basis. I just had my roof replaced with Keith Roofing and they did an amazing job. I was dreading this home improvement from the time I knew I had to get the roof replaced. However, I'm so glad I chose Keith Roofing. Their crew was very punctual and clean. My reroof required a tear off of my old roof and let me tell you, they kept all the mess on the roof. Little to nothing fell around the perimeter of my house. I was amazed at how clean they were throughout the tear off and throughout the entire process. They arrived at 7:30 every morning and cleaned up very well after each day's work. The entire job took 5 days total. In addition to tearing off my old roof, there was some dry rot that needed to get replaced, the fascia boards had to get replaced, and the entire house had to get sheared with plywood or what they call OSB. Then the new roof went down. Lastly, all the gutters were replaced with seamless aluminum gutters. My house looks amazing. I chose the Certainteed Presidential Shake shingle composition roof. I am so happy with the results. There was a small issue with scheduling in the beginning but can't blame Keith Roofing for that as we were in the middle of El Niño and that caused weather delays. I would highly recommend Keith Roofing if you need to get your roof replaced. Roger and Ginger are great to work with. The roofing crew was also very nice.
